Ulasan Zhuhai L Hotel （Gongbei Port High-speed Railway Station）

Location was good. Nearest hotel to gongbei port after clearing customs and above the underground mall. Xiaomin (receptionist) was very sweet. She arranged for a room on a high floor for us. In addition, it was such a nice gesture to decorate the room so nicely as a birthday surprise! Thank you v much.

Was given a welcome fruit plate and I got upgraded to better room with city view, actual I requested in my booking but just accepted what the receipt offered. I enjoyed the running in the gym, very nice view. Will book again in future.

Fantastic location, the location right outside the gate, check-in was located under the fifth floor , the process was fast and hasslefree. Although the room is not big, it is clean and comfortable. Lawsons right under the hotel. Perfect business hotel.

We fully enjoyed this stay in Hotel L. The front desk staffs 小敏，小陈等等are both friendly and helpful. They always smile when approached and offer unlimited assistance to our enquiries. We also wish to thank the housekeeper especially 范女士, she works with details and clean every corner of our room. In addition, she guided us to things which we would need. Lastly, all staff are very polite and do not hesitate to greet guests Good Morning everyday without fail. Thank you very much and best wishes!

We enjoyed our stay in L Hotel. We are served by Xiao Feng. She is very friendly and polite. She ensure we have a feeling like home . The room is spacious and clean . Very well kept . The location was ideal so convenient . Mins to high speed rail station and Gongbei port custom.

The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean. There are many hooks in the bathroom, convenient for hanging clothes.

Good location A lot of eateries right downstairs of the hotel. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Towels and bath robe are sterilized. Received fresh fruit and small little free gift on first day of stay. Staff is friendly and helpful.

It's very near to Gongbei port. Zhuhai railway station is next to it. The hotel is within walking distance.

Excellent location. Very convenience to travel to Macau and Guangzhounan.

The hotel is great option! You can easily arrive, it is in front of the Macao board and train station. You always have a taxi to go wherever you want to go. The front desk is always available to help you. Have a good communication using wechat and a team with good English language speakers.

Hotel room was cozy and comfortable and comparable to some 5-star hotel under Marriott Group. Hotel staff Ms Liang（ 梁小姐 ） and Ms Chen（ 陈小姐) was very friendly and helpful in attending to us. Ms Liang helped to arrange a special welcome for us in the hotel room and it was a nice surprise! We came mainly for the Zhuhai Airshow and Ms Chen( 陈小姐） offered us transport options which helped us to get to the exhibition site and we appreciate her help. Only complain was there was limited variety in the breakfast menu but noodles was very nice and it was enough to keep us full for much of the day. We will want to come back again when we next visit Zhuhai. Hotel location is good and convenient to visit Macau. There are also many shops and restaurants in the nearby basement shopping mall.

Reception is friendly and knowledgeable. Receptionist Chen Shao Ping 陈少屏 is very helpful and gave us an early check-in and informed the housekeeping staff to bring fruits to my room. The housekeeping staff are all polite and service-oriented. Breakfast is served at the Dim Sum Cafe on the ground floor. Delicious and adequate. Location is good, just minutes' walk from Zhuhai-Macau border. When rushing back before the border closes at 1am, it took just a 5 min walk to the hotel. Read some negative reviews on this hotel but the experience was largely different. Glad to stay at this place.
