Excellent hotel right next to the city's central square. Clean, minimalist room, a comfortable soft bed, and plenty of single-use toiletries. A small breakfast buffet. Friendly front desk staff. On the minor downside: sound carries quite well from the hallway, so falling asleep quickly proved difficult due to the loud voices and noise from other guests in the corridor. The hallway light also seeps in through the gap under the door — in a room like this it shines right into your eyes if you're facing the door; I ended up covering my face with the spare pillow. Overall, though, the impression is very positive. Very clean, lots of handy little extras in the shower, tea and coffee, and a couple of glass bottles of local water.

Amazing hotel definitely one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed in Armenia! The food was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Syuzi, who helped me organize a surprise for my girlfriend - truly appreciated! The hotel is worth every penny. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone visiting Gyumri!

The hotel is located in the center of Gyumri, near the main square. The linens and towels were very clean, and the room itself was spotless. The receptionist was a very kind and attentive man who answered all of our questions. We were checking out early in the morning and would miss breakfast, so we asked for lunch boxes to go, and they kindly accommodated our request, not leaving us hungry! 🙂↕️ Huge thanks 🙌🏼

Everything about this hotel is perfect, from its location to the interior design details. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the room is clean and has everything you need. The breakfast is magnificent. We didn't use the spa. The value for money is simply excellent! I highly recommend it.

Остановилась здесь в стандартном номере. Персонал прекрасен. Быстро решают мои вопросы. У самом центре. Мебель и отель новые. Видимо, реконструкция только сделана в этом году. Приятно жить. Чисто. Все свежее. Матрас прям кайф. Кондиционер новый, что прям преимущество при таких перепадах температур. Если прям что я бы лично заменила - полушки. Не удобные для сна для меня. И это очень индивидуальный трек.

The overall experience is very good, the accommodation room is big and cheap, and the surrounding environment is very quiet. Jiumli is a warm city, because the place is not big, it is very convenient to walk or take a taxi, I like it very much.

That is what it means: to meet in king's way. Such hospitality and joy that I was tears. Let's start with the hotel looks like a guest house, but the hotel service. Cleaning in the room every day. Convenient mattresses, soft bed linen. Clean. There is a common kitchen. And there is everything in this kitchen. Even the products are very aestheticly folded in the refrigerator: eggs, chips, cheeses melted, cakes, bread, jems of 10 species, butter butter. There are dry mixtures, tea, coffee. Milk. The dishes were told not to wash that there is a person who does it. Comes every day and cleans up. We traveled by car, here there is a parking within the hotel. We also needed washing. The washing machine just broke down, but it was repaired the next day and gave me all the necessary washing machines. There were swingers, the daughter was delighted. So were given the small things and allowed to draw even on the walls. The attitude is so trembling and caring that does not happen in 5🌟 hotels. Our wishes for improvement are: Change the toilet door to close tightly like the usual door. That way the guests will be more comfortable. And do something with the doors in the shower cabin, or through them when the washing leaks on the floor of the water. Can just make the clutches. Otherwise everything is wonderful. Also individual words of gratitude to a woman who comes to cleaning (unknown name). We talked very warmly with her.
