Although it is a BEST Western Plus level RESORT, the hotel looks like an inn, no different from a motel. There is no RESORT feeling. The location of the hotel is a bit remote and desolate. But behind the hotel is red sandstone. The interior of the room looks a bit elegant, but it is not practical. There is no place to hang towels (bath towels are already hung in the bathroom). Breakfast not included. Not good value for money.

My friend called the hotel directly to book this room, and they said they didn’t have it. But I was a member of trip.com and could book it, so lucky! Front desk wouldn't allow us to check in less than 30 mins early. That's was only slightly inconvenient. Clearly a family run business. It seemed like the front desk person want exactly sure how the booking system works. Had to cover back after check in to figure out payment. Also inconvenient. The mattress was nice, but there was only a top sheet with no comforter. The room was basic but clean enough. The bathroom was the area. Weak toilet, disgusting shower stall, and no hot water. Maybe 90-95° at must. Check out was efficient. Will not stay again.
