This is a well-facilitated hotel with very friendly and helpful room services delivered by the polite staff members. The hotel lobby is very clean with rich color of heritage and indigenous cultures. The nearby shopping and dining restaurants provide delicious and tasteful food. I would like to consume the hotel services again when returning to this wonderful town.

Close to wonderful sightseeing spots. All within walking distance. We have a private onsen in room with seaview. It was nice. There were a few hair in the room tho… The shared private bath is also nice. No booking is needed just walk-in. First come first served. Didn’t went to the public as tattoo is not allowed.

hôtel tentaculaire et labyrinthique qui domine la baie. Les onsens dans les cavernes face à l’océan déchaînés justifient à eux-seuls le déplacement et il n’est pas difficile de rallier les sites importants du Kumano depuis ce lieu. Il y a une navette par bus et une navette par bateau. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Deux bémols : la navette nous a déposé sur un parking et non pas à la gare ce qui nous a obligé à courir pour avoir notre train, le restaurant est un buffet où tout le monde semble faire n’importe quoi.

It is also quite far from the JR station, and the only public transportation available is a 30-minute bus ride. Additionally, there are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, so you might want to plan ahead for meals.

和歌山市駅直結。駅前なのでCVSなどもあり良い立地でした。駅ビルの「キーノ和歌山」の上階にあり、夕食もそこで済ませました。 建物もきれいで、お風呂も紀の川を一望でき非常に気持ちよかったです。 朝食も凝ったメニューがありおいしくいただくことができました。 ただ、評価を「並」にしたのはいくつかの不満点があったことです。 主にハードではなくホスピタリティの部分です。まずチェックイン時朝食の案内をされました。お盆時期だったのでエレベーター内に朝食時間が早まる旨の貼り紙があったのですが、フロントでは通常通りの時間で案内されたこと。コロナ禍の下、お風呂のロッカーが間引きされていたのですが、鍵の無いロッカーが開いていて使っていいのかフロントに問い合わせたところ要領を得ない返答をされたこと。家族３人で利用し、朝食券が人数分なくフロントに問い合わせをして大丈夫なことを確認して朝食会場に行った際、「朝食券が１枚足りません」と言われたこと。フロントが上階にあり、チェックアウトの際一度上階まで上がって下がるというのは意外とストレスになるもんだなと思ったこと。 カンデオホテルズ全体のコンセプトとして、「唯一無二の４つ星」とありますが、その通り５つ星にならないような、なんとなくどこか欠けた印象を持ってしまいました。 全国にチェーンホテルがあるようですが、どうだろう…選択肢上位には来ないなというホテルです。

Key Terrace Hotel Seamore is a really lovely, modern and chic hotel in the south of Wakayama Prefecture. We stayed in a sea view room with Tatatmi area, and booked dinner at one of the two traditional restaurants within the hotel complex. First, the views are wonderful. Taking a relaxing moment at the infinity footbath, or a drink in the beer garden at night are absolute musts to enjoy the sights. You can also visit the underwater observatory, or use the onsen facilities. Some other reviews have mentioned, unfortunately, the place is surrounded by nature, and that means bugs. They're like cockroaches but not. If you're creeped out by things that scuttle, don't go to the outdoor onsen. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to Sandanbeki caves, and a five minute walk to the fisherman's wharf. A short car ride will take you to Adventure World. within the hotel there are lots of facilities for enjoying your night for families or groups of friends. There's also a karaoke room on the 3rd floor (book in advance). Dinner was phenomenal. We had a selection of foods from the region, including freshly caught abalone and a freshly prepared mackerel sashimi (the head of which they turned into a soup for us once the sashimi was gone). The buffet at breakfast has a mix of all Japanese standards and Western styles. There's also the delicious pastries of Tettei bakery inside the hotel if you wanna buy something for the drive back. Would go back and would recommend the hotel to friends who are looking for a great stay in Shirahama.

和歌山市内でホテルを探していた時に『ダイワロイネット』を見付けました。沖縄国際通りでよく利用していたので、まず名前で選んだ感じです。和歌山駅からは結構離れていますが、車での利用でしたので問題はありませんでした。予約をしてから場所を確認しているとびっくり。『和歌山城』の目の前です。この日はライトアップ期間中でしたので、お部屋の目の前はライトアップされた和歌山城を見る事が出来て、最高のロケーションでした！ お部屋も設備が整っており、消臭剤や空気清浄機も完備され、冷蔵庫もカラの状態ですから飲み物など入れて利用しました。 朝食はお城を目の前に見るレストラン。こちらも景色抜群です。バイキングの内容も一般的な洋食メニューに、目の前で作って下さる『オムレツ』。それに併せて『和歌山名物』もいっぱいで、お腹いっぱいになりました。『梅干しの食べ比べ』や『しらす』『ごま豆腐』『まぐろの角煮』など、輪良く中心にすれば良かったと後悔したほどでした(笑)食後のデザートも有り、コーヒーのお供に『パンダクッキー』が有ったのも和歌山らしいですネ！ ひとつリクエストをするのであれば、ジュースコーナーに『じゃばら』（和歌山特産のかんきつ類）のジュースが有ったらな～！と思いました。 ほぼほぼ・・・99％満足のこのホテル。おそらく次回和歌山に行く機会が有りましたら、またお世話になると思います。

ツアーで宿泊しました。日本全国にあるダイワ系のリゾートホテルです。ロビーの雰囲気や部屋の造りもよく似ています。ということは海側の部屋は眺望がとても良いですが、反対側の部屋だとパーキングビューになります。このところ外れの部屋が多かったですが、今回は海側の部屋で良かったです。ツアーの場合はこの辺は運任せではあります。部屋は広めのツインで、トリプルにもできる造りになっているので、ソファもありゆったりと過ごせます。大浴場もあり、大きな内風呂と温泉の露天風呂がありました。和歌や藻ということもあり備長炭の湯もありました。食事はツアーのセットの会席料理でしたが、同系列のホテルに比べるとちょっとがっかりな内容でした。朝食は地産の食材が多くおいしかったです。朝は海岸まで散歩に出てみましたが、片道15分ほどで行くことが出来ました。

This is my second time to come back to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Due to we booked in the last minute, we can’t reserve the meal to eat in hotel. Room is facing the Shirarahama beach with sea view. The hot spring is nice but management should consider to do some renovation as some of the facilities already outdated & history Parking is free available. Would recommend who interest to Shirahama

房間如圖前三張，個人感覺雙床間超過同價位酒店的房間，設施齊全、寬敞，有沙發，洗手間三分離，空間也大，還有户外的陽台。 酒店有男性大浴場，女士沒有浴場但可獲得一張面膜，此外耳塞也可以自取，感覺很貼心～ 後三張圖是在陽台拍的城景，視野也很開闊，離火車站非常近，整體性價比非常高，推薦。

We spent two nights here and the experience was good. The room was a good size, though the bathroom was smallish. Reception staff were helpful and there are amenities like shavers and toothbrush sets available. You can also request extra pillows, which are harder. There is an onsen in house, and they also provide ice cream and a small bowl of plain ramen noodles in the evenings. Location is good and it is a few minutes’ walk to the train station. Paid parking is available at the hotel .

Comfort Hotel Wakayama is a very good place, which is very close to the Wakayama JR station. Their staffs are very polite and responsive. The room is very clean and tidy. They provide self check in and check out service. There are many restaurants, Café, convenient stores , departure store and duty free store nearby. There are many tourist attractions nearby, even go to Shirahama and 貴志川 are not too far away. This Hotel I would book again while I visit Wakayama next time.

ディナーをいただくためにレストランへ行きました。 私たちを含めて5組程度、各2〜4名のお客に対し、ホールスタッフは5名程度いました。その中で、コース内容に含まれているパンが一切配膳されないまま、私たちのテーブルへデザートを持ってこられました。 「このコースには、パンがついていませんでしたか？」と問いかけると… 「全てのお客さまにパンを配膳するために、お声かけをしているはずなのですがすみません。」とレストラン責任者の方から回答されました。 「私たちは、配られていないのですが？」と伝えると、「すみません」 と言って、急にキッチンの方へ下がられました。しばらく時間が経つと、その方はお詫びと言ってデザートプレートを持ってこられました。 私たちは、その対応に驚きました。 謝罪の後にデザートプレートでも提供しておけば、無かったことになるだろうと考えたのでしょうか？その安易な対応に衝撃を受けたのです。 私たちは、ただ素直に「申し訳ありません。本来ならば全てのお客様に、配膳のためにお声かけをすることになっていました。しかし、今回はそういった対応ができておらず、不快な思いをさせてしまいました。今後はこういった事がないように、原因を調べて業務改善に努めていきます。」といったお話だけで十分だったのです。 些細なパンの配膳ミスだからです。 それを「全てのお客さまに…」と話され、じゃあ私たちは客に含まれていないのか？と意地悪く思ってしまいますし。おざなりに「すみません。」と話され、こちらの回答を聞くことなく下がり、突然デザートプレートを提供する。そういった解決方法に疑問を持ちました。 なぜなら、私たちの後ろの席にはソムリエの知り合いの方が、食事を楽しまれており、各従業員がわざわざ挨拶に来られていました。 当初、ワインでも頼もうかと考えていた私たちは、おすすめを聞こうと他の従業員経由でソムリエの方に提案をお願いすることにしました。しかし、ソムリエの方は従業員に連れられ、私たちのテーブルへ向かっていたはずが、そちらのテーブルの方に呼ばれて、進路をかえて先にそちらへ行かれたうえに、しっかりとお話されてから私たちの方へ来られました。 しかもソムリエの提案内容は、メニュー表に記載されている内容で読めば分かる中身のないものでした。そのため、私たちはアルコールなどは頼みませんでした。 他のお店のソムリエの方に提案していただくと、その日の来店目的や好みなどをさり気なく聞き取り、食事内容と照らし合わせて、最良を提案して下さります。 ワインの知識豊富な接客のプロフェッショナルだからです。 当初は、従業員の方のお知り合いが来ているのだなくらいでしたが、こうも接客に格差をつけられると良い気はしません。 また、誕生日にケーキを依頼していたテーブルの方がいらっしゃり、バースデーケーキの提供後に、間もなく提供されたお詫びのデザートプレートの内容をみて顔を顰めていらっしゃいました。 こういったレストランの環境が、少なからずその場を共有した方々に影響しているのです。 しかし、事を荒立てる気もなくお礼を伝えて食事後に部屋へ帰るため、レジカウンターの前を過ぎると「すみません。」と繰り返し若いスタッフに声をかけられました。 最初は謝罪を受けたのだろうと思いましたが、それは間違いでした。 「すみません！ビールなどの会計が！」 と言われたのです。 私たちは、レストランでお酒の提供は受けていませんでした。 その場には、責任者の方もいられたので、飲酒していないことを伝えて部屋に戻りましたが、度重なる出来事にとても不快になり、フロントへ連絡をいれました。 そして、上記の出来事を説明して「どう思われますか？どのように対応したらよいと考えられますか？」と問いかけました。 改めて連絡するとのことで、30分後に同じレストラン責任者の方が1000円の金券を持って謝罪に来られました。 しかも、こられて早々に金券を渡されたのです。 私たちは、金券やデザートプレートが欲しいわけではなく、経緯と今後どう対応していくかの説明を求めていたのです。 金券を断りそういったことを繰り返し伝えましたが、理解はえられませんでした。 最終、金券を受け取らないと話が終わることも無かったので、いただきましたが1日の終わりにわだかまりが残りました。 今回、病気の友人の体調が少し落ち着いたので、楽しみにしていた旅行でした。 近場でゆっくりできる場所としてマリーナシティーホテルを選択しました。建物は美しく、周囲の施設やそこの人の対応は素晴らしかったのですが、ホテル従業員の対応は台無しにするようなものでした。 友人から湯治に和歌山に行った時に、とても親切にされたから和歌山にまた行きたいと話されたことも、今回このホテルを選んだ理由でした。 友人も私もこういった話をスタッフの方としている時も、涙が出そうになっていました。

Convenient location, within five minutes walk to the Nanhai Wakayamashi Station. I walked to Wakayama Castle for twenty minutes, nice! Little old fashion while everyone clean. Breakfast is good for me, Japanese style. Recommend for convenient and budgeted considerations.

Value for money. For the price paid. Can't complain much as got free driving from Kada station to the hotel. Cons is need to get the pic from train station to call as the number on the Google map and the banner can't go through. Recommended to use the hotel transport as walking is too far. Pros everything. There is a laundry coin as well which save our life alot as we travel 3 weeks to Japan. Do note the awajima shrine is just beside this hotel. Must visit and do see the sunset and sunrise. 地理位置方便，今天從酒店出門八分鐘我還趕上了小玉電車。房間雖然小，但是很乾凈，提供的東西一樣不少。更絕的是還有免費早餐， 種類還不少，400多塊錢兩個人帶雙早，這價格還要什麼自行車，作為來和歌山中轉一晚的酒店實在是窮遊選手的性價比之王了。

Great location as just opposite bus station. Opposite the road within 5min walk will reach supermarket and Daiso. The room is spacious. Onsen is open from night until 10am next day. The hotel staff friendly, helpful and arrange the futon for us. You also can choose your own amenities after check in. Free coffee, tea and some juice at hotel lobby and selected floor

離れですが、大浴場やセルフキッチンを利用するのにちょうどいい位置にあります。 小さい子どもが一緒でしたが、周りを気にせずゆっくり過ごす事ができました。 部屋はしっかり清掃されており、ベッドもふかふかで快適でした。 冷凍庫付きの冷蔵庫があります。 洗面台、トイレは2つずつ。 露天風呂の洗い場はお湯が出るまでに5分ほどかかります。 梅樽の露天風呂は家族みんなで入る事ができる程の大きさで子ども達も大はしゃぎ。 大変満足しました。 露天風呂とは別に室内にも浴室はあります。 ・ホテルの外 シャワーと蛇口があるので、夏は海からあがってきた時に便利だろうなと思います。 ・セルフキッチン 調理器具が何でも揃っており、オーブントースターや電子レンジ、お皿やスプーン、お箸、子ども食器、ラップと色んなものがあったので重宝しました。 使用時間は7:00〜22:00と書かれていました。 ・シャンプーバー 大浴場近くの廊下においてあり、小さなカップに入れて持っていく事が可能です。 ・大浴場 22時くらいに行ったのですが、足を入れる事すら出来ないくらい熱かったです。 もう少し温度調整をしてもらえたらと思いました。 大浴場のみ残念でしたが、全体的に大満足でまたお世話になりたいと思います。

和歌山で部屋食で九絵をいただける宿を探していて、こちらを見つけました。「ホテル」ですが、夕食はお部屋でいただけ、朝食はバイキングというプランでした。一休から九絵尽くしのプランをとったので九絵を堪能でき満足です。白良浜では「白良浜グランドホテル」に二度泊まったことがありますが、あちらとはまた違った角度から白良浜を見ることができます。高級感はありませんが、スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で居心地の良い宿泊でした。

先日、女友達と一緒にGWの期間中にグランパスSEAに宿泊させていただきました。 お部屋の、窓から広がる海の景色はまさに魅力的でした。 　 友達と一緒に、綺麗な海の美しさを感じることができるなんて、とても特別な経験でした。お部屋内も清潔感があり、快適な寝具で心地よい睡眠をとることができました。 食事も充実していて、食事会場からの海の景色も最高でした。 友達と一緒に美しい海を眺めながらの食事ができるなんて、心に残るひとときとなりました。 グランパスSeaのおかげで、白浜での滞在がより特別なものとなりました。 友達との楽しいひととき、スタッフの温かいおもてなし、くつろげるお部屋、美味しい食事。 全てが素晴らしい思い出となりました。 次回もぜひ再訪したいと考えております。GWの素敵な思い出を作ってくれたグランパスSEAに、心より感謝申し上げます。

Fantastic value for what you get. Although you’re room is in a building next to the main hotel you can use all of the facilities which include hot springs, the swimming pool and sauna. It’s also close enough to the beach to walk and there’s a bus stop right outside.

犬連れでツイン用室に泊まりました。ペット同室は別館に限られているようで、部屋に風呂はなく眺望は望めませんが、ペット用のアメニティが充実していました。　6ヶ月の乳児も連れていたので、ベッドの添い寝が少し心配でしたが、ベッド2台をくっつけて壁側に寄せてくださっていたので、落下などの心配なくぐっすり眠れました！お気遣いがありがたかったです。 温泉も、脱衣所にベビーベッド、オムツ用ゴミ箱、浴場には子ども椅子があり、小さな子ども連れも助かります。 お料理はバイキングで、種類がかなり豊富です。お刺身やお寿司、野菜の蒸籠蒸し、ローストビーフなどなど。 赤ちゃん用離乳食まで置かれていました。(12ヶ月〜のレトルト品) 公式HPからの予約時、結婚記念日であることを記載していたのですが、レストランでの記念写真をプレゼントして下さいました。電話で直接お伝えしていた訳では無いのにこのようなサプライズは非常に嬉しかったです。 一点だけ‥ 別館(ペット同室棟)のエレベーターが狭すぎです。 スーツケース、ベビーカー、犬用リュックを背負って大人2人乗ると、めちゃくちゃ寄せてキツキツにならないと乗れません。また、別館へ向かう廊下に階段があるので、荷物をロビーで台車に載せたのに、全部降ろすハメになりました。

The buffet at breakfast has a mix of all Japanese standards and Western styles. There's also the delicious pastries of Tettei bakery inside the hotel if you wanna buy something for the drive back. Would go back and would recommend the hotel to friends who are looking for a great stay in Shirahama.

This is my second time to come back to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Due to we booked in the last minute, we can’t reserve the meal to eat in hotel. Room is facing the Shirarahama beach with sea view. The hot spring is nice but management should consider to do some renovation as some of the facilities already outdated & history Parking is free available. Would recommend who interest to Shirahama

離れですが、大浴場やセルフキッチンを利用するのにちょうどいい位置にあります。 小さい子どもが一緒でしたが、周りを気にせずゆっくり過ごす事ができました。 部屋はしっかり清掃されており、ベッドもふかふかで快適でした。 冷凍庫付きの冷蔵庫があります。 洗面台、トイレは2つずつ。 露天風呂の洗い場はお湯が出るまでに5分ほどかかります。 梅樽の露天風呂は家族みんなで入る事ができる程の大きさで子ども達も大はしゃぎ。 大変満足しました。 露天風呂とは別に室内にも浴室はあります。 ・ホテルの外 シャワーと蛇口があるので、夏は海からあがってきた時に便利だろうなと思います。 ・セルフキッチン 調理器具が何でも揃っており、オーブントースターや電子レンジ、お皿やスプーン、お箸、子ども食器、ラップと色んなものがあったので重宝しました。 使用時間は7:00〜22:00と書かれていました。 ・シャンプーバー 大浴場近くの廊下においてあり、小さなカップに入れて持っていく事が可能です。 ・大浴場 22時くらいに行ったのですが、足を入れる事すら出来ないくらい熱かったです。 もう少し温度調整をしてもらえたらと思いました。 大浴場のみ残念でしたが、全体的に大満足でまたお世話になりたいと思います。

Great location as just opposite bus station. Opposite the road within 5min walk will reach supermarket and Daiso. The room is spacious. Onsen is open from night until 10am next day. The hotel staff friendly, helpful and arrange the futon for us. You also can choose your own amenities after check in. Free coffee, tea and some juice at hotel lobby and selected floor

和歌山で部屋食で九絵をいただける宿を探していて、こちらを見つけました。「ホテル」ですが、夕食はお部屋でいただけ、朝食はバイキングというプランでした。一休から九絵尽くしのプランをとったので九絵を堪能でき満足です。白良浜では「白良浜グランドホテル」に二度泊まったことがありますが、あちらとはまた違った角度から白良浜を見ることができます。高級感はありませんが、スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で居心地の良い宿泊でした。

先日、女友達と一緒にGWの期間中にグランパスSEAに宿泊させていただきました。 お部屋の、窓から広がる海の景色はまさに魅力的でした。 　 友達と一緒に、綺麗な海の美しさを感じることができるなんて、とても特別な経験でした。お部屋内も清潔感があり、快適な寝具で心地よい睡眠をとることができました。 食事も充実していて、食事会場からの海の景色も最高でした。 友達と一緒に美しい海を眺めながらの食事ができるなんて、心に残るひとときとなりました。 グランパスSeaのおかげで、白浜での滞在がより特別なものとなりました。 友達との楽しいひととき、スタッフの温かいおもてなし、くつろげるお部屋、美味しい食事。 全てが素晴らしい思い出となりました。 次回もぜひ再訪したいと考えております。GWの素敵な思い出を作ってくれたグランパスSEAに、心より感謝申し上げます。

Fantastic value for what you get. Although you’re room is in a building next to the main hotel you can use all of the facilities which include hot springs, the swimming pool and sauna. It’s also close enough to the beach to walk and there’s a bus stop right outside.

犬連れでツイン用室に泊まりました。ペット同室は別館に限られているようで、部屋に風呂はなく眺望は望めませんが、ペット用のアメニティが充実していました。　6ヶ月の乳児も連れていたので、ベッドの添い寝が少し心配でしたが、ベッド2台をくっつけて壁側に寄せてくださっていたので、落下などの心配なくぐっすり眠れました！お気遣いがありがたかったです。 温泉も、脱衣所にベビーベッド、オムツ用ゴミ箱、浴場には子ども椅子があり、小さな子ども連れも助かります。 お料理はバイキングで、種類がかなり豊富です。お刺身やお寿司、野菜の蒸籠蒸し、ローストビーフなどなど。 赤ちゃん用離乳食まで置かれていました。(12ヶ月〜のレトルト品) 公式HPからの予約時、結婚記念日であることを記載していたのですが、レストランでの記念写真をプレゼントして下さいました。電話で直接お伝えしていた訳では無いのにこのようなサプライズは非常に嬉しかったです。 一点だけ‥ 別館(ペット同室棟)のエレベーターが狭すぎです。 スーツケース、ベビーカー、犬用リュックを背負って大人2人乗ると、めちゃくちゃ寄せてキツキツにならないと乗れません。また、別館へ向かう廊下に階段があるので、荷物をロビーで台車に載せたのに、全部降ろすハメになりました。
