Hotel Dengan Bar di Cusco, Peru

The hotel staffs always greeted us warmly and went extra miles to help us. Rooms and bathrooms are satisfactory, although there is room for improvement. The location is a bit away for the main action but the stunning view from the top makes up for it.

I made a reservation for the night before to go to Machu Picchu. I couldn't stay after all because the flight was late, but I arrived at Cusco Airport on the day of check-out, so when I told you to stay 3 days later, I kept my luggage well.

The room was clean and beautiful and the space was comfortable. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful and personal. Very close to the weapons square, walk slowly for about 10 minutes. The location is excellent, all the attractions in Cusco can be reached on foot. The environment of the hall is elegant, especially the paintings on the wall are very good for the characteristics of Inca culture, but the early morning is too simple. There is a supply of boiling tea in the lobby, which is very convenient. The bedding is not the soft quilt that the hotel usually uses, but the thick and hard bed cover blanket. Although it is clean but not used to it, it is not particular about the tired travel. The service was very good and the staff were very friendly, especially the guards, who saw the guests coming in and opened the door.

The location is good, the service attitude is good, the sanitation is good, the rooms are not big, a few rooms have no windows, the disadvantage is that no kettle and bottled water are provided, and the wifi is too weak

Everything is so perfect.

This is a lovely hotel very near to the train station with lots of restaurants next to it. Its also very conveniently to go to the bus station up to the citadel. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They even helped us get a really good guide for our visit to the incan city. Highly recommended

Quite disappointed, room was small and noisy, could hear everything from next door. Breakfast was very good, extensive spread. Overall not value for money compared to other similar category hotels.

Everything is perfect , had bath 🛁 after long hike. If suffer altitude sickness , their diet chicken soup is perfect ! Must try , location is perfect , staffs are kind , room has a heater so comfortable stay . Would definitely stay there again

Hotel location is very good in the old town, six or seven minutes walk from the weapons square The internal environment of the hotel is very good, the decoration is very beautiful and very clean. The room is also clean and tidy, but there is no exhaust fan in the room. The smell of the bathroom is difficult to disperse, especially the closed room without windows. The service is difficult to say. I booked a superior room with windows and balconies. When I checked in, I said that the room was gone. The room I upgraded was the result of the ”upgraded” room. It was a fully closed room without windows! I don't agree, but the hotel said there was no room. The ”discussion” result was to give me free dinner. I didn't have a choice. I could accept...

My flight got cancelled very last minutes and luckily I was able to book this hotel. I have stay in both Hilton garden inn and Wyndham hotel while I was in Cusco and I think Cooper Hotel is at par with both hotel mention above at cleanliness, location and attentive service. The egg omelette is cooked perfectly 👍🏼. If I ever return to Cusco, I will book Cooper hotel again
