We had an excellent experience here! The location is great, close to restaurants, supermarkets, and Dafo Temple. The non-smoking room truly had no cigarette smell and was clean. The shared bathrooms were also clean (the staff cleans them several times a day). Upon checking in, they sent us files with tips, recommendations, and information about the tours they organize (it's possible to book round-trip transportation to Danxia in the afternoon for 40¥). The hostel staff were very kind and helpful. We felt welcomed and well taken care of here. The only area for improvement would be the Wi-Fi quality, which was slow in the evenings, but this was minor compared to all the other positive aspects. We would certainly return on a future trip to Zhangye!

I stayed in a 4-person room. The room was minimalist and medium-small, with lockers – basic but comfortable. The common area is stylish and inviting, with plenty of seating, cozy corners, plants, kettles, and power outlets, though it’s on a high floor with a glass ceiling – warm when hot, cozy when cold, and the few fans aren’t always enough. The staff at the desk were friendly, laundry facilities available, though no snacks or cold drinks. The area is urban, among regular buildings, so not particularly attractive from the outside, but within walking distance to the museum and the metro station, with a large supermarket and several food options nearby. Overall, a decent place to stay in Lanzhou.

I came from Shaanxi and planned to go to the Phoenix Legend concert. I saw on the Internet that this hotel is very affordable and has a good environment. I stayed there for one night. Stayed for one night and felt pretty good! I want to say that my thoughts are probably the same as the cabins that you usually stay in when you stay in a youth hostel. This time I felt that there were side curtains when I slept, but the two beds were spread out and I felt that there was no privacy. I was a little uncomfortable. I hope the boss will ask the guests for their opinions and add a track and a curtain above the connection between the two beds. Everything else is quite satisfactory!

The hygiene is very good, the environment is good, and the service attitude is very good. I give it a five-star rating. There is everything around, it is convenient to go out and eat, there is a supermarket downstairs, and there are many buses. The pedestrian street is also very close, the night market is particularly lively, and you can just walk to Zhongshan Bridge.

This homestay is really good. For the central location of the provincial capital, it is too affordable. It is dozens of dollars, clean and tidy. The room is fully equipped. Washing machine, water dispenser, toiletries, bathing are very convenient, the atmosphere is very good, and the roommates respect each other. The boss and the proprietress are warm and thoughtful. Nearby Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street, Dazhong Lane Food Street, subway station, bus station, Zhongshan Bridge, Baita Mountain are very close. This is the most affordable homestay I have lived in for many years, and all aspects are very good. Roommates all commented that Lanzhou is really too much to eat at all. Because the experience is particularly good, I want to seriously evaluate it and give it to friends. Finally, add a few words, those low-scoring princesses are not suitable for choosing to live in a homestay, where to move the home, so comfortable! I really don't understand the bones in the eggs.

I booked a bed in the female dormitory for 2 nights, my friends booked other beds/rooms. The hostel has all the necessary amenities. There is even a washing machine if you need to do laundry. The bedding was fresh and clean. Plenty of sockets for charging devices. You will need to bring your own shower gel for the shower and the toilets are squat toilets which is standard in China. Met a lovely German girl while staying here. The host is a lovely and very helpful woman, she assisted us with any queries and even gave us some watermelon while we waited for our driver. If you want to visit any of the popular tourist spots in the Zhangye area she can organise a car tour for you and very reasonable prices- all very easy through WeChat. I visited the rainbow mountains/Zhangye National Geopark/Zhangye Danxia Geopark (张掖国家地质公园) and Mati Si temple (马蹄寺) while in Zhangye. The hostel is in a very good location too. The common area is nice and there is a tea station where you can help yourself to a cup of tea. All in all a very pleasant stay and I would stay here again.

It's a youth hostel in the community, the price/performance ratio is quite high. The boss remotely controlled me to find the location hahaha, it's very considerate. It's just a distribution of several space capsules in one room, and there are different choices, but it will still disturb others. If you want to pursue quietness, it's difficult. This is my third stay here. It's very convenient, very close to the train station, and the environment is great. The owner is very welcoming, and the house is cleaned daily. It's so much better than the hotels I stayed in for over 100 yuan that were in terrible condition.
