4 Days in Suzhou

Suzhou is just a quick 25 minutes train way from busy Shanghai and offers a quieter, cheaper travel experience! 🏖️ Must-Visit Attractions - Get lost in the many beautiful gardens - Tiger Hill has a very nice park and a (slightly tilted) tall pagoda - Pingjiang Road canal is bustling with street food, silk shops and the occasional photo op of people in traditional costumes 🚇 Transportation Public transport is available throughout the city, but cabbing is the best way to travel fast (and still cheap). 🍜 Local Cuisine 1. You must try the hairy crab (check if they are in season) 2. The Squirrel Fish is a traditional dish with an interesting look 3. Start with Humble Administrator’s and Lion Grove gardens, they are located close to each other 2. Some of the embroidery shops have stunning pieces at super cheap prices! 3. Silk is the art of the town but be careful about tourist traps!
