Beside a daily tax fee of $55, that was never mention, they put a hold on my card for $200. A day for amenities or daily charges, TOTAL $800 BUCKS MANDATORY. I was not on property to use any unless it was to sleep in my room. So on check out they informed me it would be FIVE TO TEN BUSINESS DAY BEFORE THEY RELEASED MY $800 DEPOSIT. Now they have had my money for five days & now they want to keep it for another FIVE TO TEN DAYS.. WHO DOES THAT???

Çok güzel bir deneyimdi. Şehir merkezine biraz uzak ama hiç sorun olmadı taksiyle veya otobüsle kolayca ulaşılabiliyor. Okyanus hemen otelin önünde çok keyifli bir tatil oldu.

Me and my husband stayed at Warwick for a week, we had best time there- the food, the drinks, the atmosphere everything was really great. They have private beach which is nice, all the staff members were really nice and friendly. I would recommend my friends to definitely check out this place.

酒店環境好，設施稍顯陳舊但也不錯，但是服務太差，或許他們一直就這樣。
在幾個酒店之間有穿梭巴士可以免費乘坐，但是最好要問下方向。
價格不含早餐、沒有飲用瓶裝水、沒有拖鞋，除了房間清掃就沒有啥其它客房服務項目。
酒店還記錯賬單以及亂收費，好在通過攜程去交涉，雖然酒店十分拖拉，但事情解決了，感謝攜程。
這個巴哈馬亞特蘭蒂斯酒店除非有特殊情況，不然性價比和服務都很差，不值得去。

Tidak jauh dari lapangan terbang, tetapi juga perlu memanggil kereta, ini adalah hotel terbaik di Bahamas kali ini, lebih baik daripada countryt of dt, harga yang sama harus menjadi yang terbaik, hotel ini ditempah buat sementara waktu pada hari yang sama, kerana tinggal Airbnb di Pulau Babi terlalu teruk, jadi saya memutuskan bahawa rumah itu kelihatan baik, dan Ctrip tidak mempunyai ulasan, jadi saya bercadang untuk berjudi. Saya tiba awal hari, tetapi saya juga mendaftar masuk awal. Jika bayarannya adalah kira-kira dua ribu RMB setiap malam, saya membayar hampir seratus dolar cukai apabila saya mendaftar keluar. Malangnya, saya tidak mengalami kolam renang di belakang hotel. Ia kelihatan sangat baik. Penginapan sangat selesa, ada balkoni, hiasannya agak baru, disyorkan untuk mengalami, ada kasino di tingkat bawah, tidak pergi.

While this resort should have been the ”highlight” of our trip to Nassau, some things happened during our trip that made us reconsider if we should stay here again if we were to ever return again.
The good: the property have lots of wildlife, plants and water park to keep you entertained while you're here. Variety of food options in resort.
The bad: While the food is average about $30 per person per meal, the taste is mediocre for what you get. Older property, some things did not work well in our rooms, i.e., Loud AC, broken hairdryer.
The really bad: Got charged to my room for something we didn't use we're still trying to dispute. Hotel staff doesn't ask you your last name, just your room number to charge to your room. Seems like anyone to charge anything to your room.

原以為這是一家在度假海島的四季酒店，對服務、衞生等都有期待和預估。沒想到在同一層次中比較，這家相當令人失望了。第一，除了海水的藍令人着迷，酒店設計空間太普通，特別是房間既沒有層高又比較小，設施偏舊。第二，還時常打掃衞生不是太乾淨。有兩個晚上換的被單不乾淨，被搞得過敏了，甚至有輕微異味，第三，最印象深刻的是這裏的服務員，除了個別人合格＇大多數不僅缺乏服務意識，還足足的透着一股隨時指導客户的味道。當我們選擇一次90分鐘的SPA時，房間大亮着，沒有對水療空間的特別設計和關注，混亂、着急的按摩，實在讓人非常吃驚，體驗了這麼多世界頂級的度假酒度，差到這個水平的，實在沒見過。特別是相比於兩個月前，我們剛去過的墨西哥瑰麗酒店，真是有點天上地下的差異了。第四，餐飲普通。唉！放照片時才發現，竟然沒拍房間照片，估計是太差了。沒興趣拍。

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for 5 nights. We loved the choice of restaurants, pools, shops, the stunning beach (definitely opt for a sea view room!)
The resort is huge. But then it’s balanced out by lots of choice. A few niggles eg. Charging extra for beds next to the pool - these were often left empty (as were all the cabanas) so felt like a waste. They high daily resort fee should cover these costs. Or just have all beds the same good quality?!
The room was lovely, spacious and clean. Just missed things like… a sanitary bin by the toilet, amenities beyond shampoo and soap, no cosmetic removal pads, no spare toilet roll. No notepad and pen even - just basic amenities you’d expect in a standard resort, let alone a high end one.
All in all, it’s a fab place for couples, families with all ages of kids, it’s great for hosting work conventions - they racially have it all, all in beautiful surroundings!

GGuest UserWe found this resort to have everything we needed to have an excellent vacation. The majority of the staff was very welcoming and courteous every time we had any encounter with them. I found the bartenders at the lobby bar not so friendly. It was hard to get their attention and at times felt I have been overlooked. Otherwise I have all good things to say about this resort. I would definitely visit this resort again. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

AAnonymous UserI thought this was a Four Seasons hotel on a holiday island, with expectations and estimates for service, health, etc. Unexpectedly, compared at the same level, this is quite disappointing. First, in addition to the blue sea water is fascinating, the hotel design space is too ordinary, especially the room is not high and small, the facilities are old. Second, it is often not too clean. Two nights of sheets were not clean, were allergic, and even had a slight smell. Third, the most impressive thing was the waiters here, except for others who qualified ＇ Most of them not only lacked service awareness, but also fully guided the customer at any time. When we chose a 90-minute SPA, the room was bright, there was no special design and attention to the spa space, the chaotic, anxious massage was really amazing, and I experienced so many of the world's top holiday wines, which were so bad that I had never seen it. Especially compared to the Rosewood Mexico Hotel we just visited two months ago, it is really a bit different from the sky and the ground. Fourth, the dining is ordinary. Ugh! When I put the photo, I found out that I didn't take a photo of the room. It is estimated that it is too bad. No interest in taking it.
