This is a good choice for budget travelers for a one or two night stay. Hotel is in a central location (set back from the road so look out for the signs on the main street) , 2 km from Kutaisi train station and 10 minutes to city centre . The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, beds are comfortable, room is well heated. There is a balcony which we didn’t use but would be nice in the summer months . Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. There were two negatives for us. The balcony door didn’t lock and there were no English speaking staff on premises. I was checked in over the phone by the manager and her number is posted on the door. The next morning we were able to ask the lady who cooked our breakfast if we could store our bags for a few hours, we managed ok with translator. However if you needed help to call a taxi or for anything else this was not available, which might be an issue for some travelers . I also wasn’t sure how secure our bags were for the time we were gone, perhaps a locked cupboard or storage area would be better. Having said all that however I would stay at the hotel again because it was excellent value for money

Very good as always. Excellent reception staff if leaving a little to be desired in terms of the waiting staff. The rooftop bar is amazing!!!

Отель расположен идеально для туристов. В самом историческом центре. Номер большой. Однако именно в нашем номере сломалось отопление. А в декабре в Кутаиси холодно было. Поэтому номер был проморожен. Дежурный кое-как подключил батарею. В итоге выжили. Но сам номер очень потрепанный. Однако цена и качество соответствуют друг другу)))

I will visit Kutaisi from June 6th to June 8th. The Panoramic Hotel has been under new management since May 1st, and it is in an excellent location. The staff is excellent, and I was able to arrange a late check-out without extra charges. The operation Manager, Miss Maia, was very helpful during my visit. Breakfast was good, and the freshly brewed Coffee was excellent. The Bar is stocked with a good variety of beer, spirits, and wine. The room was spacious and clean and had a Balcony!

I was in Georgia this year. I am in love with Georgia. My friend and I visited Newport Cafe Bar in the evening. There is a very calm, peaceful and comfortable atmosphere here. Calm music, delicious coffee prepared by a handsome blond guy and a smiling and friendly girl which will try to create the most comfortable environment for you. Leli as I remember. The food is definitely the best food that I have tasted in Georgia. You can feel the love and good attitude of the employees towards each other. The smile on their faces did not disappear, which created a more comfortable environment for us.
