My friend returned from the UK and carefully selected a British-Chinese restaurant called 1908bc British Chinese located in Sheung Wan. The restaurant offers traditional Chinese dishes with a touch of British flair, and the decor combines British and Chinese elements. The presentation of the dishes is exquisite, and there's even a rooftop garden with a romantic ambiance. My friend was very satisfied and had a delightful dining experience. Tasting Dinner – Summer, $680 per person Sesame Prawn Toast: Rich sesame flavor, crispy texture. Crispy Fried Wontons: Perfectly fried, crispy and delicious without being greasy. Garden Salad: Refreshing and appetizing. Sweet Corn Soup with Fresh Crab Meat: Generous chunks of crab meat, every bite is full of fresh flavor. Crispy Duck Bao: Beautiful presentation, a must-try for Instagram, with soft bao and delicious sauce. Stir-fried Three Delicacies with Snow Peas and Asparagus +$98: Includes bell peppers, shrimp, squid slices, scallops, snow peas, asparagus, and broccoli. The ingredients are all vegetables and seafood, very rich and filling, especially when paired with fried rice. Crispy Beef Ribs with Curry Sauce +$98: Highly praised by my friend, the crispy skin and flavorful meat paired with curry sauce make it even more delicious, also served with fried rice. Chef's Dessert Chocolate Hazelnut Tart: Chocolate paired with hazelnut pieces, absolutely delicious. Mango Panna Cotta Tart: Slightly tangy mango flavor topped with shredded coconut, with a creamy texture. 🍹 Mocktails: Pomegranate Fizz, Blueberry Seltzer, both $70 each, slightly tangy and very refreshing.
