I absolutely adored my time at Charlie's. The staff were incredible, the pool area very pretty and well-kept, and the food fantastic. I loved the eco-friendly resources including the ability to refill the glass water bottles. And the massage I had there, was sensational. I'm trained in massage, as are many of my close friends, so I feel truly able to say - it was out of this world. 1.5 hours of pure bliss. Whilst Charlie's is away from the town, this makes it perfect for switching off and just fully enjoying it all. The shuttle to Lio beach and town also made everything so easy. I cannot wait to stay again!

The hotel gives good value for your money considering its location. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfy and breakfast was good. It was close to where boats dock for the tours. With access to restaurants, shops, tour offices and rental shops. The sunset view in front of the hotel was also something to look forward to on great evenings. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Sets your expectations about the water potability which we appreciate, because it's better safe than sorry. I will definitely book the hotel again if their prices remain reasonable.

Enjoyed our stay here. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. It met our expectations. Lots of amenities and activities. The pool was amazing and the view is great. Perfect sunsets. Water was not potable so stock up on water. We got the jr. suite but it was really like a deluxe room but ok for the price. Would love to have seen a regular suite and the view. Breakfast was good each day. We only ate dinner once on the roof but it was raining and we didn’t enjoy it very much. Staff was excellent. Recommend staying here when you’re in el nido.

Casalay Resort truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the amazing staff who made us feel like family. Everyone was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring — we especially loved catching up with them after our daily activities. It’s those small, personal touches that made our stay so special and unforgettable. The resort itself is a peaceful and beautiful escape — the villas are charming and surrounded by nature. Breakfast was always delicious and filling, the perfect way to start each day. We do have a few small suggestions that might make future stays even better: 1. Blackout curtains on the villa verandas for those who like to sleep in. 2. Clothing hooks in the shower or changing rooms would be super convenient. 3. It would be great to have an option for two queen beds in rooms, especially for friends traveling together. 4. And if all villas are fully booked, we think it would be such a lovely idea for the resort to organize a long dinner or a small evening activity for all guests to connect and enjoy the evening together under the stars. Overall, we had an amazing experience and are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you again to the entire Casalay team for making our stay so warm, relaxing, and memorable. I booked this room without breakfast. You can add an extra bed. It is suitable for a family. The location of the hotel is close to the town.

Stayed at this hotel for three nights. The hotel is definitely worth the money. The owner of the hotel is Dutch, simply an amazing person. He personally helped us with organizing an excursion to the sea, called and they brought us a bike to rent, ordered us a transfer for the return trip, and even changed our dollars. In short, if you come to this hotel, you do not need to resolve any organizational issues, everything will be provided to you at the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Excellent breakfast. Portioned, but to choose from. Be sure to have dinner at the hotel, the chef cooks delicious food. There is one minus, the hotel is located on the road and all the rooms face the road, which makes it quite noisy at night. But the worst thing for me was not the cars, but the dogs and roosters that crowed around the clock. But, if you don’t have problems falling asleep, then you definitely won’t be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at Piece Lio! Absolutely everything exceeded our expectations. The airport transfer was swift and very well done, and we were able to check in early. The hotel helped us organise tours and trips, and staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. The room had very modern facilities, from a superb smart Chinese toilet to a Marshall speaker in the room, and a large fridge for drinks. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the walk in closet similarly was spacious and well organised. In addition, the location was incredible, within a 5 minute walk to Lio Beach and all the restaurants and bars included, as well as regular transfers to and from El Nido town proper. Next time we are back we look forwards to booking another stay with Piece Lio!

I had such a great experience staying at S Resort El Nido. The location is super convenient, it’s close to everything! Restaurants, shops, and the starting points for island-hopping tours are all just a short walk or tricycle ride away, which made getting around really easy. The best part for me was the rooftop. The view from up there is stunning, you can see the dramatic limestone cliffs and surrounding greenery, and sunrise and susset. It’s the perfect spot to relax after a day of island tours or to catch the sunset with a drink in hand. The hotel itself is modern and stylish, but still feels relaxed and welcoming. The staff were friendly and always happy to help, which made the stay even better. If you’re looking for a comfortable, accessible place to stay in El Nido with amazing views and a great location, Hue is a solid choice. I’d definitely come back.

Good value, clean, well air conditioned, spacious hotel within easy walking distance or 100 peso tricycle ride from El Nido town. Staff friendly and helped us get better deal on ferry to coron town. Varied breakfast included and freshly cooked to order. Staff also helped order island tour and laundry. Some rooms have good view of nearby beach and tour boats. Our room at the back was quiet but on one day there was a sewage smell which had been mentioned in reviews by others so we kept the windows shut but the next day, it has as gone. Bank ATM on ground floor.  Have to return to el Nido  for flight so would return to this hotel.

Great service . They are always friendly and helpful. Food is best I had in years if I compare another hotels . And bug bonus is that the kit hen also make food on demand . So if not on menu they do on request and it is worth to pay some extra money. Only downside is that trip.xom do not mention that beside the 30 peso terminal fee . And then on tge another side you need to pay 120 peso tourist tax . And as last 300 peso each person to go to the hotel. But for sure I will go back there
