Located a bit far from major attractions - expect a 10-15 minute walk to both the subway and JR line. Good selection of konbinis and supermarkets nearby. Facilities were clean but the lounge area, fridges and microwaves are on the 5th floor, and the building does not have an elevator, which can be troublesome. Overall good value for money, at around 2000 yen a night including city tax it's quite worth it.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was larger than expected and well designed, with automatic lighting, a very nice bathroom, and a cozy raised Japanese-style area. The room was very clean, visually pleasing, and the air conditioning worked well throughout the stay. The location was also excellent, with the hotel just a short walk from Kyoto Station. Being in the city center made it easy to get around, even without using public transportation.

Отличный отель. Расположен в очень удачном месте. Все очень чисто и аккуратно. Комната была не большая, но мы все равно в ней только ночевали. На ресепшене был русскоговорящий сотрудник, очень нам помог порекомендовав куда сходить, в том числе рассказал про ближайшие сэнто. Категорически рекомендую сходить в Goko-yu. Завтраки крайне простые, но лучше чем ничего.

Kinda upset that the cabinet is full and there’s no place to hang my clothes. The cushions on the tatami has lots of stains which feels so dirty. It makes me wonder if the curtains are clean too. The staff at the reception that I met only understands Japanese, it’s challenging to communicate and I have to keep using a translator which is a hassle. I forgot my keys on one of the nights and couldn’t dial through any of the numbers that is on the window of the reception. Stood there for approximately 20 minutes then I tried to check if I can send a message instead. I felt devastated. Perhaps a phone can be placed outside so that guests can use it to call when there is an emergency? Thankfully I could send an iMessage using iPhone and the staff came to assist with opening the door for me in about 15 minutes which is pretty quick.

FUGA STAY, true to the meaning of its name “fuga” (elegance and serenity), is a refined and peaceful hideaway tucked within the heart of Kyoto. I personally love hotels that are hidden away from the main road yet still extremely convenient—just a 3 to 5-minute walk from Omiya Subway Station and numerous Kyoto city bus stops. If you’re into cycling or using e-scooters, there’s a Luup rental station right in front of the hotel. The room is spacious and very comfortable for a solo traveler. It comes with two double beds that you can easily move together to form a super king-size bed. The bathroom is also large, with no sense of tightness. The front desk staff speaks Japanese and Chinese, so communication is smooth and easy. Honestly, I’m hesitant to praise FUGA too much—if too many people discover it, the price might go up! P.S. Just around the corner is Tendō Shrine, only a 2-minute walk away. It felt like a beautiful encounter by fate. FUGA STAYは、その名の通り「風雅」で、賑やかな場所の中にありながらも静かで、控えめで上品な空間です。 大通りに面していないホテルが好きな私にとって、ここは理想的な立地です。徒歩3〜5分で大宮駅や京都市内の多数のバス停にアクセスできます。 自転車や電動キックボードが好きな方には、目の前にLuupのステーションがあってとても便利です。 部屋は広く、一人で泊まってもとても快適です。ダブルベッドが2台あり、自分で簡単に動かして、特大キングサイズベッドのように使うことができます。トイレも広々としていて、窮屈さは感じません。 フロントでは日本語と中国語（漢語）が通じるので、安心して滞在できます。 正直、あまり褒めすぎたくないです…人気が出て値上がりしそうで（笑） P.S. すぐ近くの路地に「天道神社」があり、徒歩2分ほどです。素敵なご縁を感じました。 FUGA STAY，如同其名字「風雅」一般，是一處鬧中取靜、低調而優雅的住宿空間。 我特別喜歡這種不在主幹道上、卻又交通便利的飯店——步行3到5分鐘即可抵達地鐵大宮站與眾多京都市巴士站點。 如果你喜歡騎單車或滑板車，門口就有Luup的租借點，非常方便。 房間空間寬敞，一個人住起來非常舒適，因為配置了兩張雙人床（可以輕鬆地自行移動，變成超級大king size）；廁所空間也很大，毫無壓迫感。 前台服務人員通曉日語與漢語，溝通無障礙。 說真的，我不太想過度讚美FUGA，因為怕太多人知道之後價格會上漲（笑） P.S. 小巷轉角就有一間「天道神社」，走路約2分鐘，非常有緣。

Harga sangat berpatutan dan sesuai untuk travel bajet. Cadar, sarung kuilt dan sarung bantal semuanya bersih dan bebas bau. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah ia kelihatan agak jauh dari stesen kereta api bawah tanah, tetapi ia sangat dekat dengan Dongshan, di mana terdapat banyak kuil. Kuil Nanzen yang terkenal juga terletak di Dongshan

房間大，在日本很難得。距離地鐵站有些遠，在京阪四條和五條之間，不怕走的話可以在四條河原町吃飯逛街然後走回酒店。連住四天，中間的那天給安排了打掃。大堂可以拿牙刷等用品，二樓有洗衣機，設施夠用。可以寄存行李，前台各個國籍的都有，有會説中文的，不過不一定碰上，都會説日文，有一次是一個西方人面孔的店員，我磕磕巴巴地説英文，後來一問人家會説日文😂這一片應該是居民區吧，吃的不多，距離最近的便利店要五六百米，建議吃完了再回酒店。附近還有好幾個小寺廟，酒店隔壁就是，可以逛一逛。

3人分準備が、追加料金を払うという約束でお願いしてたのですが、アメニティ、ベッド等人数分なかったので困りました。 今回の件フロントの方に確認すると、半笑いで『うちの方は問題ない』と言われました。 結果追加料は払ってませんが、要望が通ってなかった。 1週間前などに再度確認した方がいいと学べました。 内装等前情報通りよかったです。 ありがとうございました。
