A wonderful hotel with a stunning view from the window of the entire city😍😍😍 the sweetest girl Teo at the reception, gave me a room on the 3rd floor with a panoramic window for free 💙💙💙, instead of the budget one on the 1st floor that I booked. Breakfast in the panoramic restaurant on the 4th floor, there you can also drink tea and coffee on your own during the day or even sit with friends (we did this on the last evening: we bought Georgian delicacies and champagne and sat with a Christmas tree and chatted) The breakfast is simple, but enough to not go hungry. I would only add a coffee machine😊😊 Perhaps the only downside is that the central heating did not work (but it is there!!). In addition to the air conditioner, they gave me an electric heater, so it was quite normal, only the bathroom was cool. I think turning on the heating will solve these problems. 10 minutes walk to the center Overall - I recommend it!

Great place if you have a late or night arrival! They picked us up for free from the airport in the middle of the night, which was super convenient. The hotel is located halfway between the airport and the city center, so it’s easy to get around. The staff were really kind and helped us find a taxi when we needed it. Everything was smooth and well organized — definitely recommend it!

Staying at this Best Western in Kutaisi was such a breeze, exceeding my expectations! For my trip to Kutaisi, I chose this Best Western right in the city center, and overall, I was really happy with my stay – I just had to share! The location was the biggest and most pleasant surprise! It's right in the heart of the Old Town. Just a short walk brings you to the White Bridge, and an evening stroll along the river is incredibly relaxing. If you need to grab some water or snacks, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby, so no need to go out of your way. Getting to the cable car or the Galaktioni statue was super convenient, whether on foot or by a quick taxi ride – we didn't waste any time commuting at all. The front desk staff, especially one young man, was incredibly welcoming. When we first arrived, we had a lot of questions about sightseeing routes, and he patiently explained everything, even recommending some delicious local restaurants. It felt very thoughtful. The room itself was clean, the linens had no strange smells, the WiFi connection was stable, and there was no noise from the air conditioning at night, so getting a good night's sleep was no problem. The most unexpected bonus was the small rooftop bar. Going up there in the evening to enjoy the breeze and chat created a fantastic atmosphere. Of course, there were a couple of minor downsides: the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, so after two days, it got a bit repetitive. Also, the standard room we booked wasn't huge; after opening our 28-inch suitcase, we had to be a bit careful when walking around. However, for those driving, rest assured the hotel offers free parking. You might have to wait a bit between 8 PM and 10 PM, but it's generally not an issue. If you're visiting Kutaisi for sightseeing, I highly recommend this place. The location and service are top-notch, and it offers great value for money. I'd very likely choose to stay here again next time!

The hotel is not in the main city, the location is a bit off. Next to the hotel is the viaduct, very noisy at night, the noise on the road is very loud. The room area is very small, and the place to put luggage is difficult to find. The introduction on the Ctrip page is 18㎡, in fact, it is 10m. The data provided on Ctrip is often inaccurate, and the photos are not real enough. The room was very clean. The hotel's breakfast is on the top floor, and it is still very good. The restaurant can see some city scenery.

The hostel is located in the middle of the highlights very well. You live with a Russian family who have refunctioned their house. Unfortunately it is very noisy and bright and is hardly to hope for the hosts' enemy. In addition, the ceilings in the ground floor are at the highest point 2m and, for example, in the bathroom only 1.85m high.

The location is fantastic, just a hundred meters from the central fountain, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The room was great, the bathroom was huge, and there's even a balcony. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the service was excellent.

We stayed for 3 nights, it turned out to be 2 full days in Kutaisi. For us, the location was convenient, I arrived from Tbilisi by train. The hotel is next to the train station. Check-in is fast. The room is spacious enough, a comfortable bed, clean linen, towels. There is everything you need, gels, shampoos, toothbrushes. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, they give 0.5 water daily. Bathrobes, disposable slippers. Breakfasts are good, buffet, enough choice. Cleaning is daily, but we refused, because we only spent the night in the room. We walked around the main sights of Kutaisi, from the hotel to the central square about 20 minutes. We were quite satisfied with the chosen hotel.

Good hotel. Located a little far from the center, but overall it is not critical. The room is spacious, clean, the room has everything you need. We were settled in a room in the balcony and with a good view that was very pleased. Every day was cleaning, changing towels and toilet paper, adding water, tea and coffee. Breakfasts are delicious and quite diverse. There is a terrace on the roof with bar, calyenne, music and beautiful view. But we never used it. We decided to check in there before leaving the hotel and see what was there and were pleasantly surprised. We had an evening departure, so after checking out we decided to leave the luggage in the hotel and pick it up in the evening. There is no separate luggage room in the hotel, we left the luggage on the recession, but everything went well when we returned, the luggage was on its place, nothing was missing. The only minus of the room can be called a bad solution of the shower, namely the gap between the threshold and the glass intersection through which the water penetrated and flooded the bathroom during the bath. Otherwise, it's all right.
