And, we left behind a few valuable things after checking out and they contacted us immediately and we were able to come back and get them so smoothly. Thank you!"

"I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this resort. There was a small cockroach in the cabin, but it wasn't unexpected since the resort is nestled in a forest surrounded by nature. What I loved most was the cool weather, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful natural surroundings. The campfire in the evening created a warm and memorable experience, while the BBQ was enjoyable and the jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. I also upgraded to the Golf View cabin (Cabins 1609 & 1611), and it was absolutely worth it. The view was beautiful, and there was a lovely chilling area near the lobby where we could relax at night. The breakfast was superb, offering a great variety of delicious food, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. There are also plenty of nearby activities to enjoy, such as ATV rides, paintball, and other outdoor adventures, making the stay even more exciting. If you're looking to escape the busy city and enjoy fresh air, nature, and a peaceful glamping experience, this is definitely a fantastic place to stay. Despite the minor issue, I truly enjoyed every moment of my visit and would happily return again. Highly recommended for anyone who loves nature and glamping! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Our stay at Gaia Bandung was truly exceptional, and the team deserves every bit of praise. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Whoever selected and trained the staff clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Everyone we encountered was warm, kind, genuinely welcoming and incredibly helpful. There was something particularly special about the smiles from the staff — they never felt routine or forced, but genuinely warm and sincere. We honestly felt like celebrities throughout our stay! 😊 The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish and very chic, while still managing to feel warm and welcoming. The food was excellent, with a wonderful variety of choices, so there was something for everyone. We also had a fantastic massage, which was another highlight of our stay. And then there was MonoMono. The restaurant was absolutely amazing, both in terms of the food and the experience. We received wonderful service from Ramdan, Roma, Hali and the entire team. They were knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely caring, while also knowing exactly when to be present and when to give us space. It made the whole dining experience feel very special. But what impressed us most was what happened when our stay unexpectedly took a difficult turn. When my husband ended up in hospital, the care and concern from the Gaia team went far beyond anything we could have expected from a hotel. The concierge team and the entire crew were incredibly helpful, and the duty manager and staff were checking on his condition every couple of hours. They genuinely cared about how he was doing and whether there was anything they could do to help. That kind of care cannot be taught from a service manual. It comes from people who genuinely care about their guests. Gaia gave us a beautiful stay, wonderful food, excellent service and an absolutely lovely environment — but most importantly, it gave us a team of people who made us feel looked after when we really needed it. A huge thank you to everyone at Gaia and MonoMono. Ramdan, Roma, Hali, the concierge team, the duty manager and every member of the staff who took care of us: you made a lasting impression on our family, and you deserve all the praise. ❤️ We would happily return to Gaia, and we will remember the people here long after we leave."

"To get a good view, it is recommended to take an executive room. The other room, the view is not good, only overlooking the car park. It is recommended that Trip.com explain this in more detail so that as consumers, we can choose clearly according to our needs."

"Actually, I've been wanting to stay at this hotel for a long time, it's really my dream, in the end I ended up staying with a friend, there was a little story that wasn't good, my friend's bed sheets and pillows a bit dirty, maybe they weren't changed or they weren't properly check. I recommended this hotel to her ,which wasn't good, I asked for the bed sheets to be changed, in the morning I had to leave immediately at the time I booked the hotel, not including breakfast because I was in a hurry, the photo below then went upstairs I think 5 minutes take the photo above for a moment, I wanted to see the view, there was an employee said that to take photos, you have to wait for breakfast to finish, namely 10 o'clock, hmmmhmmmm, the story is in a hurry, long story short, for the overall experience, the cleanliness is 4/5 for the view nice , but better you have time to a relaxing stay"

"The hotel’s location is excellent, especially if you’re visiting Taman Safari. The room was clean, the lobby had a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed by several aspects of the facilities. The room only provided bath towels and did not include face towels. There were also no toothbrushes or skincare amenities such as lotion or moisturizer. For a five-star hotel, the amenities felt insufficient. In addition, the power outlets were poorly positioned, causing the hair dryer to become unplugged repeatedly. The bathroom and toilet shared the same door, and after taking a shower, water flowed into the toilet area. Overall, while the location and service were great, the facilities did not meet my expectations for a five-star hotel."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It’s quite compact and convenient for a family vacation: you can see animals, watch shows, and enjoy activities all within the area without needing to go elsewhere. It’s especially suitable if you have a small baby like us. Bringing a baby to the bigger Taman Safari might be overwhelming, so this feels like a good “starter pack” to still create memories. I’d recommend coming in the morning before check-in, enjoying the facilities, staying overnight, and going to the pool again in the morning before check-out—perfect for a short escape. One thing I wish was different is that some rides still require additional payment. It’s not expensive, but that’s exactly why it feels like it should be included for hotel guests. Paying extra on top of the room rate makes it feel a bit petty. We stayed at the Leopard Hotel, and unfortunately, the walls were quite thin. We could hear noise from the next room (including loud music) and from the hallway, which was not ideal since we have a baby who naps during the day. Considering the price, the room experience didn’t feel optimal. On the positive side, we visited during Ramadan and the staff were very accommodating. They woke us up for sahur via phone call and even provided a wara-wiri car pickup. When we booked buka puasa at the restaurant, they kindly gave us a table near the aquarium, our baby loved it. Overall, despite a few drawbacks, it was still an okay experience for us."

"Staying at Hotel Trans Cibubur was definitely one of the best decisions we made! It’s very family friendly, with great service and a really nice swimming pool. A special shout-out to the hotel staff, especially Mr. Nanda and Ms. Intan, for their excellent service at the pool. They were very friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain the facilities and promotions available. We really appreciated their warm and welcoming hospitality! We’ll definitely come back again for more quality family time and another staycation. Hopefully, there will be more great promotions to enjoy next time! 😊"
