One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at whilst on vacation in India. The staff is really friendly and attentive. The breakfast selection was also really amazing. Situated next to the Palladium mall which was really convenient.

For a Holiday Inn hotel, the rooms are on the small side. The desk is small and only big enough to fit a laptop. For a business trip staying for a few days, it's neither good nor bad.

The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The well-curated menu of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensured there was something for everyone. The bartender’s recommendations were spot-on, and the ambiance added to the charm of the evening. A special mention must be made of the resort's Christmas décor, which was absolutely delightful. From twinkling lights to thoughtfully arranged festive displays, the entire property exuded holiday cheer. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable. Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a solo getaway, this resort has something for everyone. Malvan Heritage has to be the best stay! whatever they claimed to provide was actually provided by them. Rooms were very neat and clean. Service was top notch. The staff was very nice.

The 6th-floor room was excellent! The meals were delicious, and I was able to enjoy the snack time before dinner. Also, for about an hour during the evening, there's a great service with drinks and simple snacks. I highly recommend it!

A wonderful weeklong stay, thanks to the entire team We had a truly pleasant weeklong stay at Taj Lands End. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout. The breakfast spread was quite good, offering plenty of variety. While frontline staff rightly receive the most recognition, I’d like to shine a light on the silent warriors behind the scenes—the housekeeping team, who work tirelessly to ensure every guest is comfortable. A special shout-out to Mr. Umesh from housekeeping, who went out of his way to make a real difference to our stay. Thank you, Team Taj Lands End, for a memorable experience.

Great staff, especially at the breakfast place and door entry. Room needs updating. Sound insulation is lacking. I was daily woken up by the talks of the room service people starting at 7am.

Amazing hotel. We forget our passport and money in another hotel safe box, they assist all the way to pick up to send back to us safely. Will definitely come back again

There weren't many restaurants nearby, so we often had dinner at the hotel. The hotel staff were all very kind. The doors must have been thin, because conversations in the hallway were quite audible.
