GGuest UserThe villa itself is cleaned regularly, and common areas are kept tidy. However, room cleaning is only offered once during your stay (12 nights), and they don't change the sheets or towels. It's located in a quiet area, about a 15-minute walk to the beach. It's a good location if you have a motorbike. There's a decent cafe nearby with tasty roti for breakfast, and you can also find places to eat lunch and dinner in the vicinity. Several convenience stores with essentials are within walking distance.

AAnonymous UserGreat location, huge parking space. Since traveling with family everyone was happy especially the kids since 14hr McDonald's is right in front and Starbucks next to it. Few hundred meters away from malls and food courts. The family room was spacious and I like the deep bath tub. Great price.

SSpielyWe had a really enjoyable stay at Comfy Bungalow Family House NR Pg Hill & Kek Lok Si. The house is very spacious, especially the master room, which is huge and super comfortable. Overall, the rooms were good and the air conditioning worked well throughout our stay.
The house layout is also convenient: the single room is on the first floor, while the other three rooms are on the second. The stairs are manageable, and there’s a toilet on the first floor plus two on the second floor (one in the master room and one shared), which made it very practical for a group stay. The bunk bed setup is quite unique, but guests may need to be a bit careful when sharing, especially at night, as there isn’t much space for the upper bunk occupant to step down easily.
The place was clean and hygienic, with towels and basic amenities provided, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and straightforward to follow. The location is a big plus — it’s near the market with lots of great local food options within easy reach, which made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable.
There are just a few small areas that could make the experience even better, such as having simple instructions for using the combined microwave and oven, providing hand soap in the toilets and switching off the timer for the dining room aircon.
Overall, it’s a comfortable and value-for-money stay, especially for families or groups. We would definitely consider coming back again!

The villa environment pleasantly surprised us, it was clean and tidy, which made our stay very enjoyable. Lastly, we truly appreciate the administrator kindness in allowing us a slightly late check-out. We highly recommend this villa management company, and it will definitely be our choice again in the future.

EElly lafizarHad a wonderful staycation here. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One of the highlights of the stay was the amazing view from the room, which made the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable.The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It was a great place to unwind and take a short break from the busy routine. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future.

NNurul the healerLocation a bit tricky for first timer. Road sign ”Lava Mansion” quite small. The landmark ,Mayfair condominium.
Parking were free. Just verified your car plate no.
We booked two room.
1) Suite with spa bath (2 kingbed, 2 sofa, tv, iron) located at ground floor. Room is big enough to gather my whole family (8 peoples). Car parked infront of room. Suitable for elderly & family with kids.
2) Suite with 2 room ( 2room, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom inc huge spa bath). All is good. Can accomodate 4 pax. I booked for my siblings. Located at level 1.
Batu cafe, just a 2 minutes walk. Can chilled and have a tea time tea. Facing sea ! Nice view. We spend around 1 hour to take a family pic there before checkout 😅
Overall. Satisfied with this hotel. Calm & chill area. Not to far from georgetown (only 3 minutes away)
Definitely will come again!

GGuest UserClean and new property . Found many minor issues like drainage clogging, hair dryer and door lock issues. Owner responded immediately and sent people to check on it even late night. Good service ! If more amenities like tissues, plastic bags provided for refill will be much more appreciated
