Hotel Dengan Wifi di Henan, China

The location was a little further from the airport than I expected, but with free airport transfers each way this didn't matter. The service at reception was excellent. Arriving late, the reception arranged a shuttle to the hotel from the airport straight away and also provided me with some food as there was no food establishments open at that time. They were also extremely helpful the next morning with my questions and also arranging the shuttle back to the airport.

The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right. The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing. I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms.

Before arriving, we received detailed instructions as to how to navigate to the hotel. The interiors were stunning and such a good place for photos. The room itself was spacious and the mattress was extremely comfortable. There was a free gift upon arrival and when we checked out. Overall, very happy with the stay!

We had a 2 night layover to see the Shaolin Temple and for that occassion it was a good choice. The staff was helpful and nice and the Location near the Railway was also OK. It was really quiet in the room, we slept quite well. Only two things: there's No laundry room but a washing mashine in the room, but not enough hangers for drying. They brought some after we asked, so that's fine. And the bathroom could be cleaner.

Extremely close to the Longmen Luoyang train station. Turn right out of the station, cross under the overpass, and you'll see the green sign about 300m away. The property is modern and well maintained, with none of the state cigarette smell that Chinese hotels often have. The room was comfortable with plenty of outlets and even a mini fridge! Water pressure was good and TreSemme brand shampoo and conditioner were available. Breakfast was good in both variety and quality. Vegan options included steamed corn, sweet potatoes, fruit, cold salad, braised tofu, and an oatmeal station with hot soymilk. There were also vegetable buns and youtiao but I don't know if those were vegan. Theres a basic gym and self-serve laundry room. It was nice to walk into the lobby after a cold day and warm up with the complimentary tea available. A taxi to Longmen grottoes took about 15 minutes and cost 10元. A Didi to Shaolin temple took about 1 hour by expressway and cost 190元. Overall I'd recommend this hotel and I would happily stay here again.

This is the first time I stay at JW I do like this hotel a lot. This is a modern designed Beautiful building, especially customer services is great plus there are many amenity in hotel. I would like to come back again at this hotel if I come visit in China Zhengzhou again.

這家酒店很不錯，出行便利，這次享受到了酒店的接送站服務， 商務車，單人獨享，小哥哥駕駛很平穩，有些拘謹，不愛説話，車穩話不多，挺好的，不到十分鐘就到了酒店，距離周口東站真是便利。前台辦理入住很快，不收按金，整個過程不到一分鐘，很禮貌的指引到了電梯，順便介紹了周邊的公園和博物館。房間面積得有40平吧，採光好，進門時陽光鋪滿地面，心情出奇的好。 房間內贈送的東西真不少， 四拼盤小吃，滿冰箱的冷飲，百歲山的礦泉水（滿滿地良心啊），還送了歡迎水果，我一般不吃酒店洗的水果，擔心洗不乾淨，但看過送來的水果後， 十分放心，洗沒洗好是可以辨識出來的，青棗、香蕉、黃皮西紅柿、紅皮西紅柿，蘋果， 兩個人吃也夠了。晚上點了一碗陽春麪， 麪好，湯也甜，量適中，吃個八分飽，沒去酒店的健身房，圍繞酒店一圈綠化過的園林跑道，飯後出去溜達了3圈，回來經過前台，前台問我要不要吃個宵夜，有餛飩、五穀雜糧粥，免費提供，謝過後就沒再嘗試了，再過去出差時，可以省個陽春麪，吃個餛飩 喝個粥，還不花錢也能吃舒坦。 回來酒店時，衣服已經洗好烘乾送回了， 謝謝客房的工作人員。早餐的扒雞和淮陽小炸魚湯是真不錯啊，太昊伏羲陵文化旅遊區值得一遊，不遠，打車半個鍾就到了。

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and provides a free airport shuttle, which is very helpful for transit travelers. The service is excellent, and the staff were helpful during our short stay. However, cleanliness needs improvement as the room was quite dirty. It may not be suitable for guests who are particular about hygiene. For us, it was acceptable because we were only transiting and stayed for about 4 hours to rest before our next flight. If you just need a short rest near the airport, this hotel is okay for a brief stay, but not recommended for a long stay.

The hotel is situated near the old town which is one of the main attractions in the city. The boss of the hotel is super friendly and helpful. Besides, he can speak English. Highly recommended place to stay!
