Ulasan Water Amusement Hotel

We booked the hotel so that the kids can be happy with the pools, but it was closed! All the pools where completely closed! The hotel is a little run down, no english speaking personal at the reception, no restaurant to eat (except for breakfast), the location is very good as in walking distance for restaurants, stores and cableway to Tianmen

As the hotel was great we extended and enjoyed one more night - great location, great staff

We booked this hotel especially for its swimming pool . The pictures posted online showed great swimming facilities. However the next day when we tried to go swimming, we discovered the swimming pool was closed for service for several days. We were very disappointed. None of the hotel employees informed us of this when we checked in, otherwise we would definitely have switched hotels. And nothing on the website told us the pool was closed when we made our online reservation. What's even worse is the hotel front desk employees who did not show any caring whatsoever when we expressed our disappointment. After all, the hotel is called "Water Amusement hotel". Even the manager didn't want to even talk with us. I can't believe how much everyone there did not care one bit!!! Worst experience I've ever had and I would not only never return to this hotel, but will tell everyone to avoid this hotel, with such despicable service!! Zero stars!!

I was a bit disappointed that the swimming pool was closed for the winter; I don't remember seeing that before booking. There were many tasty choices at breakfast; take your coat there with you if staying in winter. The bed, pillows, and shower were extremely comfortable after a long day's walk in the national park. Beware of taxi scams--have the driver bill you BEFORE you get out at your destination or you might see silly extra charges tagged on later. It took several phone calls to DiDi to have our scam resolved.

Did not see any water amusement park and the breakfast is not good . The service is not really good . The hotel had too many areas with too heavy a smell of cigarettes. I thought it was not a smoking place inside the lobby.

No english speaking stupid

外地來這裏旅遊，第一次入住，感覺房間空間絕對大，酒店房間數量規模很大。有很多旅遊團首選酒店，對面可以看到山景。衞生設施較滿意，早餐很豐富，適合全國各地的遊客住客。房費性價比也不錯，地下停車場免費停車，地面上車位很少，不是很貴給個好評。下次會繼續入住

酒店很給力，訂的房間來的很早就給辦了入住，不僅升級了房間還贈送了早餐，特別感謝前台那位小姐姐，酒店位置很好，出門很方便，過來旅遊或出差選擇這家都是不錯的選擇，不用趕飛機起早，真的離機場幾分鐘點路程。

特意選淡季出來玩，景區人少景美不用排隊，節約很多時間好好玩好好吃，酒店非常滿意，前台免費贈送了早餐，早餐自助品種很多可自由選擇，去天門山走幾步路就到了，酒店周圍也有很多好吃的，不錯的選擇，值得推薦！

到張家界旅遊，服務員小姐姐很熱情，免費升級了房間，還多給了一份早餐，免費停車場，酒店乾淨衞生，值得好評。酒店離天門山很近，七十二奇樓也很近，交通十分便利。

一百多的房價感覺超值，11月底的張家界的氣温較低，但進入酒店感覺很温暖。酒店外觀大氣、大堂豪華寬敞。前台介紹耐心周到，樓層服務的小姐姐也很熱情，房間乾淨整潔，沒有異味，值得推薦，下次還來！

酒店環境真心不錯，地理環境優越，離天門山景區特近步行即達，周邊餐飲選擇多非常方便，房間寬大明亮設施齊全，衞生乾淨，整牆的落地大窗使窗外風景盡收眼底，服務到位有問必答，綜合評價值得好評點贊。

性價比很高的酒店，細節不錯。服務尤其好，客房衞生打掃的很乾凈 前台也很好，免費停車場很大 早餐品種多 已推薦給準備來張家界遊玩的朋友

酒店位置很便利，離天門山、七十二奇樓都很近，周圍吃東西也很方便吃啥有啥，酒店不僅免費停車，還有免費一次性用品，現在很多酒店都沒有了，價格還很實惠，這不推薦還推薦啥。
