Our recent stay at Palm Suite was a pleasant and straightforward experience. The standout feature was definitely the front desk service—the staff were consistently friendly, efficient, and helpful throughout our check-in and stay, which always makes a trip nicer. The apartment itself was spacious and very comfortable for the price. It had everything we needed for a relaxing visit and felt like a good home base. The location is a major plus. Being close to a McDonald’s was unexpectedly handy for a quick, reliable breakfast or a late-night snack. The surrounding area in Tanjong Tokong has plenty of other dining and convenience options within easy reach. A small point to note is that the property does not have covered roof parking. While we found parking, it's something to be aware of if you're traveling with a car, especially during rainy weather. N no lift to 2nd floor In the bathroom, we noticed the jacuzzi jet function in the bathtub could use an upgrade, as it wasn't operating at full power. That said, the bath itself was perfectly fine for a relaxing soak, so it wasn't a big issue for us—just something the management might look into for future updates. Overall, I’m not complaining! Palm Suite delivers solid value: it's comfortable, well-located, and backed by great service. It’s an excellent choice for a practical, no-fuss stay in Penang. Bilik ini sangat luas dan bersih. Katil yang selesa tetapi kekurangan perabot keperluan seperti meja solek dengan cermin, almari untuk menyidai pakaian dan tuala. Bantuan khidmat pelanggan sangat pantas. Oleh kerana tiada penyangkut disediakan, kami meminta beberapa penyangkut dan mendapatkannya pada hari yang sama. Tqvm. Perkara yang perlu diperbaiki:- - Sediakan Meja Solek dengan cermin - Sediakan Almari dengan penyangkut - Menyediakan Cerek Elektrik - Menyediakan Kopi dan Teh (3 dalam 1) - Menyediakan Air Mineral - Sediakan peti ais mini - Menyediakan TV

We love our room. Very satisfactory experience and would not mind coming back. Their bath/bathtub like flavour was really good for my kids. Enjoyed their water play there. I love that the density is so low and that it has the sea at the back of property. We came in with the room that was already cool down especially when it was so hot. Even though it did not have cooking facilities, distance to food places was very convenient.

一人での旅行用に利用しました。 コンセントのタイプが合わず持参した充電器が使えませんでしたが、代わりのものをすぐ用意してくれました。 いくつかの棟（一軒家）のうちの一部屋を借りる形で、施設はどこも清潔でした。 他のゲストも静かだったので、問題なく使用できて、値段と比べたらリーズナブルでかなり満足できました。

Vila yang selesa berhampiran Pantai Batu Ferringhi ini merupakan sebuah bangunan era penjajahan British, menawarkan pengalaman yang unik. Saya amat suka duduk di teres, di mana angin sepoi-sepoi bertiup di dedaun, udara laut yang masin bercampur dengan kicauan burung sekali-sekala—masa seolah-olah berhenti… Tuan rumah, dari China, ramah dan prihatin, bukan sahaja berkongsi sejarah rumah secara terperinci tetapi juga dengan teliti meminta pembantu rumah menyediakan sarapan pagi. Satu insiden kecil berlaku pada waktu malam, tetapi mereka mengendalikannya dengan lancar, membuatkan saya berasa sangat selamat dan terjamin. Pengalaman yang indah! Saya pasti akan menginap di sini selama beberapa hari lagi apabila saya bercuti nanti!
