Saya mempunyai penginapan yang menakjubkan di The Gaia Hotel Bandung - semuanya melebihi jangkaan saya. Seni binanya menakjubkan dan berseni, dengan gabungan sempurna reka bentuk moden dan kehijauan yang subur. Ruang luar diselenggara dengan indah dan mewujudkan suasana yang menyegarkan. Bilik saya moden, bersih dan selesa. Saya sangat terkejut menerima peningkatan percuma kepada The Club, yang menjadikan pengalaman saya lebih istimewa. Kakitangan adalah sangat ramah dan membantu. Terima kasih yang tidak terhingga kepada Ghanie dan Risma atas bantuan cemerlang mereka – mereka menjadikan segala-galanya terasa peribadi dan lancar. Satu perkara yang perlu diberi perhatian: lif boleh menjadi sedikit mengelirukan dan berasa agak kecil memandangkan saiz dan bilangan tetamu hotel. Saya harap perkara ini dapat diperbaiki pada masa akan datang. Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini menawarkan pengalaman yang unik dan diperibadikan. Benar-benar yang terbaik di bandar. Saya pasti akan tinggal di sini lagi.

We had a very comfortable stay at Truntum Cihampelas. I wpuld like to extend my appreciation to Dessi at the front desk for decorating the room. Staffs are very friendly. The breakfast has everything from local to weatern and the sago and banana dessert was so good. There is also jamu and drinks. All good. Recommended hotel.

Breakfast is rather disappointing, brewed Coffee ( americano or long black-doesnt have one I guess) is watery,,No Coffee aroma bad taste. Few variety of food ( no chinese, japanese, indian, sundanese corner?). Not worthed for the Price we paid 250k per pax. Roof Top (only suitable for outdoor, when its raining Party is over. There should be ways to provide indoor part.. Rain was was just atopped When I was Having a glass of wine. Eveeythibg is wet. Ezeot high Chair in the Bar. And There is no music. Live music or DJ is only on saturday. The good thins of the Roof Top, is the 360 degree Mountain and City view Huge, spacious, and modern minimalistic design lobby lounge. But, no Touch of parahyangan or Sundanese atmosphere. Exept angklung ornamen at M floor . This could be in jakrta or Any other metropolitan citie. No local culture and historical Touch. Exeot the long corridor at G floor connected to Pelataran Resto Deluxe room with King size bed and Mountain view is great. Wifi and TV are also great. However the structure of bathroom (shower) with too many wooden seperation walls give rather Tiny space feeling. The pool is too small for two adjacent hotel Tower (Pullman and Ibis Style) . Just good for Kids. Gym space is fine in termos of space. B

lumayan oke , tapi krna baru jadinya blum benar2 oke pelayanannya.. dpt kamar diujung bgt dan masih pambangunan jd berisik tukang. lalu dpt kanar yg pintu kamar mandinya susah tutup jd harus panggil maintenance nunggu 1.5jam benerin pintu, gk ada niat untuk mindahin ke kamar lain jd waktu kita habis sih.. lainnya oke staff nya so so kurang inisiatif, ball boy gk lgusnh ambil koper klo gk diminta.. mungkin krna baru smoga bs ditingkatkan lagi

One of the best hotels in Cirebon with excellent facilities. They have a swimming pool, kids playground area, and fitness area. They also have cafe and bar and lounge area with life music performance. The room is really spacy especially the king bed. Thank you for providing such a wonderful services making a good memory for my family.

Our stay at this beautiful hotel in Bogor was truly amazing. The hotel is stunning, peaceful, and has a lovely atmosphere. Although it is a bit far from the city center, it was still very convenient because there are many restaurants and shops just around the corner. We really enjoyed staying here. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful during our stay. Even the lobby staff kindly helped us with opening the car door, which made us feel very appreciated and well taken care of. The only small disappointment was the swimming pool policy. We read on the wall that the pool was open until 10 PM, but when we went swimming around 8 PM, we were told that the pool actually closes at 7 PM. We hope the hotel can make the information clearer for future guests. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel with great service and a wonderful atmosphere. We truly loved and enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

We Stayed 1 night in deluxe twin room. On the arrival day, we found an issue with the bathroom handle, and repaired immediately with the Engineering Team. The Hotel somehow need to maintain cause the corridor hall looks chipping in some places, the pool was great, big pool with the view to BECAKAYU Highway Toll. The hotel located beside Metropolitan Mall, so it's easy to find some restaurant there . Overall I give 3.5 / 5 score.

Our honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for. 1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!) Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete. 2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. 3. Facilities & Dining The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality. 4. Location Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton. Verdict: If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!
