Room was fine. Breakfast is something that they can rewlly work on. The taste as well as the service. The spread was okayish. The food taste was not upto the mark. Everything had excess salt in it.

Best homestay in our whole Assam and Meghalaya trip. It is very near to the airport and so cabs are easily available. The caretakers are helpful and the owner is very friendly and informative. Rooms are neat and clean -towel, blankets, linen are good, washed and clean, bathrooms are well maintained and clean. Garden is beautiful with good sitting arrangement. Their terrace Garden is a must visit in the evening to enjoy the sunset. Not lesser than a 4 star hotel with a homely touch to it.

Biswajit Dawa and Esikali both were very helpful and co ordinative. Esikali was very welcoming and made sure we had food comfortably while sitting and also made sure she kept asking us if we required something. The chaat chef was very sweet and chaat was very tasty.

Nice lobby, decent well behaved staff, this hotel actually made a very good first impression. The rooms however were windowless ( had a window overlooking a dark concrete quadrangle sharing space with another miserable sundry office). A breakfast on the house was decent enough and did some what make up for the windowless room Perhaps because we booked through MakeMyTrip.com we were allotted the worst room in the hotel ?

I have had this amazing opportunity to stay at Raj Meridian located at chowkidhingee area, Dibrugarh for last 10 days as I was there to attend a wedding of my cousin. The thing that attracted me the most was that despite being a brand new hotel it has a experienced and a great management team and staff who knows their job and were warm & welcoming Reception, Lobby and Rooms were the areas accessible to us and I must say I was very impressed with the overall cleanliness and hygiene maintained.Also their room offers the great aerial view of Dibrugarh town overlooking surrounding hills and Brahmaputra river at some distance(pic attached) All the Hotel staff were extremely courteous and always ready to serve at any given time and at times went out of their way to assist us , I am extremely thankful to all of them for our comfortable stay. Also Manager Mr Naseem was very helpful and supportive through our stay . Their Breakfast was also very delicious especially the Tea and Omelette sandwich stood out for me.Have heard great reviews of their restaurant ‘Level III 'ON' Ambrosia’ but unfortunately due to social commitments could not visit there but it is a must try , please don’t give it a miss. I must congratulate the entire team at Raj Meridian for their new venture and of course there will always be a room for improvement but I am highly satisfied with their hospitality and eagerness to serve and would definitely recommend to the fellow travellers to stay at this warm and wonderful place . This place should be the first choice for all the visitors coming to Dibrugarh for their trips.

Ginger guwahati is my go to hotel whenever I visit guwahati. The staff are very courteous and mindful. Property is clean and well maintained and spacious. Food menu is also now offering good choices compared to my last visit.

Starline hotel in guwahati is located in prime position of the city nearby railway station and main transport depots which facilitates easy transportation! foods and breakfast are palatable, clean alike home made! room is clean and tidy, toilet and bathroom are very clean! services of all' types are very good, care takers are so polite. Rent also very reasonable, value for money! in a few words, it's a home away home! i used to stay in this hotel whenever i happened to visit guwahati for my business and personal works, and with family! i recommend this hotel for the tourists and visitors!

The people at the restaurant needs to be trained. it's a budget hotel. one should not keep high expectations. Especially the reception staff is not very responsive. Location is not great. Food is ok. But we need to ask every time for spoons, water etc. They serve nothing without asking. Today at 7am when we went to restaurant, the waiters were sleeping in the dining room. Further, the cook was singing very loudly. On the top of that, there was a constant noise of moving furniture from one place to another. It did stop after as no of complaints.

It was good from the hotel’s side. The ac was not working properly so they changed our rooms and fixed the ac too. But the only problem was makemytrip not notifying them of our stay and also not notifying them about the bill already being paid. They were confused and i panicked. Make-my trip should do a better job. The hotel was nice and the staffs there were also nice. If only the hotel staff could do the room service properly, it would have been excellent.

1. The receptionist were badly dress, un iron clothes, very shabby looking, not at all groom, the toilet doesn't have shampoo or handwash, only one small soap was given. The room was okay. The breakfast included was a punishment, limited option given, if we have bread and ****er we can't take anything else
