We spent a lovely holiday choosing the Koukis Beach hotel. A wonderful place for people who value relaxation away from the hustle and bustle, located by a beautiful bay. with a sandy beach. At the end of June, the water in the bay was very warm, allowing for long baths. The hotel has a large swimming pool. Rooms clean, cleaned, with a large balcony, with a beautiful view of the sea. The only unpleasant surprise that happened to us on the first day of our stay, there was a dirty uncleaned fridge. Breakfasts without hot dishes, but sufficient. The only problem for those eating breakfast by 2 people was the lack of double tables in the dining room, it was very warm at the tables on the mezzanine. There are three restaurants in Vasilikos, but probably the best one was the hotel one. We recommend spending time in this hotel.

The location is amazing and the staff is cute but nothing more positive. A local band performed in the bar, in front of the rooms. They started at 21.45😨 We are with a 2 year old baby and we couldn’t sleep, it was soooo loud. We choosed this hotel because of the quite area. If somebody wants to party, go to a pub or to Laganas. It was terrible. The hotel is ok but definetly not 4 star. The bed are uncomfortable and loud, kitchen is bad equipped and the breakfast is terrible. Only some cold salami and cheese with dry bread. Everywhere cats and ants. Disgusting. And if you come with a toddler, please note that the baby cot is OK for. 3 months old but not for a 1 year old…very small.

Considering this is a 3-star-hotel me and my friends had a very good experience overall. However, there's one major thing that prevents me from giving it a five-star-rating: The hotel has its very own beachfront with its own sunbeds and umbrellas. Guests from outside may also use them. However, both Koukis' guests as well as outsiders have to pay € 15 per day (2 beds + 1 umbrella). They are neither free for residents of the hotel nor will you get a discount.

This is very Good hotel with beautiful view. All apartments are beach front. The staff are really nice and friendly. The room was clean, and every day cleaned. I have just one idea to improve. Maybe something on start at the beginning. Some water and tea in the room for guests. Maybe also a spoon to clean the dishes. This is only one complaint.

After reconstruction in 2018 hotel looks very nice. It is smaller hotel-complex. Everything is very closely, not so far. The atmosphere is very calm and familiar. It is situated in Vasilikos, about 35minutes by car from the airport. Very peaceful locality. It has perfect position, with beautiful view on the sea. The beach is great, sandy. The sea is clear and calm almost all the day. There is a gentle entrance to the sea. The sea was warm in the beginning of august (about 28°C). Suitable also for children. The beach was not overfulled. The part of the beach has parasols with sunbeds (for charge) and the part of the beach is public (for free). The parasols with sunbeds are also arround the pool (for free). The pool was perfect too, it's temperature was about 28°C. Rooms were average-good, with new furniture, A/C, towels, soap, TV, fridge, blankets. We were missing only hair dryer. If you have the apartement, you have also the little kitchen with basic equipment. You have also very nice balcony or terrace. On the other hand, the services in this hotel were weakless. We didn't found anyone in reception after our arrival. No information, no contact. We had to ask the barman that called the man. Our check-out was also very strange, nobody let us know when we should leave the room, we only let the keys in door, as the others tourists. New, clean towels-only for ask. We had half-board. But it was weak. The food could be better. Many cats were going arround during our breakfast/dinner time. Once we saw the cat walking on the table in restaurant. I hope they cleaned the tables before breakfast/dinner time. After finishing breakfast, we and other tourists had been asked for taking their plates to the desk. There were no else waiter. The worst coffee ever. If you wanted to drink good coffee, you had to go to the bar and pay for it. There was 1 old machine for coffee, juices. The breakfast starts at 8.15, but all the food was served at 8.45. On dinner, you pay only for the drinks, if you have half board. You chose from the menu. If the hotel had better food and services, it could be very nice 4+* hotel. For now, it is 3* for me, only because the deficiences in services and food. The location, beach, sea, pool, surroundings, were perfect and we can recommend this place! For eating- there are many other possibilities. Next beach offers many water sports. Near the hotel are restaurants, other beaches, 1mini market-grocery, servises, e.g. car rental, etc. We have rent a car from Joannas rental, we were very satisfied. It was nice holiday :)

Jordan (Besitzer) ist ein sehr lieber Mensch! Er hat extra für mich einen Föhn bestellt und mir sogar Nasenspray besorgt weil meiner zu Bruch ging! Toller Service! Auch das restliche Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Anlage sehr gepflegt! Die Betten waren total bequem. Das Frühstück war für uns vollkommen ausreichend! Die Lage ist hervorragend. Es war ein wunderschöner 15-tägiger Urlaub und unsere Erwartungen für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel wurden übertroffen! Wir kommen wieder :-)

Absolutes No go des Hotelmanagers wie er seinen Hund hält. Den ganzen Tag muss der Hund angebunden auf roter Erde verbringen, nachts ist er in einem kleinen Zwinger. Wir haben Polizei und Tierschutz informiert, sollte jeder Gast tun. Liegen in 1.Reihe (gibt nur 3 Reihen)am Strand kosten 35 € Wir hatten zum Glück ohne Verpflegung gebucht. Frühstück steht ohne Kühlung stundenlang rum, Gäste müssen ihre Tische selbst abräumen, Hotelmanager stitz rum und raucht derzeit. Lage des Hotels ist toll und unsere Putzfee dort auch. Unter anderer Leitung könnte es richtig Potential haben, derzeit sollte TUI es besser nicht mehr anbieten

Rewelacyjnie położony hotel w małej wiosce, z dala od kurortowego zgiełku. Zapierające dech w piersiach widoki na morze i wschody słońca. Miałem pokój typu studio w głównym budynku, z tarasem z widokiem na morze - wymagało to symbolicznej dopłaty - zdecydowanie polecam. Pokój z aneksem kuchennym, nowocześnie urządzony, z pełnym wyposażeniem, aby samodzielnie przygotować posiłki - była nawet deska do krojenia, nie wspominając o sztućcach i zastawie. Duża łazienka z wygodną kabiną prysznicową - do niczego nie można się przyczepić. Klimatyzacja wliczona w cenę, w każdym oknie moskitiera. Relatywnie duża lodówka z oddzielnym zamrażalnikiem. Bardzo niski podatek turystyczny. Ciężko sobie wyobrazić lepsze warunki. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, ale delikatnie mówiąc, bardzo powierzchownie. Lustro w łazience, które było ochalapne w dniu mojego przybycia, takie pozostało do końca pobytu. Ani razu nie zmieniono pościeli i ręczników, chociaż te ostatnie mogłem sobie w zasadzie sam wziąć ze stosu w łazience pod blatem umywalki. Otoczenie hotelu bardzo ładne i zadbane, włącznie z roślinnością. Na szczególną pochwałę zasługuje duży basen, codziennie sprzątany z wystarczającą ilością leżaków bez dodatowych opłat. Z basenu można zejść schodami na plażę, która w zasadzie służy głównie gościom hotelowym. Dzieli się ona na część komercyjną z płatnymi leżakami i obsługą barową, sprzątaną codziennie oraz część bez leżaków, której nikt nie sprząta, ale wielkiego dramatu nie ma. Jakieś 300 metrów od hotelu znajduje się sklep samoobsługowy typu market, z wystarczającą ofertą, ale do marketu z prawdziewgo zdarzenia trzeba się udać aż 2 km dalej. W mojej ocenie, największym minusem tego obiektu jest wyżywienie. Wykupiłem opcję śniadania i kolacji. Śniadanie składało się z zawsze świeżego pieczywa (bułki, bagietka) oraz marnej jakości wędlin i jednego gatunku żółtego sera, jakieś dżemy. Jedynym "daniem na ciepło" były jajka na twardo. Do tego jeszcze jakieś strzępy sałatki z arbuzem, pomidory, ogórek, płatki i jogurt. Był jeszcze toster z tostami, ale się nie odważyłem. Zdecydowanie nie tego oczekuje się po posiłku w Grecji. Bardzo dużo os uprzykrzających zjedenie śniadania. Na kolację trzeba się było udać do hotelowej tawerny, gdzie z menu można było wybrać w ramach wykupionego wyżywienia jedną sałatkę i danie główne. Jeśli danie główne zawierało ryby lub owoce morza, wredy należało dopłacić 6 Euro. Napoje dodatkowo płatne. Posiłki były smaczne, porcje stosowne, szybko podane, obsługa bardzo miła ale powtórnie bym tej opcji nie wykupił. Trzysta metrów od hotelu jest inna tawerna, z lepszą ofertą. Na koniec dodam, że opinie o managerze, które się wcześniej pojawiały są raczej zasadne i jeśli ktoś się tu pojawi niech raczej nie liczy na nadmierną jego empatię. Podsumowując: położenie hotelu i widoki, standard wyposażenia pokoju, basen, bliskość plaży zrekompensowały mi wszelkie niedogodności i z czystym sumieniem wystawiam maksymalną ocenę. Z pewnością rozważę tę lokalizac
