Decent and nice hotel. Caters to many couples and families who bring along their pet dogs etc. Seen like this is their specialty. Only thing we found strange was that they charge a hefty fee to use the swimming pool, even for hotel guests. The air conditioning also appears less than ideal, being fixed in terms of the temp setting. You cannot change or adjust it- which is not good

Good: Very spacious room with great view and a balcony! Bathroom had a rain shower. Walkable to Yeonggeumjeong Pavilion which has great night view. Bus opposite hotel goes directly to Seoraksan. Walking distance to Intercity Bus Terminal. Bad: 1. Front desk. I asked about the swimming pool when it was before 9PM. Official closing time was 10PM and last entry was 9:30PM. Front desk staff told me the swimming pool entry has closed for the day even though it's not 9PM yet. 2. Only had housekeeping once even though I stayed for 4 nights. This was not explained during check in.

Very nice and clean modern facility, comfortable bed and convenient location with much to offer. The staff are very helpful even with the language barrier but they do their best to assist and help with finding stuff around town. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. I was here during the wildfire and strong winds and hotel staff put the patrons safety above all else and assist. Highly recommend this hotel for a safe enjoyable stay

At first I thought the property was in Gangneun city. It's not! You have to take a train (only 10-20 minutes) to Jongdongjin. But do it because truly the resort is simply amazing.

Approx 20 mins drive to the Seoraksam National park, location is ideal & good amount of restaurants and cafe around the area. Room not quite spacious since its more narrow to the end. A Small balcony available to enjoy the partial sea view.

The hotel is in a very strategic location, beside Daepo Port. However, please do not book through Trip.com. I could have gotten a better price from Agoda… so disappointed that I overpaid for this hotel

Check in after 00:00, need to go to another block to check in, it took me a while to figure out. appreciate if instruction is more clear! Balcony view is excellent!

Location for viewing the ocean is fantastic. We stayed 2 nights in the room with ocean view and lake view. Make sure to ask if corner room is available. The room is very clean and tidy. The hotel staff are very courteous and prompt with requests. The view alone deserves 5 stars at this hotel. I would definitely be visiting here again.

장점-호텔 바로 앞에 바다가 있고 옆엔 삼척해변이라 위치 완전 좋아요. 체크인 할 때 주는 쿠폰도 요긴해요. 테라스(?)에서 보는 풍경 좋아요. 단점-바닷가 바로 옆이라 그런지 욕실 여기저기 곰팡이가 심하네요. 너무 넓어서 가고 픈 곳까지 다녀오려면 시간이 은근 걸려요.

The room was excellent, huge, clean, and furnished. They also had small kitchen, microwave oven, big fridge, and a washing machine! It’s good for those who want to stay for over 2-3 nights with a friend. You can cook a small meal or throw a little night time party. The place is best for long holiday especially New Year.

4성급 깨끗한 호텔이라 좋았습니다. 부분 바다전망이라 개방감 있었고, 1층에 부대시설 중 VR게임장 재밋었네요. 금진온천은 크고 깔끔하게 관리되어 이용이 편했는데 찜질방처럼 남녀 공용 공간은 없어서 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 룸서비스를 이용했는데 음식은 맛있었지만 별도의 식탁은 없고 작은 티테이블에서 먹느라 조금 좁아서 불편했어요. 호텔 근처에 금진항도 가깝고 전망이 좋습니다. 조식도 괜찮은 편이었어요.

안목과 멀지 않고 걸어다니기 편해요. 다만, 베개에 수건으로 덮고 잤다는 리뷰를 봤는데 제가 그대로 하게 될 줄은..ㅎㅎ 테이블도 놓을 수 없는 테라스의 크기였고, 간의 의자 두 개가 놓여져 있었으며, 거미줄과 거미가 아주 많이 보였습니다. 화장실 세면대 안쪽에 곰팡이가 있었어요. 하루 자고 움직이기엔 좋지만 연박하기에는 아쉬운 숙소였네요. 다시 간다면 가격때문에 가게 될 것 같아요. 바로 옆에 가격이 조금 나가지만 맛있는 햄버거 집이 있어서 좋았네요. 서비스는 기대하지 않았지만 청결에 대한 부분은 아쉬웠고, 연박으로 두명 예약했는데 물이 한 병밖에 없었던 것도 아쉬웠습니다. (+) 저는 미리 알아보고 갔지만 혹시 이용하시는 분들을 위해 적습니다. 어메니티는 기본 제공되지 않으니 필요하신 분들은 꼭 가져가시거나 프론트에서 3,000원 정도에 구매하실 수 있어요. 연박청소도 없습니다!!

Good location hotel! It’s located near the train station and city area. Although a bit away from the beach, you can always call a taxi to bring you out! Hotel room is bigger than expected, quite comfortable. Receptionist can speak English. They were also nice to keep our luggages for us after checkout.

All things, which we expected and enjoyed, are perfect. Location especially was memorable because it reminded us of our experience in our own hometown, where we grew up.

여행좋아하는 가족입니다. 밤늦게 체크인해서 주차자리없을까 걱정했는데 건물 뒷편 주차공간 넉넉히 마련되어있었습니다. 확장하신것같아요~ 방안이 따뜻하게 데워져있어서 좋았는데 자다보니 온도조절기기 없는 중앙난방이더라구요. 밤새 찜질방마냥 더웠어요~^^; 25-26도 정도면 적당할것같습니다. 먼지하나없이 정말 깨끗했구요. 소음에 민감한데 파도소리만 들리고 층간소음 못느꼈습니다. 제가 브라운도트를 선택한 이유이기도하구요~ 퇴실하면서도 불편한점 없는지 피드백도 받으려하셔서 이런점 정말 좋은것 같습니다. 특히나 총 관리자분께서 너무너무 친절하시고 말씀 하나하나 배려심이 넘쳐서 정말 인상깊었어요~ 편히 잘 쉬다갑니다. 강릉 첫 여행인데 기분좋은 숙소였어요🙂여러분…. 고민말고 여기 고 하세요….

모바일 체크인, 체크아웃 그리고 방키 기능까지 어플이 정말 편리했어요! 할인쿠폰도 많고! 숙소위치가 청초호 바로앞이라 뷰도 좋았고 주변에 하나로마트와 편의점, 지하1층에도 이마트24와 전자레인지가 있어서 편리했어요. 사우나가 너무 좋았어요. 깨끗하게 관리도 잘 해주시고, 탕도 넓고 좋네요. 야외수영장 오픈하면 재방문 하고싶어요. 취사가 안된다는 점이 좀 아쉽네요. 식기류가 없고, 머그컵과 커피포트만 있어요! 리조트 아니고 호텔입니다~ 아이와 함께 방문하신다면 따로 챙겨야해요!

We booked the Premier Suite which have a very good sea view. My family and i felt very comfortable and it comes with 2 bathroom. Love the living room and balcony so much! The downsides are no dryer and cutlery provided.

FINAL VERDICT: Family oriented resort that has everything needed for a family vacation. 3 Line summary - The property is located on a scenic coastside hill, offering views of the East Sea, Seorak National Park, and Sokcho city downtown is a 10 minute drive. Resort is constructed to offer panoramic vistas to guests directly from their room window & balcony. - Resort has everything needed for a familiy retreat. They have a large indoor water park(Sokcho Water Park), 5+ restaurants including one that you can do K-BBQ(Natural Soul Kitchen), large and fun kid’s cafe (Lala Kids Adventure), direct access to East Sea coast and the best Korean seafood shops are within uber delivery distance. They even have a mini golf place. - Lotte Resort Sokcho also offers various family oriented programs that I recommend you check out. We chartered a catamaran yatch and cruised the East Sea, went to a local strawberry farm and harvested a couple baskets, tried Lotte’s cookie house making program which are all available through the resort. WHEN: May 2023 WHO: Family of 3, including a 17 month old daughter WHAT ROOM: Character Suite Room We visited the Lotte Resort Sokcho as a family retreat in May with our 17 month old daughter. The Resort was our top choice because it had all the facilities that one would want one visiting a beach coast resort, and at the same time very family friendly as they provided baby amenities such as baby food, bed, moisturizer etc. We stayed at the Character Suite room, which is a spacious room that features a Lotte themed slide, hide&seek spots and children’s restroom. Our daughter had so much fun in the room - she rode the slide a gazillion times and played hide and seek with us. My wife liked the fact that the room had a good combination of contemporary designs and playful childrens’ furniture, all with safety in mind. Stay at the Lotte Resort was also memorable as we took advantage of the many facilities. On the first day, we went to the indoor Water Park which offered wave riding, a large lazy river, water slides of all sizes and a jacuzzi for relaxing. We headed to the BBQ restaurant (Natural Soul Kitchen) at dinner to charge up and had some fun cooking lobster, beef, pork and lamb racks. The restaurant also offered many Korean dishes that goes well with the BBQ we had ample choice. After a good rest in our beach view room, we headed up to R.9PUP, a pub on the 9th floor as the name suggests. The pub offers a wide range of Korean local brewery at a scenic view of the coastal beach. It was even better as the pub had a family friendly atmosphere where the young ones are invited to play the dart and chill on the bean bags on the terrace. All in all, this is a great one-stop resort that offers great view, nature, variety of dining options, all at the same time running large scale facilities such as the Sokcho Water Park. I definitely look forward to visiting again and with comfortably recommend to families looking for a good time toget

Good choice for travelers! Nearby from hotel, have an express bus station and beautiful beach ❤️! At room I use a machine laundry, microwave and seaview from room. But small terrace doesn’t clean - think about it. Next time I stay here 😉

위치 좋습니다. 처음에는 진입로 찾은 게 헷갈렸는데 한 번 찾고 나면 찾을만 합니다. 엘베가 4대 밖에 없는 건 좀 아쉬웠음. 룸 컨디션은 괜찮았고 E타입 바다뷰도 굉장히 좋았습니다. 체크인/아웃 시간이랑 동떨어지게 가서 그런지, 아니면 휴가철이 아니라 그런지 무리 없이 체크인/아웃 했습니다. 다음에 또 속초에 가게 된다면 또 들르겠습니다.

Location is one street away from the 4 levels E-mart. Has a code of the bridge and waters from the room. Has stove in the room but not allowed to use. Room was pretty clean but noted a piece of underwear in the toilet cupboard that the housekeeping removed after leaving a message to.

최근 오픈한 반얀계열의 카시아호텔은 모든객실이 바다전망에 고급스럽고 조용함이 있어 좋았고 26층 높이에 26층은 스카이 파크로 세동을 이어놓아 산책할수 있고 전망이 아름다웠습니다. 방안 창문앞에 욕조가 있어 바다를 보며 사용할 수 있어 좋았고 냉장고 개수대 간단한 조리시설도 있어 편리했구요. 속초에 다시 간다면 카시아로 다시 가고 싶을만큼 편안하고 좋은 여행이었습니다.

the hotel was ok. the location was a little bit further outside then expected. the english level of the receptionist should have been more proficient

I went to Lego Land Korea Hotel and I had the most awesome time ever! It was like stepping into a Lego dream world! The hotel was super colorful and had huge Lego characters everywhere. I felt like I was inside a giant Lego set! The beds were so comfy and they had Lego-themed sheets and pillows. My room even had a treasure chest full of Lego bricks to play with! It was like having my own Lego playground! The best part was to get the treasure out of the safe you had to follow the map and the hints. We had all our meals at the hotel. They had a buffet with yummy food like pancakes, waffles, and lots of colorful fruits. And guess what? The plates and cups were all Lego-shaped which is pretty cool The staff was super friendly and helpful. They always had a smile on their faces and made me feel special. One of the best parts was that you get into the park early when you are staying at the hotel. We got a two day pass with one night hotel which was perfect. ㅜㅜ.. 오래되고 시내랑 떨어져있지만 청결하고 주차가 편하다고해서 믿고 바로 여약했는데.. 화장실 곳곳에 곰팡이.. 제가 박박 닦은뒤입니다. 그리고 유리잔은 아예 안닦음.. 콜라를 먹었던걸까요 사진에는 덜 나왔는데 끈적거리고.. 찻잔이라도 쓰려했더니 알수없는 붉은 가루들이..ㅎㅎㅎ 다른 것은 과연 청소가 제대로 되었을까 싶었어요.. 주차는 정말 편합니다..

우선 너무 좋은 가격대에 예약할 수 있어서 너무 좋음. 잭슨나인스랑 같은 건물을 쓰고 주차장이 없다는 리뷰에 살짝 망설여짐. 하지만 주차장도 걸어서 2분안에 도착하고 가격생각하면 오히려 너무 괜찮음. 그가격이면 춘천시내 모텔보다 가격이 오히려 저렴한 느낌. 호텔컨디션 매우 좋음. 2층에 부대시설 좋음. 침구류 좋음. 아무튼 너무 좋음 괜찮은 여행이였음.

춘천 레고랜드 오픈해서 2박으로 예약한 곳입니다. 레고랜드가기엔 최적의 호텔이라고 생각해요. 좀더 거리가 가까운 다른 숙소들도 있지만 상상스테이가 좋았습니다. 댄싱 카페인 이라는 까페와 아트센터가 있어서 한적하고 좋았어요. 스위트객실은 구조가 재미있어요.관리가 잘되고있는 곳이에요. 자전거 유료대여되고요.1층에는 레스토랑도 있고 도보이동가능한 음식점들도 많아요. 중도물레길 카누 체험하는곳도 차로 가까운 거리에 있습니다.

We had a great stay here! Our family of 5 needed a place to stay close to Legoland that met our sleeping needs and also didn’t cost an outrageous amount. This was affordable and slept us all comfortably and the staff was so kind and welcoming to us! We forgot our American to Korean outlet converters and they had one already set up in the room to charge apple phones! The only downside for us was breakfast because we are used to American style so our kids were not a fan of eating the sandwiches they offered but loved the kids juice boxes. There is a Gs25 and 7-Eleven in walking distance along with some other food places we passed on our walk too. Highly recommend this place!
