Amazing staff and great stayThe staff were extremely kind and helped us with all the tickets for the main attractions. They gave us great advice and stayed in constant communication with us throughout our stay. The breakfast had mostly local options, but everything was tasty. Our room was spacious and very clean, and they even offered us a free upgrade. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from the buses to the National Park. Highly recommended.

Loved this hotel and would highly recommend! The room was clean, well stocked with amenities (towels, bathroom accessories, bathrobes etc). Bed was comfy and room was spacious. The shower had a waterfall shower head and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was very good with many options for both chinese and western style food. The service here was amazing! Mei at the front desk helped us to plan out itinerary for Zhanjiajie forest park, with our day planned and mapped out, even including the estimated time we would spend in each area of the park and our bus routes within to maximize our experience. She booked our tickets and park reservations. This was extremely helpful as we do not speak Mandarin and found the park very confusing on our own. They also provide free transport to and from East gate and drop off pick up to the pedestrian street restaurants and local sightseeing.. The hotel is also located right next to Baofen Lake scenic park. Our experience in Zhangjiajie was amazing thanks to the fabulous service this hotel offers.

A wonderful hotel! I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all the hotel staff for their warmth, hospitality, and assistance in organizing our trip! 1. We were met at the airport and taken to the train station on a free comfortable transfer. 2. There is a free transfer to the National Park there and back. 3. Delicious breakfast: steamed buns, jiaozi, eggs, fresh fruits and vegetables - and all this with a stunning view of the mountains! 4. The territory of a hotel is much larger than it looks on the photo, very well-groomed and interesting. I recommend to plan 1 day to just relax at the hotel! 5. The hotel has a small cute pool with a view of the mountains. 6. The hotel staff confidently speaks English and helped us with literally every little thing! They bought tickets, planned every day of our stay, helped with routes and gave their recommendations. They answered in the chat literally instantly on any question! They were worried and wrote to us if we stayed somewhere late. 7. Free tea tasting of local tea in English was very interesting! You can buy local tea and pottery in the store. 8. During our stay, we counted 3 dogs, 7 cats, 3 kittens and 2 puppies that live on the territory of the hotel. All animals are very friendly and gave this place an incredibly warm and homely atmosphere. 9. Laundry is free, we used it several times, everything is great! 10. You can order dinner at any time. All the food is delicious, home-cooked and made with love! 11. The room was wonderful and very spacious with a large bed, great pillows and very soft linens. 12. We left the hotel very early, so the staff brought us breakfast to go. It was very nice! Thank u so much!!! I’ll really miss this place!

Banpolly truly lives up to its name, nestled halfway up the mountain, far from the madding crowd. The surrounding mountains are densely forested. To the northeast, you can clearly see the iconic sandstone peaks of Zhangjiajie's unique geological formations. The rooms boast extra-large floor-to-ceiling windows, offering breathtaking panoramic mountain views. My favorite part was waking up and watching the outlines of the distant mountains gradually sharpen through the sheer curtains. In the early morning, the peaks opposite are often shrouded in mist, creating an ethereal, almost otherworldly atmosphere. There's a small but clean and beautiful courtyard with an outdoor table and chairs, where we often enjoyed breakfast and dinner, just to soak in the rare abundance of green and tranquility. The exterior design of Banpolly B&B is stunning, and the interior facilities are equally premium. The room was incredibly spacious with a well-planned layout. The king-size bed had a mattress that was neither too soft nor too firm, and the bedding was of excellent quality, making for a very comfortable sleep. The toilet, shower, and washbasin were all separate. The smart toilet, electric towel rack, and disposable towels and bath towels were all of high quality. What's particularly worth mentioning is the spacious shower room with a comfortable water temperature and strong water pressure. Plus, there was a large bathtub right in the center of the room. After a day of exploring, shedding clothes soaked with sweat multiple times, a hot shower or a relaxing soak in the tub was pure bliss. The owners of Banpolly are a mother and her two daughters, and they are all incredibly kind! The owners provided a self-made map of the Forest Park, which was very helpful. The older sister helped us plan our routes and drove us to and from the Forest Park entrance every day. The younger sister was a bit shy and quiet but genuinely sincere. When we checked in, she noticed we had booked for five days and four nights and kindly warned us that it might not be convenient to stay in one place if we planned to visit multiple attractions. She was relieved later when she learned we intended to spend four days just in the Forest Park. Her sincerity touched us. One evening, when we hadn't returned by almost 8 PM, the younger sister messaged us, asking if we were okay and if we needed a pick-up. It was a very heartwarming gesture. I had hung my clean clothes to dry in the courtyard, and when I remembered to retrieve them after returning from the mountain, I found that the owners had already collected them and brought them to our room. The mother is the chef of the establishment. If you want to eat something specific, just let the younger sister know in advance. The older sister would specially drive to buy groceries, and the mother would cook. The eggs were from their own free-range chickens, and the home-cooked meals were incredibly comforting. The mother would often remind us, 'There's more if you need it.' When she saw I didn't recognize a jicama (liangshu), she even gave me some and showed me how to eat it. And I must also mention the little host of the B&B, 'French Fry,' an 8-month-old rural dog. He's adorable, well-behaved even with first-time guests, and never barks unnecessarily. He often accompanied us on walks around the area. Every day when we returned from outside, he would enthusiastically run to greet us. If he saw a guest who was afraid of dogs, he knew to keep his distance. For dog lovers like us, he simply added to the feeling of being at home.

Facilities: Central air conditioning, smart home, and a very comfortable bed. Environment: Living in the mountains, it wasn't hot, and the view rooms had a particularly nice view. Service: From Zhangjiajie West Station, the hostess was incredibly welcoming and helpful, picking us up at the station and then dropping us off at Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. She was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. On our first day, the hostess even cut us some watermelon in the evening. The mountain ice watermelon was truly delicious. Meals were also delivered to our room, and the food was excellent, reasonably priced, and generous. The hostess also recommended a great barbecue and braised food restaurant for takeout, and offered discounts on tickets. The villa is magnificent. We stayed two nights and extended our stay by booking an additional night. It was incredibly comfortable. Just lying in bed was so relaxing, and the mountain scenery was so captivating that I couldn't leave. This is by far the most comfortable B&B I've stayed in Zhangjiajie, and I'll definitely stay there again next time I visit.

This hotel is excellent, offering great value for money and a convenient location. It's easy to get to all the attractions and the train station, and there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance downstairs. The facilities include a laundry room, swimming pool, and gym. The front desk staff were very welcoming and promptly provided medical supplies when needed. It definitely deserves a five-star rating, and I'll be booking this place again next time I'm in Zhangjiajie!

The location of this inn is absolutely unbeatable! It’s just steps away from Xibu Street, which makes it super convenient to go out for food and drinks in the evening. The Forest Park’s main gate is only a few minutes’ drive away, which saved us a lot of travel time—perfect for exploring Zhangjiajie with ease. What really stood out was the service here. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. They not only gave us detailed suggestions for sightseeing routes but also helped us book discounted attraction tickets. Whenever we had questions while in the park, we could always reach out to Xiao Du! That kind of thoughtful, concierge-like service made our whole trip relaxing and stress-free—no need to worry about planning or potential pitfalls. Even though the inn is located in a busy area, it’s quiet and comfortable inside, with uniquely decorated exotic vibes. They also offer complimentary parking and laundry/dryer services, which is super convenient for those driving or needing fresh clothes after long days of touring.

## Room: The room was impeccably clean. Waking up, I was treated to breathtaking natural beauty of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park right from my bed, truly feeling immersed in nature – it was wonderfully quiet and relaxing. ## Dining: The restaurant offered fresh, home-style stir-fries, prepared very hygienically. It's particularly great for families with children, as the food is very kid-friendly. Everything is cooked fresh to order right after you return from your day out! 👍 ## Service: Both the owner and staff were incredibly friendly. We'd often sit together and chat in the evenings after a day of exploring. They also provided excellent travel advice and helped plan optimal routes, which saved us a lot of hassle and helped us avoid unnecessary detours! 👍

The house is located on Xibu Street and is clean and hygienic. Outside is a food court that's bustling at night. It's just over a kilometer from the east gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The owner can help with itinerary planning and ticket booking, which is cheaper than online.

We‘ve been staying in No. 5 Valley for visiting the Zhangjiajie National Park. We had a pleasant stay, beautiful room with a fantastic view, amazing local food. The accommodation offers great Service especially because they speak good English. Our highlights were the exchange and learning about tea culture, swimming in the infinity pool and having someone taking care of organizational stuff (e.g. booking transfer,…) We absolutely recommend the No.5 Valley and will definitely come back when visiting China! PS: They also offer to book tickets for the Nationalpark for you!
