We will definitely be returning to the Wayford Bridge Inn. This was our second stay there. This family-owned hotel is fantastic in our opinion. Our accommodation at the Wayford, room number 12, faces the river, though it's a short distance away. We spent three days there. Everything we needed was in our spotlessly clean and well-organised room. While we were there, we made reservations for breakfast and dinner. The meals are all wonderful and reasonably priced. The food was consistently served hot and in generous serving sizes. There is a standard menu as well as a special board to select from. The staff are exceptional, as is Karen, ”The Boss,” who maintains a tight ship. With so many attractions nearby without having to travel far, it's a fantastic spot to stay.

Evening food was lovely in the brasserie. The golf course was lovely. We played the hill course. The spa was great. Great range of treatments and people were nice. Location and general feel about Barnham broom is amazing. The smaller sized resort is much better aswell. The 2 downsides: The breakfast was horrendous. The quality of the food and the state it was cooked in was diabolical. (Full english) the hot drinks were also done with little to no care and was not good at all. The bar in the middle of the hotel between the brasserie and the sports bar would be an amazing place to have proper drinks, lovely setting and great for people to have a nice evening drink. This wasn't manned and we were just directed to the sports bar as a couple to get drinks instead...which is more 'laddy' than we wanted for our after evening drinks. Which was a shame.

We had a meal at the Dales last night and what a lovely meal it was. Everything about this restaurant is perfect. The meal was first class, cooked and presented to a high standard. It was all delicious and such a lovely dining room . The service was excellent and Callum made sure that we had a great evening. Thank you Callum and all the staff. We would not hesitate to recommend and return when we are next in Sheringham.
