Quel magnifique hôtel .
Le service la propreté et le confort y est.
Seul bémol c’est l’accès à l’hôtel qui est compliqué si vous êtes véhiculé.

En arrivant à la réception nous avons été accueilli d'une manière désobligeante avec beaucoup de condescendance à notre égard.
Dans la chambre pas un seul sachet de thé à disposition.
Des meubles dans un état très moyen.
Une insonorisation déplorable où on entendait même les ébats amoureux d'une chambre voisine et les talons de chaussures d'une chambre du dessus.
Et pour finir nous avons été témoin d'une grosse scène de ménage à l'accueil de l'hôtel sans aucune intervention d'un membre de la sécurité de l'hôtel.
Indigne d'un 5 étoiles malgré un cadre magnifique...

Très bonne réception d'une employée très aimable.
Par contre la salle de douche laisse à désirer. Il est impossible de se doucher sans inonder la salle de bain ! Le fond de la baignoire est glissant et il est prudent de continuer à se tenir aux poignées (heureusement qu'l y en a !)

給寶寶床很快，前台工作人員服務很好。但是我們已經在trip上付款了，但是酒店前台表示查找不到，所以不知道是不是trip和酒店系統傳輸有問題。

Très beau séjour au sein de l'hôtel, grand parc à proximité pour se balader.
Hôtel de luxe , il serait juste souhaitable de préciser que l'accès à la piscine est d'une heure par jour en réservant un créneau préalablement et que l'accès à la piscine n'est plus autorisé pour les enfants à partir de 18h.
Le reste était juste parfait 👌

Je remercie le gérant de l’hôtel car j’ai eu un soucis au niveau de mes réservations et celui ci a été hyper compréhensif et à gérer le problème avec succès ! Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir et très belle chambre pour le Best Western celui de Ruisbroek il me semble n’est pas du tout ressemblant à celui ci.
Merci pour l’accueil et ma solution trouver.

Really loved the service! The front desk worker was excellent and beyond. I asked for a kettle for hot water, he provided me with complementary Tara. A safe place to stay when visiting Brussels! They also have outlet converter that I could borrow

GGuest UserThe baby bed was very fast and the front desk staff was very good. But we have already paid on the trip, but the front desk of the hotel said that we can't find it, so I don't know if there is a problem with the trip and the hotel system transmission.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the center of Wavre. The entrance is very easy to walk past by. The staff was helpful during checkin and check out.
Hotel was clean but there’s a smoking and nonsmoking floor, and the air mixes in the hallway. The room itself is fine and comfortable, but there is no microwave or fridge. So plan your food accordingly.
Overall the hotel is a good value if you need a place to stay in Wavre.

BBonnet AlexiaI am unfortunately disappointed with my stay at Dolce la Hulpe in Brussels for several reasons. I stayed 5 days and planned a solo trip to unwind but I didn't feel good there. When I arrived, the welcome was very brief with no explanation of how the hotel works and what it offers. I was directly advised to read the information on the site.
Furthermore, it took me almost an hour to find my hotel room, it was poorly indicated to me and they did not take the time to at least show me the building (which was really right next to the reception ).
I was also surprised to see debits of €50, €53.75 and €103.75 on my account in the name of the hotel, not understanding I went to ask the reception why. I was told that this was a pre-authorization so that it could ensure that I had the necessary money if I ever damaged my hotel room. However, in my contract at no point did it stipulate that I would have pre-authorization, which put me in a disconcerting situation since I needed this money. If I had been made aware of this system before booking I would not have gone there as I did not have sufficient means. So I was very angry at this lack of information which seems illegal to me. I would like to point out that upon my arrival I gave my security deposit which was clearly stipulated in the contract and that I only had €50 in total.
In addition, I had the surprise when leaving my room, to hear all the antics of the rooms next door, with no soundproofing we hear everything. This made me relatively uncomfortable because it was in particular the room right opposite mine where I even heard screams, very disturbing things...
Then, to finish the restaurant... much too expensive compared to the quality of the products. I paid €23 for a Caesar salad with only salad ingredients, 3 poor pieces of chicken and parmesan shavings. At this price I expected more toppings. I also paid €11 for an aperol spritz and €9 for a bottle of water that I couldn't even finish.
I will not come back because the blocked amounts are clearly huge and strange with cents???

GGuest UserThe best hotel to sleep, breakfast is also great, in addition to regular food, there are freshly made bacon mushroom poached eggs, sausages, tastes good! The hotel has free parking, the hotel has its own restaurant for dinner, the cost is a bit high. Looking at the picture, I thought it was very remote in the suburbs, but it was in the downtown area, a few hundred meters away from the Waterloo Museum, very good!

NNL-explorerWe stayed at the hotel for 2 days with our dog. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and our dog got some treats from the staff. We were surprised to find that there was a dog bed in the room. We absolutely love the hotel.

GGuest UserReception staffs refused to let us check-in in advance and even tried to postpone to 3pm. I had to contact Trip.com to confirm the 230 normal check in time. Besides, we witnessed a bunch of people arrived after us got all their rooms and it was not 230 yet. NOT FAIR treatment from front desk!!!
It’s a shame for such a terrible service since the wellness facilities and dinner buffet were very nice
