Minor issues with checking in using my passport but besides that. The hotel was clean. Rooms are large dark when needed. They provided an air purifier in the room. I did find that the rooms were not so sound proof so if you sleep lightly it may impact you. They did provide ear buds besides the bed to help negate this. For an airport hotel it’s as good as it usually gets.

The reception staff were very attentive and stood up every time someone entered the front door. They helped arrange our return journey to and from the Shaolin Temple. Our room was clean, spacious and modern. The TV requires a subscription service to watch more than 5 minutes of any channel. There was a leaving gift too which was a nice touch. One recommendation is that they have a “do not disturb” sign for the door as there was none!

I stayed at Kaifu International Hotel at the Xinzheng airport for one night due to bad weather. The hotel is only 3 minutes drive away from the terminal and its shuttle pick-up service is almost immediate once you call their front desk (*************). It also has frequent drop-off service. The room is large and well maintained with all necessities. Clean as new. They even allowed me to reuse the room after l checked out but needed to use it for some time to deal with airline re schedule due to weather cancellations. After that they stored my luggage for two days. I want to mention that the shuttle driver, Mr Zhang, is very nice and helpful. He not only helped with my heavy luggage but also brought them to the terminal when I returned to the airport for my re-scheduled flight one day later. His smile warms me up during the snow storm that caused so much travel interruptions. 家庭出遊洛陽，選擇了這家店作為4晚的落腳點，訂了親子房和標間，整體感覺真不錯，會推薦親朋好友來洛陽玩就來這家店住宿。 設施：24年6月新開業，整體都比較新，健身房、户外晾曬區都挺齊全，房間也寬敞，屋內全智能化“小度小度”，還有24小時的微信管家為你解答任何問題。 衞生：打掃的比較徹底，幾乎沒有死角。 環境：房間都是陽面，窗外就能看見洛陽電視塔，酒店過馬路就是西工小街，地鐵也很近，離着老洛陽麪館也不遠，地理位置簡直不要太好。 服務：酒店裡的工作人員都很和善，微笑打招呼問候，二樓負責早餐的阿姨身材很棒，幹活很麻利，把二樓收拾得乾乾淨淨，菜品也添加得很及時。退房的時候還贈送了小冰箱貼，很喜歡。 因為行程比較滿，所以沒有來得及體驗贈送的精美下午茶和私教課，遺憾留給下次吧，謝謝酒店裡所有的工作人員帶給我們這幾天美好的體驗和記憶。

Hotel location is good, near metro and attractions. Lady owner super friendly and helpful. Room is clean and bed very comfortable. It will be good if the hotel sign board is more visible.

Ramai yang menginap di Jinyi Hotel tidak sangka. Sangat selesa, sarapan pagi mereka agak kaya, antaranya shaomai, mee pulut, haggis dan sebagainya. Tilam mousse juga sangat bagus. Wanita muda di meja depan membantu kami mendaftar masuk. Butler juga menghantar kami ke bilik dan memperkenalkan kami kepada ciri-ciri istimewa, yang benar-benar bertimbang rasa.

Because I had an early flight, and I kept booking this hotel. Without WeChat, it was a bit annoying to arrange the airport shuttle from the terminal, but going back to it was of course much easier. If you want to head into downtown Zhengzhou, you can either take the slow metro service, or hop on the high-speed rail from the airport's main terminal (T2). I think it took less than 20 minutes.

People come and go, that's life. Room rates are affordable yet room amenities are superb 👌 friendly and accommodating staffs from front desk, hskp, restaurant and driver 👌 What I didn't expect? 1. Early check-in without fees (usually kasi in Pinas may fees for early check-in and late check-out. I arrived 2 hrs earlier tanong ko kaagad sa front desk if I can check-in early ang sagot Keyi👌 without additional fees 2. Airport Pickup and Drop Off for Free 3. Clean, comfy and spacious room. Ofc, very tahimik ( I didn't feel winter inside napaka warm) 4. Lahat automatic like switch, 🚽 etc (expected sa China) 5. I only paid it for only 163rmb (around 1,300 php very good deals right? Kala ko just a very normal rooms but it was beyond my expectations 6. Breakfast for only 16rmb unli buffet (around 125php sulit na sulit ) 7. There's a gym inside, nearby supermarkets, near the airport and more.... I leave a thank you letter in my room upon checking out for my friend. Dunno if the hotel staff will contact the person, I just wanted to surprise him since I'm returning back to my country today. I'll definitely comeback in Zhengzhou and will stay again at Shi Hang Hotel 👌

專門來鄭州坐飛機，選擇在這家酒店過夜，所以不想選貴的連鎖但又不能條件太差，看介紹選了這家，還真是大於預期。首先衛生設施都中規中矩，走廊略嫌臟之外，房間內還稱得上整潔，設施也都齊全好用，拖鞋比經濟連鎖要好用哈哈。旁邊就是一家不錯的燴麪飯店，也有炒菜和燒烤，燴麪還很實惠，遠處有一家方中山，銀行之類的也都齊全。我們到了車站，酒店派車來接，到酒店之後登記預約了第二天去機場的送機。總之很滿意。

The hotel was surprisingly clean and comfortable for the price. One could also get the impression that the owner/staff take pride in the service/accommodation they offer. I would certainly book here again. They also provided a ride from the hotel to the airport with no wait-time.

Hotel was totally fine, especially when transiting at the airport. Hotel provides a free bus to the airport.

Only ten minutes away from the airport. Good pick up and drop off service. Breakfast was empty, nothing to eat at 8:30 AM..... an army of old people ate everything and the hotel staff doesn't care to refill basic things like Bao zi, tea eggs, amd rice porridge. The gym looks pretty decent at the hotel. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are good quality. The walls and carpet are dirty.
