If you want a central location where you can walk to the Reef terminal for your boat trips, swim in the esplanade lagoon, eat at the many wonderful cafes and restaurants and shop at Cairns Central shopping mall all without need for a car then this place is ideal. I have stayed here many times and thoroughly enjoyed my holidays. As well there is a bus terminal not far away for trips to the Botanical Gardens and Northern Beaches. The staff are friendly and helpful and helped me with my bags when I arrived. The rooms are very clean and ultra quiet. Air conditioning is very good and the building holds its coolness during hot days. There are great views to the rainforest covered mountains from the balconies of the rooms at the back of the building and a rooftop area to sit and enjoy the sunset. Security is excellent with the front doors being locked overnight with access with your room key. Thanks to Harry, Rani and Sebastian for making my stays so enjoyable and memorable. I will be back!

I arrived the day after Cyclone Jasper. My flight was severely delayed and I was a bit stressed esp as a solo older female traveller. It also seemed I had a duplicate payment in the system . The delightful young Irish(?) woman on reception the night of 16/12 was a godsend. She was charming , efficient, refunded my overpayment . On check in , offered me a lower bunk in a 3 bedded room. The room was great - quiet spacious , great accommodation clean . I loved the fluffy pillows spotless bedding good ac and fans.No ‘ hostel’ smell either! .Amazing location close to the Esplanade too! Thank you !

We booked this apartment for a family holiday for 4 people. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment which had plenty of space, air con in each room and living room, and was stocked with all the amenities that a family would need such as a dishwasher, dryer, etc. The apartment is about a 30 minute walk from the main area of Cairns so we needed to catch an Uber each time which wasn’t ideal. The reception hours are also limited to working hours each day. We did have an issue with a shower handle coming off it’s hinge and had to wait until morning to have this fixed. We could also hear people walking up and down as the complex isn’t very sound proofed. There was a clean accessible pool which we also used. There was a clean bbq space too which would be useful for family gatherings. Overall, we had a generally enjoyable stay but would consider staying somewhere closer to the main area if we were to visit again.

We arrived at the hotel around 1.30pm and we were able to check in straight away, the girl on reception was very friendly and explained where our room was as there are 2 towers . We were on the 10th floor with a city view. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Loved how they are helping with environmentally keys for your door which are just round bamboo disks and also having no plastic bottles in the fridges, just glass bottles. All tv programs were free so we’re able to watch new release movies and free wifi . We had booked a holiday package , so we also had free car parking and a $250 credit to use at any of their hotels . Would definitely stay here again .

This resort has a lot of potential to be great. However what we experienced was mediocre in accommodation and service. Firstly the reception is closed the entire weekend. We arrived on the weekend and ”for pool towels contact reception” didn't quite work. The apartment was OK but the second bedroom was so small it only just fit two single beds (no room for luggage). The teenagers were glad it was just a short stay. The exhaust fan and hair dryer didn't work but the main bedroom was lovely. Gate access to the pool was nice. I think the main problem is each apartment is individually owned so it is a bit of a lottery the quality you get. One person was checking out early as their apartment was full of mould and flooding. Another commented on how gorgeous their apartment was. Inconsistent! The pools are surrounds are lovely. Cannot comment on the cafe as it was shut while we were there. Access to the beam scooters was great as it is perfect scooting distance to town/pier. I would stay again if I negotiate the right apartment. The grounds are picturesque.

這是這次我在澳洲住過感覺最美最好的酒店，是裏面是日式感覺，不是讓你直接用tap water每日提供一層凈水器打來的兩瓶玻璃瓶裝水（入住當晚就被孩子摔壞一瓶，服務人員很快來處理乾淨了）。關於早餐，餐廳會有鳥飛來偷吃，所以早餐就不要坐外面了，但是大家都能和鳥和諧相處，其他餐都在外面吃的，不瞭解餐怎麼樣，當然早餐不像國內五星酒店那麼豐盛（這點好像都一樣），關於房間：我選的池景房簡直是滿分，能看海和泳池，孩子也很喜歡。關於設施：樓下的泳池是整個酒店的亮點，池底是細細的沙子，孩子非常喜歡，大人就在岸上躺平。真的滿足我們這種來放鬆帶娃家長的需求。另外酒店外還有很多孩子可以玩的公園，很不錯。我這次出行全看的行程評論，所以我一定要抽空把這些酒店和行程都寫一遍，推薦給像我這樣第一次去一個國家的人！最後贊一下凱恩斯真的適合帶孩子去，沒有那麼商業，也可以放慢腳步去趟趟平，城市小去哪裡也方便，步行很贊，市中心也有露天泳池，摩天輪，這次旅行我跟孩子最喜歡的地方。超級推薦，希望儘快恢復直飛凱恩斯！
