這家店第一次入住，朋友推薦説這家服務很好，來入住確實服務不錯，前台小姐姐們還送了份小零食 真的很加分，退房時我的手錶忘到房間了 前台也是第一時間和我取得聯繫 拾金不昧！客房服務人員也是服務很好，給我洗完的衣服整潔的放到床上，真的贊這家酒店，還會再次入住這家酒店！！

房間細節衞生處理的很好，床也很舒適，淋浴的熱水水壓比較大，配備的洗漱用品品質很高。
酒店臨街，但是一點都不嘈雜，晚上睡覺感覺很安靜。

設施：很完善，周邊出行方便步行五六分鐘就有個大型商場，兩公里左右就可以到丹尼斯大衞城，
衞生：很好👍本來恰逢中考入住之前發生一點點不愉快（本來想做這家酒店的“黑粉”了哈哈）但是前台管理人員短頭髮一個大姐和大堂應該是管理的美女對問題解決和響應特別特別及時，所有問題第一時間給解決和彌補，搞得我都不好意思了😅出門在外比較暖心，其次他家的早餐味道絕對很棒，經常出差各種類型中高低檔酒店早餐都吃過，很多類型比較多但是口味沒有那麼驚喜，他家的早餐炒菜類型豐富口味很好值得推薦，來鄭州的夥伴真實開始來體驗一下！

Also, this was one of the best food experiences I have ever had.
The accomodation is situated near the mountain landscape and the nights are quiet and peaceful.
I have gotten a great rest from the big city here.
The hotel runs a restaurant in the first floor, which is quiet famous in the local area (for a good reason it is!).
The dishes were amongst the best I have eaten in the country!
You will enter the hotel through a tea and wineshop with a wonderful a**osphere..
The couple that runs the hotel is very kind, helpful and joyful. They gifted me tea and fruits for my further traveling and made me feel welcome during my stay.
If I am ever back in Dengfeng, I will know where to go!

PPengguna TetamuLocation is 1 min away next to subway or dongshilipu exit E. Next to hotel is a small mall with a lot of food options from restaurants to small eats. Easy to get to erqi mall, corn tower, east rail station. Hotel surrounding is peaceful at night so it’s nice.
Stayed in room with executive lounge excess with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail. Breakfast is good and
Evening cocktail has hot food so worth to go if you have this option. Afternoon tea is optionally as mainly drinks.
Gym is huge and not crowded and open 24 hrs so if you need a hotel with gym ,this is good choice .
Only area for hotel to improve is room temperature in room doesn’t seem to be able to adjust to be cooler.. lucky visit in not in summer.

PPengguna Tetamu入住和退房時的前台很熱情，打算去河南博物院，約的一點半跟團，在前台放了行李就直接走了，五點多回來，前台小姑娘直接給升級了房型，比原來定的房大了很多，退房流程也很快，房卡交前台就可以，基本不用等。 東風路地鐵D口出來上到一層步行幾十米就到酒店，吃飯很方便，到鄭弘城8樓7樓就是正弘城的美食層，B1層是美食一條街，很多小吃，帶孩子來的，吃飯基本不用走太多路。房間衞生打掃的很乾凈，基本上可以和大點的酒店相比。酒店內部環境也很乾凈，淡淡的清香味，孩子也很喜歡🤭。 總體來説，服務熱情，環境衞生過關，設施很貼心，性價比很高，而且離河南博物院比較近，來玩的推薦入住！

Perkhidmatan yang saya temui dari masa saya mendaftar masuk adalah bertimbang rasa. Sarapan pagi adalah di tingkat satu. Walaupun ia tidak sehebat sarapan di hotel lima bintang, ia juga kaya dengan kepelbagaian. Makan dua mangkuk sekali.
Lokasinya juga baik, bertentangan dengan Taman Zijingshan, hotel di sekelilingnya agak tertumpu, tidak kira ke mana anda pergi.
Tetapi kemudahan perkakasan agak lama, bilik pancuran mandian tidak berjalan dengan lancar, dan hos pancuran mandian sedikit bocor. Di samping itu, saya tidak tahu mengapa terdapat bau yang sangat tidak menyenangkan di dalam lif, tetapi saya perlu mengambilnya semula. Terdapat sejumlah 3 lif, dan dua daripadanya mempunyai bau ini. Tetapi selepas memberi komen, bau itu hilang keesokan harinya.

I would expect there to be a staff member downstairs to greet me and help take my suitcase out of the trunk but there was no one . The entrance to the hotel feels quite random and unprofessional. A few more water bottles and coffee pouches in the rooms would be better. It’s frustrating to keep having to call room service to request them. Otherwise a good hotel, iron and ironing board provided in the room

Eerdenelkham ChMy flight was late evening which saved me time to rest because It was very close to the Airport.. Booked lake view room and it was wonderful to see early morning. The room price was friendly and the room was unexpectedly cleaner than I thought.

NNeilhanwanfang趁着元旦假期來鞏義玩，入住這家鞏義最高端的酒店，華裕國際酒店總體來説相當驚艷！
環境：酒店花園式的建築，一座主樓一圈停車場，停車場很充足，住店免費停車，門口保安也很隨和，服務很好，每次出去都給你打招呼
房間面積很大，床墊和床品都很好，帶孩子更好，設施設備完善，但是略顯陳舊，但是乾淨整潔
入住期間前台的領班王啟穎服務熱情，看到有孩子還主動送了小童拖鞋，很好，提前開發票，避免了結賬時等待的時間，房間含雙早，兩個孩子不足1.2米早餐免費，早餐有現磨咖啡，現磨豆漿，還有麪包麥片，以及煎餅果子，小孩子很愛吃！早餐種類也很多，空間寬敞不擁擠，但是空調不太好，有點冷，可能跟窗户大有關係！
住了兩天感覺很舒服！

The walking street have bundle of restaurant and street food, solely the foot step away from the hotel which is super convenient for the guest. The revolving restaurant at the roof top serve the guest breakfast is the plus point of this hotel. The breakfast food variety is good and they have provided 4 to 5 type of soup noodle immediately cook for you. Although hotel itself shown a certain of age, the maintenance and cleanliness still managed well. The only drawback of this hotel is the mattress and pillow is not really comfortable since you can feel the metal spring when you sleep.

Highly recommended if you're going to travel to Zhengzhou and looking for a place to stay. Room rates are affordable yet room amenities are superb 👌 friendly and accommodating staffs from front desk, hskp, restaurant and driver 👌
What I didn't expect?
1. Early check-in without fees (usually kasi in Pinas may fees for early check-in and late check-out. I arrived 2 hrs earlier tanong ko kaagad sa front desk if I can check-in early ang sagot Keyi👌 without additional fees
2. Airport Pickup and Drop Off for Free
3. Clean, comfy and spacious room. Ofc, very tahimik ( I didn't feel winter inside napaka warm)
4. Lahat automatic like switch, 🚽 etc (expected sa China)
5. I only paid it for only 163rmb (around 1,300 php very good deals right? Kala ko just a very normal rooms but it was beyond my expectations
6. Breakfast for only 16rmb unli buffet (around 125php sulit na sulit )
7. There's a gym inside, nearby supermarkets, near the airport and more....
I leave a thank you letter in my room upon checking out for my friend. Dunno if the hotel staff will contact the person, I just wanted to surprise him since I'm returning back to my country today.
I'll definitely comeback in Zhengzhou and will stay again at Shi Hang Hotel 👌
