It was a perfect hotel to relax after our trip to Paris. We enjoyed comfortable bed and swimming pool with jacuzzi in it. Breakfast was also high quality. I can recommend this place

If you are on a short trip to Krakow, this is the best hotel to be at. First of all warm welcome at the reception, welcoming staff, freshly baked cookies with aroma, delicious apples if you are hungry. Everything is so perfect, i will consider again if i want to stay.

A cute little sray which is very well managed. it has an indoor pool, spa and even masaages can be booked. Great location with a view towards Tatras ...cannot complain..its like a fairy tale stay sooo relaxing

Polecamy! Food is very good, you can rest Dinner also has a lot of choice. Water in the jacuzzi could be warmer, but it's said there's a renovation in November that maybe they'll do something about it.

We were only at the hotel for one night for a flight, a comfortable mand, about 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel is located in Kraków. Industrial Zone. Suitable for people who have a car. There is paid parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful.🙏

We had a great stay at the Stary, the only thing that was missing was tea/coffee facilities in the room. For the price we paid we would have expected that.

We are celebrating our jubilee wedding ceremony on the date of check-in. They gave us a great surprise : room upgrading, specially decorated with balloons, chocolate, campaign and a handwriting congratulations card....Appreciated! All the staff were very friendly and helpful, including those in the restaurant. The swimming pool and spa facilities are relaxing and comfortable.

Excellent hotel! The location, service and breakfast of the hotel are impeccable. The design, supplies, hygiene and space of the room also meet the high standards of a five-star hotel. It is especially worth mentioning that from the time we checked in at midnight to the time we checked out three days later, the front desk service was warm and considerate from beginning to end, and they responded to all our requests! The daily cleaning of the room was extremely clean and tidy. Because of this hotel, I will like Krakow even more. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will definitely choose to stay here. This hotel experience was great! The location is unique, close to popular attractions, and you can reach them on foot, which saves a lot of commuting time. From the moment I checked in at the front desk, I could feel the warmth and thoughtfulness of the service staff. The room was spotlessly clean and had all kinds of facilities. If I had any needs during my stay, the staff responded quickly and solved them perfectly. I sincerely recommend this hotel and will choose it again next time I travel!
