Room is spacious and clean. Easy checkin and checkout. Nicloe at reception is super friendly and helpful. But there is a guy is so mean (didnt get his name, probably Aryvu). Even I was queued next but he just went served other customers and told me to wait. I complained to him and he just ignored me. I was so upset. Good value. Within 10mis walk from town center and shops. Changed 3 different rooms but still has problem with air-conditioning. Lucky the window can be opened a bit. I had issue with the shower head (no host). But may be just my own problem since I am not tall enough with such low water pressure.

Far better than expected , lovely apartment , bedroom, lounge , kitchen and bathroom with bsth and overhead shower everything you need . Clean fresh bedding and towels .Lovely welcoming staff .Will definitely return

Can’t fault a thing, really lovely place to stay with little ones. They really looked after us with special touches, including a stunning play area and bedtime milk and cookies

I initially booked for three days, but I enjoyed my stay so much that I ended up extending it. It's a fantastic place to slow down and unwind. The hotel is incredibly convenient, with a large supermarket, a shopping mall, and restaurants right next door, so you don't even need a car. Plus, it's located right off a highway exit, making it super easy to reach by car and a convenient base for exploring the area. Highly recommend if you're traveling nearby! Parking is free, and there are always plenty of spots available.

I highly recommend this guest house John is a fantastic host, he is very helpful, helps with your heavy suitcases, makes a wonderful breakfast, calls a taxi, and let's you leave your luggage so you can collect it later

Nice, comfortable and very friendly hotel. Huge double bed. All rooms are very clean. A car park is very close to the hotel ( walk out of the hotel door, across the road and your in the carpark.

I like the availability of electric kettle as my husband always drink hot water. The room is clean and mattress is not too soft and comfortable sleeping bed is very nice🙏

We were looking for a place to stay whilst we visited Winchester and decided to go here. The room was spacious and the air con was lovely on a very hot day. The bed was lovely and comfortable and was nice and clean. Will definitely book you again to experience the spa side of things in the future

This hotel is very good. First of all, the owner's service attitude is very kind, and then the room is really cost-effective, especially with a separate bathroom. As the saying goes, a sparrow is small and full of organs,it has everything.

Convenient location for those taking a cruise. Very good option for a 1-night stay. Amenity-wise, it is on the no-frills zone, though the hard product (room size, quality of the finishing etc) is solid. Good cleanliness level.
