Our recent stay at Palm Suite was a pleasant and straightforward experience. The standout feature was definitely the front desk service—the staff were consistently friendly, efficient, and helpful throughout our check-in and stay, which always makes a trip nicer. The apartment itself was spacious and very comfortable for the price. It had everything we needed for a relaxing visit and felt like a good home base. The location is a major plus. Being close to a McDonald’s was unexpectedly handy for a quick, reliable breakfast or a late-night snack. The surrounding area in Tanjong Tokong has plenty of other dining and convenience options within easy reach. A small point to note is that the property does not have covered roof parking. While we found parking, it's something to be aware of if you're traveling with a car, especially during rainy weather. N no lift to 2nd floor In the bathroom, we noticed the jacuzzi jet function in the bathtub could use an upgrade, as it wasn't operating at full power. That said, the bath itself was perfectly fine for a relaxing soak, so it wasn't a big issue for us—just something the management might look into for future updates. Overall, I’m not complaining! Palm Suite delivers solid value: it's comfortable, well-located, and backed by great service. It’s an excellent choice for a practical, no-fuss stay in Penang. Pemandangan laut yang menakjubkan + bilik ajaib – ini adalah pengalaman inap desa paling mengejutkan yang pernah saya alami di Malaysia! Perjalanan ini agak tergesa-gesa, jadi saya hanya menginap satu malam, tetapi pengalaman keseluruhannya sangat memuaskan. Saya sengaja memilih bilik Harry Potter yang sangat unik, dengan suasana vintaj dan hiasan dinding rak buku yang penuh, sangat sesuai untuk bergambar. Tilamnya juga sangat lembut dan selesa, membuatkan saya tidur nyenyak. Persekitaran vila secara keseluruhannya sangat tenang. Setelah meninggalkan kesibukan bandar, saya serta-merta berasa lebih santai. Bukan sahaja kemudahan fizikal mengekalkan ***a vintaj Nanyang yang asli, tetapi perkhidmatan juga tiada tandingannya. Pemiliknya, rakan senegara kita, sangat baik dan bersedia membantu, malah dengan mesra mencadangkan laluan perjalanan di sekitar kawasan. Perjalanan teksi ke pantai juga sangat dekat. Saya sangat mengesyorkan tempat ini kepada semua rakan yang akan melawat Pulau Pinang!

Clean and new property . Found many minor issues like drainage clogging, hair dryer and door lock issues. Owner responded immediately and sent people to check on it even late night. Good service ! If more amenities like tissues, plastic bags provided for refill will be much more appreciated

Thank you to the administrator for the assistance and for making the check-in process convenient with simple instructions via private message. The villa environment pleasantly surprised us, it was clean and tidy, which made our stay very enjoyable. Lastly, we truly appreciate the administrator kindness in allowing us a slightly late check-out. We highly recommend this villa management company, and it will definitely be our choice again in the future.

Things to note / Cons: · Tourist tax applies (Penang state levy) · Parking may be full until late afternoon — because office workers park there during work hours; clears up after they leave. Not ideal if you arrive before evening. Verdict: A spacious and quiet option with convenient parking (once available) and free Netflix. Just be aware of the Penang tourist tax and potential daytime parking challenges. Best for travellers who can check-in later in the afternoon or evening.

一人での旅行用に利用しました。 コンセントのタイプが合わず持参した充電器が使えませんでしたが、代わりのものをすぐ用意してくれました。 いくつかの棟（一軒家）のうちの一部屋を借りる形で、施設はどこも清潔でした。 他のゲストも静かだったので、問題なく使用できて、値段と比べたらリーズナブルでかなり満足できました。

We had a really enjoyable stay at Comfy Bungalow Family House NR Pg Hill & Kek Lok Si. The house is very spacious, especially the master room, which is huge and super comfortable. Overall, the rooms were good and the air conditioning worked well throughout our stay. The house layout is also convenient: the single room is on the first floor, while the other three rooms are on the second. The stairs are manageable, and there’s a toilet on the first floor plus two on the second floor (one in the master room and one shared), which made it very practical for a group stay. The bunk bed setup is quite unique, but guests may need to be a bit careful when sharing, especially at night, as there isn’t much space for the upper bunk occupant to step down easily. The place was clean and hygienic, with towels and basic amenities provided, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and straightforward to follow. The location is a big plus — it’s near the market with lots of great local food options within easy reach, which made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. There are just a few small areas that could make the experience even better, such as having simple instructions for using the combined microwave and oven, providing hand soap in the toilets and switching off the timer for the dining room aircon. Overall, it’s a comfortable and value-for-money stay, especially for families or groups. We would definitely consider coming back again!

Bilik ini sangat luas dan bersih. Katil yang selesa tetapi kekurangan perabot keperluan seperti meja solek dengan cermin, almari untuk menyidai pakaian dan tuala. Bantuan khidmat pelanggan sangat pantas. Oleh kerana tiada penyangkut disediakan, kami meminta beberapa penyangkut dan mendapatkannya pada hari yang sama. Tqvm.
