My friend chose Baihao Yinzhen, while I preferred Zhengshan Xiaozhong. The tea drinking method here is semi-self-service. We boiled water and warmed the cups while waiting for the lady to prepare the tea and snacks. ☘️ My friend's Baihao Yinzhen bloomed in the gaiwan, while my Zhengshan Xiaozhong exuded a unique charm in the purple clay teapot.
