It's a decent hotel. They call themselves a business 4 star but it lacks in certain places. For example the bathroom sink is clogged. Stains on the marble. The highlight was the view from the room. Overall it's a decent hotel. Also, they only give 2 small bottles of water complimentary in the room. You atleast expect two 1 litre bottles to be given complimentary.

The property is at a good location by the airport. It is very well constructed and the design is royal and lavish. I had a good time at the gym and the steam and sauna afterwards. The room is quite nice with a comfortable bed. Coming to the downsides: 1. We found that one of the cabinets was riddled with fungus. 2. The TV in the room could have been better and smarter. (We basically had to call for the TV remote and had to figure out a way to screen share from our phone to watch content) 3. The food is just okay. 4. The pool and the surrounding area aren't clean and maintained. The thing which annoyed us the most was the cold service and hospitality. Aside from a few selected people the entire staff acts as if they are doing you a favour. There is little warmth and courteousness. We booked a five star hotel but received 3 star hospitality. Won't book again.

I had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything from the hospitality to the cleanliness and ambiance exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. From the beautiful decorations to the surprise cake, every detail was taken care of with such care and effort. It added such a personal and memorable touch to our trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway with exceptional service and thoughtful gestures. Would definitely love to come back again!

We stayed at the Taj Mahal Palace for 5 days and 4 nights as a couple, and our experience was truly unforgettable. We were thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade from the Tower to the Palace wing, which made our stay even more special. The welcoming ceremony set a beautiful tone, and the complimentary drinks and chocolates sent to our room were a thoughtful touch—especially the hot chocolate, which was honestly the best we’ve ever tasted. The breakfast buffet had a good spread, and everything we tried was delicious. The à la carte portions were perfect as well. A special mention to Kiran, our waiter, who was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was always spotless thanks to Sachin, our housekeeper. His attention to detail truly impressed us—flower-petal art on the floor, towels neatly placed under our shoes, and beautifully arranged toiletries. These thoughtful touches made us feel genuinely cared for. We also want to highlight Sapna from the front desk, who went above and beyond to arrange breakfast to be sent to our room on our last day since we had an early morning flight. Her efficiency and kindness made our departure smooth and stress-free. K. Singh, the bell boy, was always welcoming with a pleasant smile and ensured we felt comfortable each time we entered or left the hotel. The gym was well-equipped and enjoyable to use, rounding off a perfect stay. Overall, our time at the Taj Mahal Palace was exceptional from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will definitely return soon.

I was very disappointed with customer service. I have sent email requesting early Check In but no one bothered to respond back. During check in, full payment was made but during check out they charged me again for accommodation as they don’t have record that I have made payment. They took so long to verify that. If I don’t remember that I have paid at check in time I could have end up paying twice 😀

Nice comfortable hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The airport is just a 10 minutes drive or cab ride from the hotel. Breakfast (available from 7 to 10am) is a mix of Indian and continental. My room was clean and comfortable, with fast hot water in the shower and stable wifi. The front desk was helpful and efficient, and both my check in and check out processes were fast. The room rate was also competitive. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

Clean and nice hotel near Aurangabad airport. But the stars of this hotel are the staffs in the restaurant. Their service and friendliness just make our days. Thanks to Shiklong,Rahul,Rameshwar,Imnasua and Digambar. Keep up your good service

The cleaning of the room was not done on time. As I left the room at 11 am and put the sign that my room to be cleaned but when I came at 3 pm the room was not cleaned and I have to ask supervisor about the cleaning of the room. Then they did very fast in 15 minutes but was not done according to the standard of five stars. The food was good. On the first day at the breakfast I have to wait for ten minutes to get the plates as all the plates were finished. Everyone was complaining about this.

Great room and great location...but the service was bit slow and the in room menu prices and quality I'd inversely proportionate.

Fast check in and check out, polite personnel; large and clean room; very good breakfast. There is only one negative comment - every evening at app. 21.00 some electric engine started switching on and off every 20-25 seconds and at least until midnight, somewhere in the hotel close to my room. This noise did not allow me to sleep normally. After first night I applied to reception staff and they said if the noise repeats next evening, they will change my room. The next evening at 19.00 they called me and I told that there is no noise and everything is fine. Unfortunately, this noise started again at around 21.00, but at that time I was already in a bed, and did not have any wish to change the room.
