房間安全隱患 孩子的 小床彈簧比較尖鋭 差點刺着孩子的背 墊了棉被在上面， 衞生間的洗臉盆下方大腿位置橫桿尖鋭， 劃傷大腿

有點年代，低水平的五星級，但價格便宜，室外泳池好看，服務態度好。接近沙灘，雖然我沒去。酒店飲食還可以。

整體不錯，離海灘不遠，也可以在酒店户外泳池游泳，早餐很豐盛，不過酒店位置手機沒信號，需要連酒店wifi。

總體設施不錯。但酒店提供的旅遊諮詢服務欠缺： 入住4 天，天氣不好，雨天風大，酒店外出船衹停航，酒店衹提供他們自己的服務，問及附近有沒有飯店或者其他，一概不知/ 或者不説。4 天衹能在灑店呆著。其實不然，最後一天酒店附近走10 分鐘就是很多歺館和旅行相關的出海，Horse ride， car tour， jet tour .... 非常熱鬧的

酒店挺有情調的 很請假 房間設施齊全但不高檔 短期在扎島度假 可選

這個房型沒有看見泳池 但是還可以 酒店的早餐非常不錯 品總多

地理位置優越，房間很大很舒服，離海灘也很近，酒店服務態度也好。泳池裡貼心準備了各種游泳圈，體驗感非常好。

It's a good hotel without being great. Small details make it more a 4* than a 5* but that didn't take away from the fact it's still a place I'd recommend. We came as half board and the food was good but not the widest of selection, perhaps this was due to it being end of season and around 50% capacity. We had no issue getting a sunbed at any time of the day. The places was clean and tidy just a bit tired. Out wardrobe squeaked horrendously, fridge door needing lifting to close. Not major things but things you'd expect not to consider when spending £3k for a week.

Would highly recommend The Lesante Classic Hotel and Spa if planning a visit to Tsilivi. The hotel caters to all with a broad mix of guests. 2 large pools one for Adults only allowing for relaxation time. The staff were amazingly friendly and welcoming right across the broad, from reception to housekeeping and the always smiling John the Concierge. We stayed bed and breakfast with a wide variety on offer for breakfast. Location is perfect bring only 10mins walk to the main centre of Tsilivi. Planning the return visit already

What an amazing 7 night stay we have just had back at the Lesante Classic, for us it was like coming back home after staying at the hotel previously, the front of house team cannot do enough to help. All staff are amazing from cleaners to maintenance to management all really helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean with great facilities, food is good, we stayed half board with a great choice at breakfast and an even better choice at evening meal. Both pool areas are well looked after. We had a wonderful stay and can not wait to come back in 2025. This hotel will always hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you all for making our stay truly magical again. You are all amazing people, who work so very hard to ensure that all of your guest have an amazing stay ❤️

Great stay- one of our best anywhere in Greece! Really cannot fault this amazing hotel, modern, clean, great staff who are friendly, relaxed and very helpful from arriving, to getting settled in, drinks, taxis, food was all a breeze. The pool area is clean and spacious, 1 big pool which was great, a kids pool, plus an adults only “quieter” pool, was a nice touch. Plenty of luxury padded & clean loungers, no problem getting 4 everyday despite it being august and surely fully booked. All bar food was 1st class, as were the breakfasts - we went BnB. Prices fair for the quality of hotel & service. Pool area cleaned down every night, set up early each morning - it was spotless!! Also there was a store of communal lilos and tubes behind the “little “church” one thing less to bring and drag around! Good location, quiet at night, about a 10 min walk to town centre (there is a shortcut at the back of the hotel open 7am till 7pm) and bars restaurants etc some very Greek restaurants, serving really good food, and as ever some very English bars if that’s your bag. Beach is 5 mins away, nice, but not as nice as the hotel pool area tbh.

This is a really lovely hotel. The location is perfect. There is a little supermarket 200m away and the beach is really close - 5 min walk. Everything was spotlessly clean and the ladies cleaning our room couldn’t have been more helpful. Breakfast was fab! Everything you needed and beautifully prepared. We had a cocktail most nights in the bar and the lady there makes the best cocktails we had on holiday! Absolutely brilliant and no more expensive than the local bars. She was so lovely too. The reception staff were excellent - always helpful. Lunches around the pool were also brilliant. Airport transfers by the hotel were first class. Very friendly staff.

Super! What a find! Stayed here for 10 days on half board basis in an Executive room with pool view. The hotel is beautiful and very clean and safe. Our room was huge with a large balcony. Plenty of wardrobe space and toiletries are a nice touch. Would have liked a bedside drawer to pick “bits “. Also the mirror is hung too low for me to see when I did my hair. Our stay was made even more perfect by the lovely, kind staff who know exactly how to help . We enjoyed all our meals and there is plenty of choice. I have a garlic allergy and the restaurant always helped me. Big shout to Dimitri - manager of the restaurant who chatted every day. Reception staff were very helpful and front of hotel staff. Our cleaning lady was a star and the towel ladies who were always smiling. Pool bar staff were very attentive and also the gardening staff who maintain beautiful gardens. The hotel manager chatted with us and was always there to support his staff. The Greek Mezze night was brilliant with high quality food and brilliant waiting staff. A five minute walk to the beach and the resort meant a perfect location. For me, the music at the pool bar was too loud and also I would have like a small balcony clothes rail to dry our swimming clothes. Hopefully we will be back. Thank you

As soon as me and 2 other friends arrived we were nicely welcomed with great service and throughout our whole stay we had an amazing service from all of the people there. We also got alot of amazing tips for our stay on the island and they helped us with everything even with reservations and make sure we had an amazing spot anywhere we went without asking for it. There rooms were cleaned everyday and we received fresh towels 2 times a day. Because of the amazing people we work there we had an amazing never to forget vacation, we hope to come back next year.
