Strange hotel really! On arrival, it's one of the most beautiful buildings and approach we've seen in a long time. The hotel has been built next to the castle and is totally in keeping with its surroundings. On arrival, the reception area is stunning and the staff helpful and friendly. However, it went rapidly downhill on opening our room door. The first thing we noticed was the curtain hanging off its rail! It's a big room with very little furniture and what there was, was a bit tatty. We were disappointed so headed back to reception to change rooms. Pretty much the same but the curtains were ok. This time the room smelt of drains! Having never stayed in a parador before, we were expecting a bit of luxury, maybe our mistake. The room was pretty basic with standard hard beds, no cushions on the sofa, no little extras. The building deserves better! Room was very clean and large but just lacking any wow factor or a hint of luxury. For an overnight stay, it's a great location and clean, just don't expect a beautiful room in keeping with the building. Fantastic views day and night

Stayed for two consecutive nights, very comfortable! There are shopping malls and supermarkets around, very convenient! The lady at the front desk is also very nice! Highly recommended, I will choose here again if necessary!

The room wasn't anything special and the window had an internal view of nothing. Breakfast for 10 euro was nothing out of the ordinary - very limited hot food options.

Super location in Center near sights, cafes, bus station, pedestrian shopping zone, etc. Staff gave good touring advice. Great facilities nice linens, minibar, hot water, fast internet.

Staff and service excellent, room was very clean, very happy with the food available and the price, as well as the fact that there is on-site parking. The only negative was the beds - mattresses were too hard and pillows too deep for me. Didn't sleep very well.

The hotel is in a good location. There is a supermarket (no instant noodles) and McDonald's next to the hotel. It is right after you get off the highway when you drive from Madrid. There is an underground parking lot. It costs 5 euros a night and you can enter and exit unlimited times. There is a doorbell caller at the entrance of the parking lot. Press it and someone will lift the barrier. I booked a triple room, and the hotel gave me a relatively large one, which is enough for one family. The facilities are comparable to those of domestic express hotels. There is a laundry room, which seems to be paid. Breakfast is white rice, milk, coffee, tea, apples, bananas, kiwis, several kinds of bread, and one kind of meat, which is enough for Chinese stomachs. The price of breakfast is now 5.5 euros per person regardless of size, which is already quite cost-effective. The hotel staff provided good service. I borrowed plates and garbage bags from them and used the microwave to heat the packed meals. They were very enthusiastic. In general, it is highly recommended!

La ubicación era la idónea para el trabajo que íbamos a realizar, por estar muy cerca de la autopista A7. Servicio excelente: personal muy amable. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, aunque son un poco antiguas (una actualización no les vendría mal). Aparcamiento muy cómodo. El desayuno totalmente de nuestro agrado, y no comimos allí, por lo que no puedo opinar sobre el restaurante.

Staff very kind and super cleaned hotel. A bit far from city center but close to the public transportation. Love the area, very quiet. Perfect if you are looking to chill out.

Very good location, in the city centre, the reception service is very good, its quality buffet breakfast, quality in cleaning and products, the minibar that had a plus in the room and its special fantastic terrace, I was able to use all the services in my room during my stay. Hotel in the centre with non-direct parking. This is 2 streets away, where you will have to walk a little further to the hotel. For the rest, the fine chic 4* hotel with comfortable beds and private bathroom.
