Exhibition hall to learn about the history of Hohhot

The Hohhot City Exhibition Center is located in Saihan District, Hohhot. It was originally the Hohhot Planning Exhibition Hall, which opened in 2012. The new hall opened in 2022 and was renamed the Hohhot City Exhibition Center. The new hall is themed "City, Habitat, Harmony, Development" and has three floors with nine exhibition halls. The museum has a 1,200-square-meter sand table model of the central city of Hohhot, made at a scale of 1:750, which shows the history, culture, development achievements, urban characteristics, and intangible cultural heritage of Hohhot from different angles.
