Hotel Dengan parking di Jambi Province, Indonesia

Service was a bit lacking as there was no one to help with luggage in the lobby, and no security guard in the parking lot. For online food orders, you have to meet the delivery driver directly because there's no item drop-off service in the lobby or a dedicated concierge.

I was in Jambi for just one day; it's a small city. The hotel isn't new, but it's decent for the area, and breakfast was acceptable. The airport shuttle service was great; they were waiting with a sign right at the airport.

easy and fast process, close city access, restaurants here and there, also close to shops, Alfamart, malls, etc. Good facilities, minus only sandals and laundry plastic are not available. Spacious parking lot, friendly staff, all smiles. Abadi the best lah ... next time come here again because the hotel is one set one set only here 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

The room is comfortable, the dining is delicious. The location is strategic, there are many snacks near the hotel.

Facilities: Although the hotel is older, the facilities are not outdated and are well-maintained. There's a restaurant, swimming pool, and gym on the first floor, and a rooftop bar for drinks. Hygiene: The room was clean, tidy, and spacious compared to other hotels. Service: The service was excellent, and they were very patient with explanations. Environment: It's about 6 kilometers from the airport, and there's a shuttle service. You need to book it in advance at the front desk.

When we arrived the reception worker welcomed us very friendly. The room was not bad for only one night. The bathroom was clean and no problem with getting hot water. If I have to book a hotel again then I definitely will choose this hotel, but only for one night.

Kamarnya bagus, banyak tersedia meja dan kursi/sofa, luas, kamar mandi bersih, amenities lengkap bgt,memuaskan menginap disini, makan sarapan tdk terlalu berlebihan namun enak dan pas, resto cozy dan instagramable. Pertahankan terus ya kebersihan dan perawatan supaya tamu puas, yang lebih keren lagi pegawainya semua ramah, baik bgt sopan dan selalu siaga membantu bahkan sangat sopan. Thanks owner dan management, semoga hotelnya terus ramai dan cuan, next kalau ke Jambi InsyaAllah nginap lagi disini.

The room is old-fashioned, but generally clean and spacious. The carpet is a dark blue cloth carpet from the 1980s to 1990s. Smoking is not allowed, as cigarette ash can easily burn holes in it. There is no hot water in the bathroom, or the hot water temperature is too low and feels cold.

BW Jambi is near to airport. The food is much better as compared to my last stay. The hotel is nice and clean.
