Bilik ini sangat luas dan bersih. Katil yang selesa tetapi kekurangan perabot keperluan seperti meja solek dengan cermin, almari untuk menyidai pakaian dan tuala. Bantuan khidmat pelanggan sangat pantas. Oleh kerana tiada penyangkut disediakan, kami meminta beberapa penyangkut dan mendapatkannya pada hari yang sama. Tqvm. Perkara yang perlu diperbaiki:-

- Sediakan Almari dengan penyangkut
- Menyediakan Cerek Elektrik
- Menyediakan Kopi dan Teh (3 dalam 1)

Location a bit tricky for first timer. Road sign ”Lava Mansion” quite small. The landmark ,Mayfair condominium.
Parking were free. Just verified your car plate no.
We booked two room.
1) Suite with spa bath (2 kingbed, 2 sofa, tv, iron) located at ground floor. Room is big enough to gather my whole family (8 peoples). Car parked infront of room. Suitable for elderly & family with kids.
2) Suite with 2 room ( 2room, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom inc huge spa bath). All is good. Can accomodate 4 pax. I booked for my siblings. Located at level 1.
Batu cafe, just a 2 minutes walk. Can chilled and have a tea time tea. Facing sea ! Nice view. We spend around 1 hour to take a family pic there before checkout 😅
Overall. Satisfied with this hotel. Calm & chill area. Not to far from georgetown (only 3 minutes away)
Definitely will come again!

一人での旅行用に利用しました。
コンセントのタイプが合わず持参した充電器が使えませんでしたが、代わりのものをすぐ用意してくれました。
いくつかの棟（一軒家）のうちの一部屋を借りる形で、施設はどこも清潔でした。
他のゲストも静かだったので、問題なく使用できて、値段と比べたらリーズナブルでかなり満足できました。

For our trip to Escape Theme Park, this accommodation was perfect! (Location wise)
The host thoughtfully switched on the air conditioner and lights before our arrival, making us feel comfortable and welcomed.
The spacious layout more than enough for our group of 3 families (10 people in total). The photos shown accurately reflect the unit.
Cleanliness was spot-on, and the most impressive part was the bed comfort, it was of excellent quality. All the pillows smelled fresh, and everything was well-prepared.
The only minor was the RM500 deposit, which is only returned 3 to 5 days after checkout, and I had to send a reminder to the host on the 6th day. I'm used to receiving the deposit back the day after checking out.
However, this did not affect our stay at all, overall, it was a great experience with the unit!
Most importantly, thanks to the Trip platform for the worthwhile promo price!

Pemandangan laut yang menakjubkan + bilik ajaib – ini adalah pengalaman inap desa paling mengejutkan yang pernah saya alami di Malaysia! Perjalanan ini agak tergesa-gesa, jadi saya hanya menginap satu malam, tetapi pengalaman keseluruhannya sangat memuaskan. Saya sengaja memilih bilik Harry Potter yang sangat unik, dengan suasana vintaj dan hiasan dinding rak buku yang penuh, sangat sesuai untuk bergambar. Tilamnya juga sangat lembut dan selesa, membuatkan saya tidur nyenyak.
Persekitaran vila secara keseluruhannya sangat tenang. Setelah meninggalkan kesibukan bandar, saya serta-merta berasa lebih santai. Bukan sahaja kemudahan fizikal mengekalkan ***a vintaj Nanyang yang asli, tetapi perkhidmatan juga tiada tandingannya. Pemiliknya, rakan senegara kita, sangat baik dan bersedia membantu, malah dengan mesra mencadangkan laluan perjalanan di sekitar kawasan. Perjalanan teksi ke pantai juga sangat dekat. Saya sangat mengesyorkan tempat ini kepada semua rakan yang akan melawat Pulau Pinang!

AazrifOur recent stay at Palm Suite was a pleasant and straightforward experience. The standout feature was definitely the front desk service—the staff were consistently friendly, efficient, and helpful throughout our check-in and stay, which always makes a trip nicer.
The apartment itself was spacious and very comfortable for the price. It had everything we needed for a relaxing visit and felt like a good home base.
The location is a major plus. Being close to a McDonald’s was unexpectedly handy for a quick, reliable breakfast or a late-night snack. The surrounding area in Tanjong Tokong has plenty of other dining and convenience options within easy reach.
A small point to note is that the property does not have covered roof parking. While we found parking, it's something to be aware of if you're traveling with a car, especially during rainy weather. N no lift to 2nd floor
In the bathroom, we noticed the jacuzzi jet function in the bathtub could use an upgrade, as it wasn't operating at full power. That said, the bath itself was perfectly fine for a relaxing soak, so it wasn't a big issue for us—just something the management might look into for future updates.
Overall, I’m not complaining! Palm Suite delivers solid value: it's comfortable, well-located, and backed by great service. It’s an excellent choice for a practical, no-fuss stay in Penang.

SSpielyWe had a really enjoyable stay at Comfy Bungalow Family House NR Pg Hill & Kek Lok Si. The house is very spacious, especially the master room, which is huge and super comfortable. Overall, the rooms were good and the air conditioning worked well throughout our stay.
The house layout is also convenient: the single room is on the first floor, while the other three rooms are on the second. The stairs are manageable, and there’s a toilet on the first floor plus two on the second floor (one in the master room and one shared), which made it very practical for a group stay. The bunk bed setup is quite unique, but guests may need to be a bit careful when sharing, especially at night, as there isn’t much space for the upper bunk occupant to step down easily.
The place was clean and hygienic, with towels and basic amenities provided, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and straightforward to follow. The location is a big plus — it’s near the market with lots of great local food options within easy reach, which made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable.
There are just a few small areas that could make the experience even better, such as having simple instructions for using the combined microwave and oven, providing hand soap in the toilets and switching off the timer for the dining room aircon.
Overall, it’s a comfortable and value-for-money stay, especially for families or groups. We would definitely consider coming back again!

蓝蓝天白云，山盟海锈，海水非常清澈，可以看见海里的鱼，珊瑚，The B&B is half an hour away from the city. There are also restaurants nearby. The accommodation environment is beautiful. You just need to be careful if there are monkeys and your shoes may disappear. The home is large, clean and comfortable, and the toilet is also very large and clean. The dormitory provides towels, a hair dryer, and only shower gel and shampoo. You have to prepare the liquid yourself.

MMaeChanIt rained heavily last night, so we didn't get to see the iron flower performance. However, we stayed in a really beautiful and comfortable hotel and had a super pleasant afternoon nap, which made me very happy (even though it was completely dark when I woke up, haha 🐶). The hotel clearly put a lot of effort into its design; it was very clean and tidy. While not luxurious, the decor was very cozy. There was also a drying area behind the kitchen, and a small courtyard relaxation area, with small gardens both upstairs and downstairs. We stayed in a first-floor room, and I was completely surprised that the door was so close behind a brick screen! When I opened the door, I was stunned by a wall full of books 😂. For a moment, I thought they had accidentally led us into a study! It turned out to be the Harry Potter themed room we booked, hahaha, what a pleasant surprise! 🌹🌹🌹

Verdict: A spacious and quiet option with convenient parking (once available) and free Netflix. Just be aware of the Penang tourist tax and potential daytime parking challenges. Best for travellers who can check-in later in the afternoon or evening.

GGuest UserThe villa itself is cleaned regularly, and common areas are kept tidy. However, room cleaning is only offered once during your stay (12 nights), and they don't change the sheets or towels. It's located in a quiet area, about a 15-minute walk to the beach. It's a good location if you have a motorbike. There's a decent cafe nearby with tasty roti for breakfast, and you can also find places to eat lunch and dinner in the vicinity. Several convenience stores with essentials are within walking distance.

Good service ! If more amenities like tissues, plastic bags provided for refill will be much more appreciated
