Hotel Dengan parking di Santa Cruz, Argentina

Front desk lady speaks perfect English. She let us get in our room before check in time, very helpful.  She explained everything clearly.  The room is small and shower water is great. Obviously they are not lack of water there. Breakfast is basic with fresh boiled eggs.

Unfortunately, due to an equipment issue, I was unable to stay at the hotel. However, the service and communication prior to my arrival were excellent. The staff responded promptly to every request and handled everything efficiently, allowing me to stay at an alternative hotel without any concerns. I am truly grateful for their support and would definitely like to stay here on my next visit.

El hotel es muy lindo, toda la gente que trabaja en el hotel son super amables y cordiales. El desayuno buffet es bastante completo. Lo único criticable es que el baño de la habitación no tiene bidet y el lavatorio está del lado de la habitación, algún capricho del arquitecto. Pero el hotel es 100% recomendable. Sin dudas volvería. Felicitaciones a todo el personal

Отель понравился. Приятный персонал. Может быть не совсем удачно расположен относительно центра. Немного нужно подняться в горку. Надо учитывать это, если есть проблемы со здоровьем. Но, виды от отеля отличные. Из столовой прекрасный вид на озеро. Утром на разбудили птицы. Чисто, хорошее белье и полотенца. Сантехника немного старая, но все очень чистое.

Fomos eu e minha irmã, amamos a estadia, quartos limpos e confortáveis, atendimento muito bom, educados e prestativos, áreas do hotel maravilhosas. Ficamos super felizes e gostamos muito. Voltaremos concerteza. Recomendo.

В целом хороший отель, внутри хороший ресторан, завтраки слабые, но есть омлет. В номерах нет кондиционера и вентиляции в ванной. Без вентиляции приходится открывать окно и залетают насекомые.

The hostel is conveniently located very close to the trailhead, and the dorm room was clean and quiet. The music in the living/dining area played all day. It would be nicer if the volume could be lowered or the music turned off earlier in the morning. It was also unfortunate that someone stole my water bottle, which I had prepared and filled with electrolyte for my hike the next day.

Loved the peace and privacy of couples’ room. Place has heated floors and super warm showers. Breakfast was plentiful, amenities awesome! Kitchen has lots of basic cutlery and plates but really needs some more cooking utensils and pots and pans, but the actual kitchen layout is great, with 3 gas stoves and ovens. Good labelling system for food. Restaurant and bar onsite… terrific options. Evening entertainment while we were there… ace!

Excelente personal del hotel. Hacen tu estancia muy agradable.
