初めてのハウステンボス旅行にこちらのホテルを利用させていただきました。 選んだポイントはホテル内に温泉大浴場があったことです。夜観光で疲れて帰った後に、ホテル内で温泉に入れるのはとても助かりました。お湯加減もちょうどよく、疲れが癒やされました。 客室は当日グレードアップしていただけてバルコニーからハウステンボスが一望でき最高でした。 ホテル内はどこも清潔で快適でした。 朝食もメニュー豊富で美味しくて、お腹いっぱい食べてしまい、お昼ご飯が食べられなくなる程でした。 スタッフの皆さんの気配りも細やかで、本当に気持ちよく2日間を過ごせました。 また次に訪れる時も是非利用させていただきたいと思っています。 お世話になりました。

Very good location 10 mins walk from Jr. Staff are friendly and helpful. The day I go there are raining day. Have free umbrella to borrow. Breakfast are tasty. Large room.

最近はアメニティや寝間着を部屋にセットするのではなく、必要に応じてフロント付近で配布するホテルも増えてきた。とくにサービスが悪いとは思わないし、効率的だし、何より無駄が出ないので良いことだと思う。ベッドやバスルームはきちんと清掃されて清潔。ベッドはちょっと大きめかな。飲食店やコンビニも近い。駐車場は少ないが、向かいの商業ビルの有料駐車場が使える。夜中に出庫はできないが、別に夜中に出歩く用もないので問題ない。朝食については今回はいただかなかった。コロナ禍にあってちょっと気になるのはランドリー。洗濯機も乾燥機も前の方が使った後はそのまま使うので、以前ならば気にならなかったがこうした状況下ではちょっとだけ気になった。また、台数が3台なので、使うには割りと争奪戦だった。

This hotel is located opposite AMU Plaza Nagasaki and a walking distance from/to Nagasaki station. Due to the peak season, there was not many options to find a good hotel. Frankly speaking, this hotel was a bit old and outdated, but since we only stayed for two nights, we could ignore this matter. Another issue was that the laundry room was packed with people using the machines. They still provided amenities and bottled water in the room. The bed was quite big but not comfy at all. The toilet was pretty tight for a tall person. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. There is a Family Mart and a Yoshinoya store in the neighbourhood.

The winner for this hotel is it's location. Yes it's a couple of stops away from the train/bus station so not necessarily ideal for that but it is super close to a lot of the sightseeing, like Dejima, Chinatown and the harbour area. There is also a tram stop right outside so you can get anywhere really easily. The room itself was pretty small but it has everything you need and they even were able to fit in a desk with a TV for example. Check in was super easy using the self check in machine and staff is there to help you along the way if you're struggling or have any questions. We thought it was a bit expensive for what you get since everything is a little bit dated and the room is on the small side.

The room was small but would work for a short-term trip. I was there for a month so it was a bit tight. Pillows were filled with plastic capsules and not all that comfortable, so I recommend bringing your own. The fridge was so so tiny. The bathroom was also small but the service was super excellent. Unless you pay for the extra service there is no breakfast included, I don't believe you can even pay there for a meal if you don't have the coupons. The beds were alright, and nothing really notable. I liked that there was laundry available, not expensive for a load. No microwaves in the room but there is a microwave in the laundry that works just fine. Very close to the train station and any food you may need to get. It is about a 30min walk to the front of the Main Base—taxi stalls right across the street from the hotel. The hotel desk did call us at like 20:00 to come to pay a bill since we were staying for so long but I wish they would have called earlier in the day to sort it out since we were already in bed for the night.

Location is excellent, just opposite side of train station, about 15 minutes walk from the Hius Ten Boush Machi (Adventure Park). The room is not small, the breakfast buffet is good enough to give you enough energy to explore the adventure park. The lunch & dinner in hotel restaurant are also good and inexpensive. Service is great. The natural hot spring is great ！

Service and attention to detail can make a difference. A truly professional hotel in every sense of the word in an excellent central Nagasaki position. Need mall food, and you are spoilt for choice. Local top Japanese restaurants were fully booked so the mall choices helped.

Hotel was located right opposite the JR station (accessible via overhead bridge w lifts/escalator) and next to the bus terminal, so its a really good location if you're just stopping by Nagasaki for a night or two. Lawson and Family Mart are just next door. Room was clean and spacious, and service was good too. As of end-May 2024, the facade of the building seemed to be undergoing some renovation but it didn't affect our stay (cleanliness and noise-wise) at all.

No frills, simple yet fully functional amenities. My family thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast spread & quality of food served. Onsen quality is better than some branded hotels found in the main city area. Our first time trying Dormy Inn and w are looking forward to the next!

It's like looking at Tadao Ando's architecture. Amazing location. Central to attractions. Convenient transportation. Sky view from the 11th floor bathhouse. Unlimited coffee. The architect who designed this building paid attention to every detail. He took into consideration the flow of wind and the direction of light.

We stayed for 3 nights at this new and beautiful hotel. While it was a bit DIY-ish to take whatever the amenities you wanted at the reception area, I found this practical. When we wanted more towels, a receptionist was happy to hand us one as well. I enjoyed the top floor outdoor bath as well as breakfast daily. From TA review, I learnt that the bath could be quite busy. Maybe because we stayed at this Candeo Hotel on weekdays, I never had to feel crumped in the locker area. Breakfast had a variety of local Japanese and western spreads, and it was delicious. The location of the hotel was superb. The major tram stop was within a few minutes on foot. We could walk to Dejima, Megane Bridge, even to the Dutch Slope. There were a plenty of restaurants nearby. The only reason that I could not give 5 stars was that the staff appeared to be distanced. I used to frequently stay in hotels around the world, and I consider receptionists to be the gatekeepers of hotels. With a bit of training, they can smile a little more and perhaps be friendlier. I stayed in 3 more hotels during my recent trip to Japan, and unfortunately, this Candeo Hotel’s receptionists spoke the poorest English, and all of the staff I encountered, including those at breakfast and other areas, looked unhappy.

My husband and I wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary in Nagasaki and we decided to stay at Nagasaki Marriott as hotel was newly opened 3 months ago. The hotel located at a good location, next to bus terminal, train station and easy access to tram so we can just go around the city for sightseeing and cultural experience, but the best part was that hotel is next to a shopping mall where you can find many good restaurants and shops including famous local Nagasaki Castela. Our experience staying at Nagasaki Marriott was beyond our expectations. We were so impressed with how well hotel staff were trained at all areas since hotel just opened not long time ago. We really felt like we stepped into Japanese hospitality for both services and mindset of staff who always pay attention to guests from the entrance of the hotel at ground floor before going up to the lobby check-in with warm welcome and big smiles. Each area we experienced was a wonderful one, breakfast area was well set with variety of foods from local products. We very much appreciated staff working hard in kitchen and also M Lounge was our favorite place to relax and enjoy some dinner served and conversations with the staff. We fell into love with this hotel, not only because the modern designed room but also offered the solutions on how guest could enjoy the room during their stay. But most importantly our experience with staff made our stay such a wonderful and special one. Special thanks to: Mr. Yoshimitsu, Executive Assistant Manager, Mr. Antonio, Guest Experience Manager who made sure guests are well taken care. And thank you for training your staff well. Good hotel overall for a pleasant stay. Near all the food options! Good to stay and visit the attractions in Nagasaki. Will reccomend Gunkanjima (see photo)

2nd visit, anxious to use my “secret trip” Kyushu promotion campaign discount. All as nice as I remember spacious room, bad tv options, activities, Two food options and spa/onsen choices. New was the many foreign staff working on all sectors of the facility Surprisingly non of them spoke English, to me anyway. No greetings, no explanations, no thank you, no nothing I was a ghost as my Japanese travel partner is all they saw and spoke only to her and addressed only her nobody and I mean nobody initiated any attempts to make me feel welcome in English. Very disappointed that this facility has forgotten how to make foreign guests feel welcome (after two years of COVID) japan May have reverted to “gaijin complex” hospitality and has apparently imposed a Japanese only language rule on its foreign staff. How sad in deed.

Well for only $20 per night I could have stayed at the Ritz-Carlton in Perth (albeit with a health service discount). The Quintessa is NOT the Ritz but charges like it is. Very very dated rooms. Tiny tv. Yellow bathroom like its yellowed with age rather than started like that. Only one towel was supplied. Reception were curt. The foyer smelled strongly of the restaurant everytime we walked through and not necessarily in a pleasant way. If this is the best Sasebo has to offer as claimed in other reviews then it’s time Sasebo bucked its ideas up. Worst hotel of the entire trip and second Most expensive.

The hotel is located near the bus terminal and also the train station. The room is clean, and there are food options around the hotel. We were perplexed why the room was not cleaned though, as only the bin was cleared. We were also given 1 room card, as 2 cards were not allowed (?). Despite these, we will stay here again due to the location

In my opinion, the only benefit for staying at this hotel is its location. The hotel is located directly inside the theme park, which means you are able to roam around the park after it's closed or before it's open, a rare experience you can hardly get in any theme park. It also means you can go back to your room anytime during the day, without even need to exit the park. This is not a small benefit, and that's why I still give it 3 stars. The room, however, was disappointing for a moderately expensive hotel. It was really old, probably never renovated since the theme park opened. I stayed in one of their superior rooms. The decor was plain, and while the room was large, about 1/3 of the space was completely empty and basically unused. The TV was tiny considering the room size, and I wasn't even sure if it's HD. The lobby and the public space didn't look bad, but there wasn't anything cool or fancy. My room faced away from the park, so couldn't tell much about the view. It was quiet though. One thing I was unprepared for was that the hotel didn't have a store. And since all the stores in the park close by 8PM or so, I wasn't able to buy snakes or drinks at night. (There was a minibar in the room, but it was overpriced and was mostly alcohol). If I chose to stay in a hotel outside of the main entrance, I would have access to the convenience stores. The breakfast was overpriced. While the food wasn't bad, it was an average hotel breakfast and doesn't worth 3600 yen. However since you can't get breakfast in the park anywhere else, the other option is to hold until lunch. If I make the choice again, I would probably stay at one of their partner hotels outside of the main gate. Not only are they cheaper, but are also more convenient. TIPS: 1. Since the hotel is located inside the theme park, you can't drive to the hotel or get dropped at the hotel entrance. You have to walk through the park entrance, and reach the hotel either by foot or by taking the park shuttle. If you have luggage, you can have them delivered to the hotel for free at the luggage service kiosk outside of the main gate (it takes 2-3 hours). You can also have your luggage delivered to the entrance at check out, but need to pick them up before 6PM. If you are driving, you won't have easy access to your car during the stay. 2. Unless you arrive after the park is closed, you need a valid park admission ticket on your check in day to access the hotel. You don't need admission tickets for subsequent days (until check out). They are included in your room rate and will be given to you at check in time. You will also get a ticket to the hot spring (only 1 ticket per stay). You have to get there by taking the shuttle bus, and the place is pretty crowded. I think it can be passed.

We enjoyed to stay. Hotel staff members are very friendly and kind. Breakfast buffet at hotel are good as well. I just didn’t know about free shuttle from station to hotel at the beginning. If I know early, I did not walk extras and save energy. Otherwise we are very happy to stay there.

在去年八月我出差期間，我在這個酒店住了3周。酒店非常好,因為它離水手鎮美國商店很近。我在馬路對麪找到了一家清真餐廳。這是一個印度/巴基斯坦食物的餐廳。這家酒店是一個典型的日本酒店，房間大小几乎是歐洲酒店房間大小的一半。網速很慢,而且酒店裡衹有一個餐廳,裏面衹提供日本料理，沒有可替換的清真食物。酒店的工作人員非常樂於助人,工作效率高,但由我在日本的諸多經歷來看，他們的英語交流能力衹是基礎水平。總之,我在這裏住的不錯,我會向來佐世保且預算有限的每一個人推薦這家酒店。

생각보다 괜찮았어요 방안에 캐리어 받침대랑 공기청정기, 전기포트 있어서 잘 썼어요. 방이 작아서 샤워부스만 있을 줄 알았는데 욕조라서 좋았어요. 컵도 비닐포장으로 셋팅되어 있어서 먼지 걱정 안해도 되겠더라구요. 급하게 예약한건데 만족도 괜찮네요

이번에 가족여행으로 **도호텔에서 하루 숙박하게되었음, 프론트나 시설은 필요한건 다있는정도 삐까뻔쩍할 정도는 아님 객실 청소상태는 깔끔하니 좋았고 저는잘모르겠는대 남편이 비염이 조금있어서 그런지 침구에서 먼지냄새가 좀 난다함. 서비스가 너무 만족스러움 오전시간 배를타고가서 10시 조금넘어서 도착해가지구 먼저 짐만 보관하려고 호텔에 들렸는대 체크인 바로 해주셔서 객실에 짐좀풀고 출발할수있어서 너무 좋았음 ! 다음번 여행때도 여기 숙박할거같음 !

고 사찰에서 묵어보는 멋진 경험이었습니다. 또한 임진왜란의 영웅 사명대사님께서 묵었기도 하거니와 조선통신사가 거쳐갔던 장소이기에 감회가 새롭습니다. 다소 불편할수도 있는 환경이나 역사적 장소를 직접 경험해 본다는것으로 모든 불편감은 상쇄 됩니다. 정갈한 아침식사와 조용한 휴식을 원한다면 괜찮은 숙소라 생각합니다.

比田勝の中心からは離れていますが、海が目の前ですぐ隣には温泉施設『渚の湯』もあります。そして何と言っても新しいので設備が綺麗で快適。 18時からは最上階のラウンジでカレーの無料サービスがあり、このカレーが美味しくて景色も最高。残念なのはコロナの影響でラウンジでのビール自販機封鎖されてること。そして朝食もコロナの影響でお弁当形式です。 海側の部屋は夜は真っ暗で何も見えませんが、ベッドの上でご来光を拝むことができ感動。 午前中は対州馬も見ることが出来、大満足のホテルでした。 ホテルの回りには見事にお店らしきものは一切ありません(笑)。 ただ、フロントに韓国のスタッフ1人の時はコミニュケーションが取りづらかったかな。でもこれもご愛嬌ですね。

団体ツアーでは、時に変わったお宿に当たる事があります。 韓国人資本のホテルという予備知識の上でそれも面白いかな、と参加しました。 草むらを抜けると整備途中のような敷地と建物が現れました。 部屋には布団があらかじめ敷かれており、荷物を置くと足の踏み場が無くなる狭い部屋に、窓も小さくて圧迫感を感じました。 夕食は、豚カルビ、海老、イカ、ホタテ、野菜、の焼肉セットと、刺身。キムチはその場で現金払いの別料金。 人工温泉は、夜は９時まで。 私には合わないお宿でした。

주자장이 호텔과 아주 조금 떨어져있는데 주차할수 있는 공간이 매우 부족하고, 주차장에 대한 안내가 없음. 그럼에도 불구하고 주차비를 800엔받는 점은 조금 개선이 필요한 부분임. 그 외 숙소 내부는 청결하고 이즈하라 중심지인 티아라몰과는 도보 3분 정도로 접근성은 좋음

ツアーで利用、厳原港から800mの位置にありツアーでは荷物を持って徒歩移動でした。タクシーを呼んでくれるというのでタクシーを利用、タクシーで5分弱￥600でした。ツアー客の１/3がタクシー利用しました。2階はフロントとレストランで、徒歩圏内にショッピングセンターやスーパー、地元観光協会もあり立地は良かったです。ビジネスタイプ仕様で朝食はバイキングでした。

위치가 시내하고 약간 멀었어요 그래도 숙소뷰 좋고 사장님도 친절하시고 관리도 되게 잘 되어있었어요 조식먹다가 사장님이 갑자기 티비트시더니 런닝맨 나왔던 곳이라고 하시더라고요.. 신기했어요

히타카츠항에서 도보 5분으로 매우 가깝고 자전거 또한 대여해주시고 계셔서 편하게 자전거타고 여행했습니다~!! 방이 생각보다 꽤 넓고 깨끗해서 쾌적하게 잘 지냈습니다 침대가 넓고 푹신해서 잠도 푹 잘잤습니다 숙소 근처 맛집도 많았고 바다가 보이는 뷰라서 아침에 너무 기분이 좋았네요 사장님 너무 친절하셨고 체크아웃하고 무료로 짐을 맡겨쥬셔서 마지막날 여행도 편하게 했습니다 다음에도 **도갈 때 또 예약하려고 합니다!!

２階建てのホテルだがエレベーターあり。 【部屋】 部屋は広々、ベットの間隔も余裕あり。 ソファーもそなわっており、ベット・ソファーそれぞれから見れるようにテレビ２台配置されていた。 テレビはいろいろなチャンネルが入った。 ウォシュレットが壊れている。ふとした拍子にはいる、安心はできない。 【朝食】 朝食は和食か洋食かをチェックイン時に申告。 客が来てから温めたりするのか、出てくるまでに少し時間がかかる。 和食洋食共にコーヒーが付いた。 【駐車場】 駐車場、ホテル横に４台。そして少し離れた場所にもあるらしい。その台数越えると有料駐車場に案内らしい。 隣の空き地買い取ればいいのに。 【その他】 WIFIの表示ないが、スマホ等でWIFI接続するとベルフォートが出てきて接続できた。 １階に製氷機あり。 フロント常にいるわけでない。夜１０時以降は扉閉めるとのこと、以降は横のドアからとチェックイン時に。 風呂のカランに髪の毛。
