Walaupun perkhidmatan dobi adalah percuma, tetamu harus ambil perhatian bahawa detergen tidak disediakan. Walaupun makanan ringan percuma tidak ada, kemudahan onsen yang luas dan suasana tenang mengimbangi pengawasan tersebut. Walau bagaimanapun, perlu dinyatakan bahawa waktu operasi onsen adalah agak terhad, ditutup pada pukul 11 ​​malam setiap malam, dengan hanya dua pengering rambut tersedia. Overall a good stay, although quite a walk from Kyoto station but the road is flat. 2 small points to note, if you rent a bicycle, there is no place to park. The female onsen is not as clean as the other hotels I’ve been in Japan, I see quite a few hair floating. Still, decent enough for the price and the food is also quite yum. Reminds me of school canteen style. I have included pictures of the food for reference.

Hotel was excellent. Clean and nice.. beside subway. Only things is need to travel down to Kyoto train station to go other parts of kyoto… the hotel is so good that my kids want me extend one more night

We had a good stay at Keihan Kyoto. The hotel was well located, just across the station which makes our move really convenient either by train , bus or metro. The room was big enough for the three of us. It has a large window, a bathroom with a small bathtub and a little sofa. We had a large bed with a comfortable mattress. The breakfast buffet offers Japanese dishes and several western options. Finally, the staff was really nice and helped us when needed.

Hotel was convenient, room was decent size too. If you are not comfortable with wearing their room slippers (they use a common slipper as there is a public bath), then I would suggest for you to bring your own slippers.

Public onsen rooms were great, and even the private ones, while small, had their own unique charm. Although a timer on their usage would be good as well, so people don't have to wait too long. The ryokan itself has a pleasantly old-fashoned style, and the design and furniture of the rooms reflect that - but in some cases, a bit of renovation here and there would be welcome. Our room also didn't have any curtains, only an old-fashioned paper sliding one. Which meant the room was bright as midday from 6am. Maybe too old-school for our tastes! We booked a room with dinner and breakfast included, both in kaiseki style. Really nice presentation, but the taste itself was nothing special. As well, the hotel was very busy and the staff kept reminding us we have a set amount to time before we need to finish our meals - definitely not a relaxing atmosphere, where you could enjoy each bite. But they did offer a late-night ramen, great for people finishing up in the onsen.

Location wise very convenient, it is located inside the same building as Shinkansen station. The City bus station also nearby, on the other side of the building. Lot of shopping and Aeon mall just a stone’s throw. There is a food court located on 4th floor of aeon mall good price. Hotel room is a bit dusty though. From window can see train passing through but will not hear the noise, good soundproof.

Location is excellent! Many restaurants around the hotel area as it is just located 8min walk from station. I booked this hotel over 5 times!  Love the room set up and make myself so comfortable. There is hot spring and provided free noodles and ice bars at the night time. It is just a refresh after hot spring.  The only weak point of the hotel is which too many guests! 🙂bit crowed during hot spring and breakfast time, it always happens during the peak season!

The location was very good. There is a mall across the road where you can buy groceries clothes etc and there are several reasonably priced restaurants on the top floor. Also it’s like 10 mins drive to the Amanohashidate Viewland. The hotel itself does not have any restaurants but it supplies free coffee for in house guests. Parking is free and reservation is not needed. Staff were friendly and at least one of receptionists can speak English.

The bath in the hotel was really nice. There was a sauna and open-air bath as well. The only drawback is that some Chinese speaking customers seem not to know the rules or customs of public baths. I saw one with a swimming suit (I hope it wasn't underwear, actually), and I saw one dipping towel in the bath. They are too loud when they talk while I wanted to enjoy the silence in the open-air bath while listening to the sound of nature. I think the hotel should prepare some sort of sign for what to do and what not to do at Japanese public baths for international travelers. They would follow the rule of told. Nobody wants to look bad after all. (Esp. When naked. Haha.) お風呂はサウナも露天風呂もあり、とても良かったです。ただ、ホテルには、海外のお客様用に、日本のお風呂の入り方、一般的なマナーが分かるようなサインかパンフレットかを用意してほしいです。水着か下着かを履きながらお風呂に入る人、湯船にタオルをつける人、大声で会話する人が散見されました。このままですと、日本のお客様が離れて行きかねないと思いました。海外のお客様も、マナーを知らないだけで、言ってあげれば従うと思います。よろしくお願いします。

The hotel stay was a wonderful experience. For the accommodation, the room size and the ambience was fair great. For the hot spring, it was very surprised by the environment. The place was large enough and you would feel no worry about the crowded people. Besides, the breakfast was also very nice f and recommend you should come to stay and give out a try!

來天橋立最好的入住選擇，沒有之一。 1）交通太方便。 天龍觀纜車在對面，去尹根舟屋的公交車在門口，去橫穿天橋立入口步行5分鐘，而且酒店還可以租自行車； 2）温泉超舒服。 2024年重新裝修開放，有露天池，來個“星光泡”吧、不要太舒服啊，還有免費的冰棒和電動按摩儀哦； 3）早晚餐和食定食超讚。 現在很多酒店都沒有日式早餐定時了，文珠莊還是堅守了傳統，可以吃到超正宗的九宮格“京料理”，終於小朋友早上不用吃泡麪啦； 4）房間很不錯。 選了沿海（是通日本海的遊船航道）的底樓户型，院子直通沿海步道，房間也新裝修過，很舒服的和式傳統宿泊，要知道傳統的日式酒店是很大的哦。 文珠莊，感覺一定是日本温泉酒店前20名的酒店，因為去過排名第一的加賀屋和第五的青森虹夕諾雅，感覺文珠莊一點也不差哦。 另外，天橋立真的值得住一晚，日本三大絕景，的確名不虛傳。而文珠莊就是唯一的選擇👍

We booked a Japanese family room and we arrived about 6:00 pm. Our room was on 3rd floor, when the lift door opens, a strong fishy smell. The corridor were not air conditioned and it was hot. Our room is at the corner, had a stale atmosphere. It still summer and weather is incredibly hot, it would be helpful if the staff had prepared the room and cool it before we arrived. AC is not working well, the room was still not cool when we slept. We could not rest well. The mattress & bedding were not comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Overall it’s not worth a night for SGD423.

They need to highlight their address on Google cos seems Google maps and cannot recognize their address Overall I enjoyed my short stay and the two baths they had … didn’t get to try but should book their meals in future , looks yummy.

硬件很好，除了自己走過去相對其他酒店有點遠，大概5分多鐘，不過在指定時間內有短駁車，不過感覺可以商量，挺好的，不在服務時間也送去火車站了，開車很快，1分鐘就到了。訂的房間有浴池，沒去公共温泉。

The hotel was really good nearby market and streetfood

一家正兒八經的日式酒店，樓門口脱鞋，光腳上下樓，客房內外都很乾凈衞生，公共衞生間，有湯池，泡湯需付150日幣温泉税。早餐純日式，吃飽沒問題。從伊根或天橋立乘丹海巴士，西堀川下，步行200米到達。

Great hotel with very good service, all staffs are very nice. The tatami room, restaurant and even common area with great traditional Japanese decorations are all very clean. We love the room with bridge and river view which is so beautiful during sunny weather. Highly recommended.

兄が…亡くなり、綾部が実家なんですが 綾部に、いいホテルが無くて😔ルートインを利用したら一度で、ホテルの清潔感リッチの良さ駐車場の完備大浴場完備やら部屋の広さベッドの大きさTVの大画面TVの画面から入浴場や朝食の混雑状況が、分かるのも良くて🥰凄くお気に入りですし、予約も取りやすくて…4ヶ月のうちで、10回以上の利用させて頂いてます😊

スタッフの方も親切で、施設もしっかりしていました。朝食付きで利用させていただきました。朝食美味しかったです。 おすすめは蕎麦にとろろと温泉*をのせて食べるのが美味しかった！そして、海軍カレーサッパリしててお肉トロトロで美味しかったです。あと、ロビーにあるオルゴールが素敵でした。

這間飯店的整體體驗相當不錯，從進門開始，服務人員就展現出專業又親切的態度，讓人感到賓至如歸。房間乾淨整潔，設備齊全，床鋪舒適，讓人能夠好好休息。飯店的設施也很完善，健身房、游泳池等都維持得很好，讓住宿更添價值。早餐種類豐富，口味也相當不錯，能滿足不同人的需求。地理位置方便，交通便利，周邊生活機能佳。不論是商務出差還是休閒旅行，這間飯店都是值得推薦的選擇

こちらのリクエストが届いていなかった様でシングルの部屋だったのですが！3人での宿泊と伝えると快くお部屋を広い部屋に変えてくださいました。しかもジェットバスの付いているとても明るくて良い部屋でした。部屋からの眺めもよく子供が大変大喜びしておりました。次回も必ずこちらに宿泊させて頂きたいと思います♪

Great location in town near the train station, and on the major roads to get around the area. Good size rooms and relatively new and excellent price for what you get. Parking also available right next door. Close to good restaurants and supermarkets too.

チェックインもスムーズで部屋も清潔で過ごしやすい宿泊施設でした。 ツインルームはベッドが2段になっていてとてもかわいいデザインで過ごしやすかったです。 部屋にも長椅子のようなものがあればもっと快適かなと思います。 部屋にシャワーとトイレはありませんが共有スペースのシャワーやトイレも綺麗で男性・女性と別れているので利用も問題ありませんでした。 共有スペースのキッチンとリビングスペースもテーブルやソファも広々としたスペースに置かれていて利用しやすくなっていました。 キッチンには冷蔵庫、食器、調理器具も揃っているので何日間かゆっくり滞在したり友達や家族連れでワイワイ過ごすのも楽しそうでした。 飲料水も設置してありました。 コインランドリーもありました。 駐車場は宿泊施設の目の前が大きな有料駐車場で24時間500円と安くてとても便利です。 ホステルとかゲストハウスとしては施設が新しく部屋も広々としていておすすめです!

房間乾淨整潔窗外風景很美，也許是我們的這個房間角度比較好，Wi-Fi信號在房間內很差，幾乎不能用，後來我去大堂處理事務。晚餐特別失望，不是預期的日式料理，竟然是印度咖喱飯，早餐比較日式，還說的過去。

擁有免費停車場對於自駕旅客來說，非常的便利。雖然，房間裡面沒有廁所，但是，房間很大很舒適，晚上可以預約超大的浴缸可以洗澡泡澡，洗滌旅途的疲憊。飯店提供的晚餐和早餐很有到爺爺家住一晚，爺爺煮給我們吃的感覺，非常的暖心。希望能有機會再次拜訪。

駅近のホテルで利便性は申し分なさそうです 車で訪れたのですが駐車場も広くて満足です
