The reason why I picked this hotel is because of the location that is right at the center of Jiangmen. Parks, museums, mall surrounding this place as well ad tons of great attractions and restaurants. Great grand reception and 5 star services and smile from all fellows among the hotel. Lovel!y Nice indoor swimming, but PLEASE a warmer water would be much more family friendly. Thank you. Free underground parking with direct path and lift to the lobby, perfect. Great value pack family hotel. 5 stars recommended.

Convenient location. First room had a terrible smell, thankfully they allocated me a new room. Later in the night, I noticed a German cockroach in my room. The floor was also unclean, edges of the wall and ground had grime and loose objects such as dust and plastics from reusable toiletries. Random stains on the toilet seat. Pillows also stained under pillow covers. It can be a better hotel with more attention and cleanliness. Airport shuttle was on time and fantastic.

Great location connected to Fuhuali shopping area. Staff speak good English and provide excellent service. Special thanks to Mr. Jerry for being polite and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Highly recommended.

Beside a mall. Clean and big. Complete room amenities as stated. Although breakfast daily menu don't change much but there is wide variety. Only issue was that the aircon temp seemed to be uncontrollable and there is no room heater, thus it was quite cold for me (I was there mid Jan).

The Atour was a clean and tidy hotel near the centre of Zhongshan. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there was a choice of pillow. Small details like more comfortable slippers, and nicer instant coffee than the usual hotel items were a nice touch. There are three washing machines and dryers available to use for free. Customer service was friendly and attentive.

This Swissotel is a little old and dated. Rooms have dull wood panels for walls and decoration reminds me of my grandmother’s home. I always have to upgrade to et a decent sized room, with windows which provide natural light because they are too dull if the room isn’t flooded with natural light. The lighting controls are frustrating, because they don’t allow you to manage individual spaces- they default to living room, bathroom and entrance, rather than offer control over lights at the mirror, toilet or bath. Breakfast buffet for westerners seems limited and not refreshed often. The cheese presented was dry and yellow, it had dried out and was hard, seems they did not change it or it had sat there all morning. The top floor bar and restaurants 51st floor are closed, so had to go out to host my in-house guests.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a really pleasant experience overall. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the little details like complimentary bottled water and good-quality toiletries. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy each day. The hotel facilities were also impressive. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and everything tasted fresh. I especially enjoyed the local dishes. The location was very convenient too — close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around easy. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Good location near Wanda plaza and only a 2 minutes walk to get there.Supermarket and many choices of food to eat.Clean modern mall with many nice shops .Opposite the hotel just a 10 minute walk away is a local morning market where you can buy fresh fruits and a good interesting insight into local daily life.Hotel is clean and highly recommended.Lift security is good allowing access to your floor only.Laundry with dryer is available. Breakfast has a good spread and noodle station.The noodles are served with veg,pork,intestines,beef and pork balls.Very tasty.

Hampton by Hilton is one of the very hotels that I have come across in Shenzhen. It is great for families with children that the last room is spacious clean with lots of electrical plugs for charging your gear. View being served by young and friendly hotel staff, who knows how to help you get your online shopping delivery to the hotel. We tried asking for additional bottled water by calling the front desk, and the children were surprised to see a robot delivered bottles of water, extra room slippers. We can order food delivery, and they will have a robot to bring it up to your hotel room. Luna from front desk was extremely helpful.
