The hotel is great, but very old, everything is old, academy, room air, shower, room TV, service is perfect, staff are wonderful, everything is very clean, but accommodation is no longer desired.

Hotel ótimo Bem localizado com bastante conforto e comodidade. Caro pelo tanto de opção similar que existe próximo em Tambaú com opções de custo mais acessível. Apenas uma ressalva pra compra indicando frente mar e no check in foi oferecido um normal no corredor. Tipo de expertise que não leva a nada e só espanta turista. De resto cumpre o que promete. Talvez até indicaria mas não ficaria novamente.

Hotel muito bom. Super bem localizado, estrutura muito boa. O wifi as vezes oscilava mas deu pra usar. O banheiro da recepção estava sujo quando fui usar. O café da manhã é excelente. Sem dúvidas foi um dos melhores hotéis que já fui.

LLorne M.Although TRIP gives Kastel Jamp just 2 stars, it's actually a 3.5 or 4 star boutique hotel. The staff is exceptional; friendly, helpful and always cheerful. The room was spacious with a large Smart TV. The hotel offers chairs for the beach plus towels at no charge, plus bicycles to use. Breakfast was good. Located nearby is a new shopping mall.

GGuest UserHotel with good location; leisure area with bar and a fantastic pool with infinite edge, super complete breakfast, excellent. We were placed in the fourth floor, we refused the room because already in the corridor the smell of mopho is unacceptable, then we were taken to the second floor with the same problem, there we went to the fifth floor that is younger and we had no problems. The request for a room exchange was made without questioning and with the great support of the staff.
