Ichiran in Japan has amazing ramen and you can order it without directly speaking to anyone. You sit at a booth alone, place your order on a piece of paper, having options like noodles texture and how savoury you want your soup to be. The waiter from the other side of the booth collects your order without even seeing your face. After the ramen is served, the bamboo curtain is lowered. Also, there's English on the menu so it's absolutely tourists friendly! #japan #food
