Breakfast is not too bad, the drink fruit is very rich. However, it is very strange that the price of Ctrip has changed. I decided to place more than 800 orders on the first night. The hotel staffs always greeted us warmly and went extra miles to help us. Rooms and bathrooms are satisfactory, although there is room for improvement. The location is a bit away for the main action but the stunning view from the top makes up for it.

Great location which is very close to the tourist center of Cusco. It is also just 5 mins walk to the train station if you want to travel to Machu Picchu.

I chose it carefully because it was a trip with my mother. The accommodation condition was very good, but it was a little difficult because it was cold in the early morning. They were kind enough to provide a heater, but I had difficulty sleeping because of altitude sickness.

A special mention to Wilma, who went the extra mile to accommodate our request to change to a room with a queen bed instead of two standard beds—her helpfulness made a big difference. The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable with fresh bedding, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cusco.

The staff was very attentive. Because the tour we were participating in departed very early, the hotel provided a packed breakfast to take away. The breakfast was great with water, drinks and fruits. I really want to give it a thumbs up.
