Hotel was stunning. Well decorated for the Christmas period. Staff were extremely helpful and positive. The room itself was very clean. Highly reccomend staying here.

Such a fun and beautiful hotel! Our room was beautifully decorated and furnished and was so quiet. Bed was quite comfortable. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was delicious. We were able to get street parking very close to the hotel. ~20 min walk to the start of the walls and the old city center. Very good value.

It was a good stay. The hotel did run out of hand wash and shower gel in the room. Upon asking for a refill I was told they ran out of hand wash but brought in 2 tiny shower gel tubes instead. The card on the bed was dirty and had blotted stains of what I think was food. Should have changed it as it was placed on the bed. The hotel itself is very beautiful though and we didn't have any other issues there.

Comfortable but cutting corners on where it matters like no shower gel, having to pay for parking and a very small double room.

The hotel was very nice and close to the city centre. The room I was put in was an accessible room, which I did not book nor agree to. I feel this negatively impacted the experience. The air conditioning unit was making loud rumbling noises all through the night, causing me to not have a good sleep. The room was cold, even with heating, and due to the accessible room, there was no shower lip and the room was very wet following a short shower. Not too impressed, would be unlikely to stay again.

After checking out, I left my luggage with the reception staff, but they did not provide any proof of receipt. Additionally, my luggage remained in a public area for over 20 minutes before being moved to the storage room. This caused me significant concern about the potential loss of my belongings. I had to request the staff to properly store my luggage before leaving the hotel.

We enjoyed art deco atmosphere in your hotel very much. It was our dream. We got a twin bed room on the ground floor with the courtyard view which was very convenient. It seems like newly renovated. The bathroom was perfect with the immediate warm strong water and the fluffy clean big towels which comforted us after a very long sigh-seeing walk.of the day. The location is quite a little bit away from the town but we loved to explore on the way to. ❤️❤️❤️
