My check in and room were perfect by the absolutely lovely front desk woman who works 7pm when I checked in I wish I remembered her name… the very next day, I was overcharged $50 by a morning front desk employee who informed me they were “ sold out” and my “ only option would be to book through her” and she accepted 200 CASH “as long as I did the $25 deposit on a credit or debit card in my name”…. I was pressed for time and simply believed what I was being told in good faith as I’ve had never had an issue w a Hilton property over reservation charges and I am a Honors member for many years and much travel… suffice to say… I found availability for that night hours later when I had the time to review and attempt to book my third night…. Rooms were still(!) available online at rates lower that the 224 I was charged …. Third night I saved over fifty dollars by booking on Third party…. My suggestion is that prospective travelers Book Prior to stay and not reserve at front desk… this is common knowledge, but to tell me they were SOLD oUt and she was “ doing me a favor by extending my stay and allowing me to pay cash “( or perhaps ripping off both me and perhaps Hilton hotels ? I’m speculating on that… wish she had been accurate on my options if not outright LIE …. And I do not want to take Anything away from the great exp I had at check in ….the hotel is very comfortable without being modern in that way that NYC boutique hotels are… I find that sp**** mod look for hotel rather cold and pretentious…. Great smart TV w all access a clean room and all the amenities are what make this hotel a must if traveling to the area… just look thru Google hotels to find ur Very best rate .. and enjoy! Saya tidak akan mengatakan tempat ini betul-betul mesra keluarga. Ia kelihatan sedikit menakutkan, tetapi pada akhirnya, kami hanya memerlukan tempat tinggal yang lebih murah. Ia pasti tidak berbaloi dengan harganya. Daftar masuk adalah mudah. Terdapat tempat letak kereta percuma untuk tetamu (jika anda boleh mencari tempat letak kereta), tetapi biliknya sederhana. Saya menempah bilik tidur bersaiz king, tetapi kami mendapat 2 katil double. Ia mungkin kerana kami tiba lewat dan mereka memberikan bilik kami. Tempat itu cukup penuh. Ia sangat mudah jika anda dalam perjalanan dari Newark Liberty Hotel kerana ia hanya 5 minit jauhnya. Anda boleh menaiki metro ke bandar atau memandu (pemandu adalah kira-kira 40 minit ke New York City). Mereka juga mesra haiwan peliharaan. Perkhidmatan bilik nampaknya tidak tersedia semasa penginapan. Saya rasa jika anda tinggal jangka panjang anda boleh meminta penggantian tuala dan apa-apa lagi. Tiada tab mandi panas seperti yang ditunjukkan dalam gambar, tetapi bilik mandi mempunyai tab mandi. Mereka menyediakan tuala dan sabun, jadi bawa barang anda sendiri termasuk pengering rambut jika perlu!

Great location and the room wasnt bad . The hallways and remaining parts seem outdated and older Best advice, rip up rugs in the hallways use hard flooring that can be cleaned and mopped daily. Especially because it is high traffic and stays damp and impossible to clean. It will help

This is exactly what we needed. We were visiting family in Salem and Pennsville and this place gave us everything we needed for a good price. The adequately maintained. We didn't have any problems with our room, and there was TONS of hot water even though they were nearly full up. We'll be making this our regular place when in town.

The bed was terrible, the mattress and pillows were terrible, the refrigerator was the oldest I have ever seen with a horrible sound, I spent my worst nights thanks to the fact that they do not have a good bed and their room facilities were too old.

We rented the conference room for an event we were hosting. This hotel was by far the best out of the three local hotels we have used in this area. Everything was set up exactly the way we requested it to be. We were allowed to have food and beverages brought in from an outside provider. The hotel employee who helped with the reservations was very knowledgeable and helpful (her name was Elizabeth). I would recommend this hotel.
