The place is clean and spacious, well-equipped, with a large, comfortable bed, good linens, and nice pillows. However, the main downside was the lack of communication. The host didn’t greet us, and we didn’t receive any basic information about our stay, not even the breakfast time. We had to ask about everything ourselves, including transfer information. Throughout our stay, we felt totally confused. This isn’t our first time traveling in China, and even though we don’t speak Chinese and many hosts don’t speak English, communication has never been a problem before. Everyone except this host was very proactive. So, we were a bit disappointed because the homestay itself was actually quite nice.

We recently stayed at the villa for three nights over CNY and it exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The excellent breakfast provided a delightful start to each day, and the staff's kindness added a warm touch to the overall experience. The pick-up service from 張大哥was convenient, and the transportation options were reasonable. The room offered a breathtaking view, providing a serene atmosphere. Privacy was well-maintained, creating a peaceful and exclusive environment. The jacuzzi was a highlight, offering a relaxing escape. The cleanliness of both the room and bathroom was impeccable, contributing to a comfortable stay. Overall, this villa provides a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and thoughtful amenities for a memorable getaway.

The owner of the inn is very kind, accomodating and helpful. She booked our Tianmen Mountain tickets, took us to a good Chinese restaurant, and booked our car going back to Zhangjiajie Railway Station. She also gave us directions on how to navigate Tianmen Moutain, checked on us every now and reminded us to be down the mountain at 11:30am so we won’t miss our 2:00pm train. When we entered the inn, we were mesmerized as it has a welcoming ambiance. We love all the wood designs and carvings. They also offered us tea and heated blankets. We booked the Fairy room and it surpassed our expectation. It is nice and cozy, everything is made of wood. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom has basic toiletries. There is also a heater that is so easy to operate, just like an AC. We absolutely loved our stay. We can’t wait to bring our family next time we come to Zhangjiajie. Definitely worth the money!

The room is very close to the park entrance, 2-3 minutes on foot. The staff is friendly, they arranged everything quickly and helped us get into the room (loft, top floor, no elevator). The room was spacious, we had the option of heating with air conditioning. Her bed was clean, the floor and bathroom could be a little cleaner. The water in the shower flowed quite slowly.

強烈推薦。先説環境，客棧位於南門，不像商業化的東門那麼喧囂，有着採菊東籬下悠然見南山的安逸休閑。老闆家的小夥子，非常好客，各種接送，事無鉅細的周到，給予了我們滿滿的情緒價值，我十二歲的兒子直言不諱的説，不提住宿吃飯，他的服務就能值幾百塊錢。年輕老闆看我們一家人訂了兩間房，主動升級到一間兩居室的套房，非常nice。在老闆家吃了三頓飯，早餐晚餐都非常可口，我平時都不喝酒，還忍不住喝了一杯老闆家泡的葯酒。飯後在院子裏看小橋流水，陪兒子抓抓小魚蝦，説不出的輕鬆自在。

I totally loved it! The owners are the nicest people I've met in China, very helpful and hospitable. We were sitting together and drinking tea all evenings. The place is super clean and really beautiul. There is magic in this place. Close to all atractions you want to see in the area. I totally recommend it!!!❤

去了好多地方玩，這家的江景房是最超值最划算，去索道打車就幾塊錢，但是比索道旁邊的酒店強太多，完全不在一個等量級；一是房間超大，還有三面大落地窗，還帶茶台茶葉，這配置四五百塊就住到了（淡季老闆有幫升房型，感謝了），簡直是賺了；二是超大的江景陽台，爽得很；大缸泡個澡，江邊走走陽台上吹吹江風，再泡杯茶點個煙，兩個字，享受！！！這是我第一次住到三面大落地窗+大陽台+江景的房間，很難遇到同類配置房型，爬完天門山下來泡個澡睡一覺，第二天滿血復活。最最重要的是，吃得是真爽，酒店往後走200米，就是本地人一條商業街，有家開了好多年雞蛋餅，才8塊錢，還有辣魚辣鴨木桶飯鹵味這些都是本地開了好多年的老鋪子（實力店鋪，非景區流水線預製菜味道），味道好還實惠，一百內可以把自己吃爽；

老闆娘非常熱情、早起後推開門、看到的山景真漂亮。對面就是黃龍洞的入口檢票處。我們住在5樓、頂層種了很多多肉、花花草草多的地方、總會有些小昆蟲、好在門關上、空調一開、電蚊香打開，晚上倒是沒蚊子。一進門就覺得非常小、沒有電梯所以重行李也不友好。是老闆娘幫忙提上來的、但是退房的時候不好意思再麻煩她了。這個附近幾乎沒有外賣、老闆娘有電話的、可以點吃的。離黃龍洞非常近、可以步行。黃龍洞門口還有巴士站可以到大峽谷、最後一天行李寄存在店裡、老闆娘幫忙叫車、帶上行李直接到森林公園接上我們就去機場了、不用再繞一圈。從黃龍洞看過來、這家店算是這附近最文青的一家店了、祝老闆娘生意興隆、這樣就能多點維護費用啦～

I absolutely loved this hotel, the bed was so comfortable and I had such a great sleep… I wish I knew where they got those pillows! It’s at street level, but totally separated… The only downside is that there are no windows, or at least there wasn’t in my room. But I was only there for one night so not so bad and also, it’s not like you’re in your room for that long anyway. Really enjoyed my stay!

AAsierGaThe hotel is simply perfect. The service is super kind. They are continuously trying to help with everything. Although they do not speak English, they try so hard to understand you using the translator, which is very appreciated. The suggestions they make to visit the park are super useful. Regarding the location, it is next to the park entrance, so it is really convenient if you want to go hiking in the early morning. It is also located next to several restaurants. The breakfast is offered in a place next to the main hotel. Although they do not have the common European/American stuff, everything is really good. In conclusion, we would highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

SSongmeiailvxing客棧距離天門山森林公園索道入口較近，沒有餐飲服務，有電梯。房間設計為古樸的民族風格，佈局合理，佈置精緻，衞生間乾濕未分離。客棧位於彭家鋪小區內，小區內民宿客棧眾多，我們自駕導航進入的路段狹窄，附件還有個幼兒園有很多接孩子的電動車，我們的車都不敢走。給客棧打電話，等了十分鐘才過來接的。客棧前面的街道更窄，兩邊都停車後，其它車輛就不能走了。老闆駕駛技術好，挪走門前的大花盆，一點一點調整幫我們停好了車。

Masa aku check out, makcik tengah kemas bilik lain. Saya mengambil pandangan dan ia konsisten dengan gambar. Bilik-bilik adalah sangat bersih dan kemas, dengan kawasan aktiviti yang agak besar, rak pengeringan, dan tingkap dengan penebat bunyi yang baik. Mari kita bercakap tentang bos. Ini adalah bos yang paling menggembirakan, sabar dan halus yang pernah saya temui. Untuk mengelakkan seseorang daripada cuba menyelamatkan masalah dan menambah beban kerja yang tidak perlu kepada bos, saya tidak akan bercakap lebih lanjut. Pendek kata, ia adalah sebaik yang saya tidak pernah. Mereka yang tidak menulis ulasan bersedia secara aktif dan ikhlas memberi pujian.
