Lokasi hotel yang strategik yang bagus. Sayang sekali hotel ini tidak diselenggara dengan baik. Tingkap dan bilik tidak begitu bersih. Tetapi Star menunjuk kepada kakitangan hotel kerana bersetuju dengan permintaan saya untuk menukar cadar (yang nampaknya telah digunakan) pada pukul 10 malam waktu tempatan kerana saya hanya sempat mendaftar masuk pada pukul 9 malam. Kebersihan bilik harus benar-benar dipertingkatkan.

The location of the hotel is excellent, next to KFC and Starbucks. It is in the center of town but the traffic noise doesn’t come into the room. The reception is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and has enough selections. The main problem that I had was that the floor gets flooded every time I take a shower because the water doesn’t go out into the sewer as fast as the shower water. The bed sheets look old and should be changed with new ones.

Often stayed here for my flights. Overall good, it was pretty clean. But this time i stayed there were several little bugs in the room, i called the staff and they took care of it quickly. So definitely will be back staying at this hotel.

Nice hotel in bajarmasin. Its centrally located. Front of biggest mall in banjarmasin. Room clean and spacious. But i dont think the employee are friendly. But will stay here again if i go to banjarmasin. Because the locatiom is good and the price isnt too expensive

Hospitality ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cleanliness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ambience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Attentiveness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It is my second trip to this lovely city Banjarmasin (and also) my first time staying at the hotel under Zuri Hotels Management. Yusuf handle me when I do check in process. Everything going well. How he treat guests are excellent. Well explained with honest pure smile on his face. I'm not go straight to my room. I wanna stay for couple of minutes at their restaurant to enjoy the ambience. The vibes feels so lovely and welcome. Then Iman came, offering me with the menu's. Hey! All prices are soooo affordable! Believe me guys. I'm not mood yet for take main dishes, it's too early for me, so I order a cup of coffee. Unfortunately, at that time, Zuri Express Banjarmasin still not have a coffee machine. As a person who 'extremely' addicted to strong coffee, that's a little bit problem for me. But that's OK, who knows in the near future, they will have it. Anyway, Iman hospitality services is perfect. How about the room? LAV it! I'm staying at 701. It's perfectly fit for me, not too small or too big. Everything are clean, neat and (VERY) comfy. The internet speed, air conditioner and water heater works VERY good. Next morning when I do breakfast, Ika greetings me. I like the way she's smile. Cheerful person, energic and so kind. If you LOVE spicy, man YOU MUST come here! They have 20 kind different of sambals! That's crazy! In my head I'm screaming like, ”Whaaaaat ... How AMAZING is thaaaaat 🤩🤩🤩”. Actually there are LOT of other things I want to share with you guy's, but I need to catch a flight. Overall ... Zuri Express Banjarmasin is my TOP CHOICE when I come visit Banjarmasin again. AMAZING works guy's! Cheers 🍻🍻🍻

This new hotel in Banjarmasin, recently openned in June 2023 according to the hotel staff. The room and bathroom so clean, the bed so comfy. The room service is prompt and the food is delocious and not breaking your pocket. Room service food price around idr 34k that included tax what a bargain isn’t it? Morning breakfast the food also variety and their local Banjarnese cake is something that I am waiting for. It is a good place to relax with your friend and family. It is a good place if you have big gathering, meeting, reunion, part of my stay is joined my office training in Banjarmasin. Modern ball room, fresh air and we can see Banjarmasin city from the top floor of this building at the 7th floor. Will visit again this hotel, 3 star hotel but you feel like stay at 5 star hotel. Thanks again for your service.

The hotel located in the city, where you can reach everything less than 15 minutes. There is a franchise fast food nearby (walking 5minutes, I think), or other restaurant nearby. The hotel staffs are friendly, despite of they missed to wake me up in the morning (and my friend in the other room). Overall, they are great and very informative if you ask about the attraction around the hotel. Oh, I also like the decoration, they put two big beautiful sasirangan (traditional Banjarmasin fabric) in the lobby.
