Hotel di livello, con servizio impeccabile e ristoranti molto accoglienti e rilassanti. Iniziamo dalla location: a Fes, un po' fuori il centro storico ( e questo è un bene) in un'area ricca di vegetazione. L'hotel si presenta molto ben curato, la hall e molto ampia e il servizio di accoglienza davvero perfetto. Le camere sono pulite e ben arredate, letti king e queen comodi, aria condizionata funzionante alla perfezione. Insomma, una bella scoperta, anche dal prezzo accessibile per chi cerca un servizio di un certo livello.

I spent three nights at this hotel in January of this year-2024.The room was very good-clean and serviced daily.Sleep quality was excellent....However,breakfast was not included in the price and at MAD100 I feel that it was very expensive...MAD50 would have been more than enough....WiFi in my room was very patchy at times making it very difficult to get work done...I did complain but there was no improvement...Meryem at reception who handled check-in was friendly and helpful...The staff in the dining room at breakfast were less so and could have been more friendly.....For the price I paid I was disappointed and expected more...It was just about average

The only positive note that I can make about this hotel is the location. If you arrive/depart by a train, then it is quite convenient. Other than that, I can’t recommend this hotel. It looked and felt very run down, without a proper maintenance. My room (the standard room) only had 3 wire hangers, the bathroom had broken hooks, reminders of the cheapest repairs everywhere, and the water drain in the shower was clogged, TV channels quality reception looked like in 1970s, there was no hot water one morning. Walls are thin, noise travels quite a lot. My room faced the common area next to the pool with tables and chairs. Some guests strangely decided to sit there and socialize at 2 am at night, and of course I could hear everything. Breakfast was more or less average, but many dishes were cold. It was not my first stay at Ibis property. But it was the worst. Stay away.

I recently stayed at Dar Lalj and I cannot say enough good things about it. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable, providing a serene atmosphere to relax in. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and filled with a variety of options. I highly recommend Dar Lalj to anyone looking for a wonderful and rejuvenating stay in a charming environment.

My stay at the Michlefen hotel exceeded all expectations! I want to specifically thank Jamilah at the front desk. I mentioned being newly married and arriving on short notice. Not only was my booking confirmed and check-in smooth, but I was greeted with a room filled with roses and thoughtful compliments. This gesture truly made my stay in Morocco unforgettable. Jamilah's exceptional service and understanding of how to create a memorable experience for guests deserves recognition. She's an asset to the hotel and should be considered for advancement. Thank you again to Jamilah and the Michlefen hotel for their outstanding hospitality! Everything in this hotel is amazing!

The main issue with this hotel is the location - it is a bit far from old fes and the markets. Also, while it is next to a mall - as noted by others - who cares, the food places there are mediocre fast-food places. Our rooms (we had two) were clean and quiet - if also dated. Service in the hotel was attentive and friendly. We didn't have dinner or lunch here (there is a restauarant on site as well as a small cafe next to the swimming pool), but the breakfast buffet was vast and largely very tasty. The pool was very large and a great place to relax at the end of the day. Prices were very resaonable (mid-range). Except for the location, I would recommend this hotel for those who want a quiet, comfortable, hotel at a good cost.

During our three-day adventure in Marrakech, we had the privilege of staying at La Mamunia, a renowned resort celebrated on Netflix's ”Inventing Anna.” From there, our journey took us to Fez, a city that held mysteries and excitement for us. With anticipation and a keen desire for an authentic experience, we chose to stay at Riad Fez, a member of Relais & Chateaux. Our arrival in Fez, close to the stroke of midnight, was met with a delightful surprise: the hotel had arranged a complimentary driver for us. The initial moments, involving a drop-off at a parking lot and a walk through a narrow alley led by a hotel staff - Mouad with a wheelbarrow for our suitcases, felt like a scene from ”Homeland” — uncertain yet thrilling. However, any unease dissolved the moment we stepped into the Riad and were greeted by Anass, whose warm smile and polished demeanor assured us we had made the right choice. The Riad's beauty was immediately apparent, with its elegant architecture and a secluded room that promised privacy and serenity. Anass and his team, including the incredibly accommodating concierge service, were pivotal in enriching our stay. They adeptly handled our queries, seamlessly arranged dining reservations, and ensured our transportation to various restaurants, some of which included a charming walk escorted by a porter or a convenient pickup service. The personal touches didn't stop there; my husband and I indulged in relaxing massages from Hanau and Raga, both of whom provided exceptional service. Under the watchful eye of General Manager Nicolas Grau, the dedication to excellence was evident. Anass, Anwar, Hiba, Zahra - front desk, Sufein, Hanane, Anour - server at breakfast and the rest of the staff went above and beyond, making every interaction memorable. The rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views, adding to the allure of Riad Fez. Zakaria was really helpful with our bags. Located adjacent to the medina, the Riad’s location was ideal for exploring the heart of Fez. Thanks to Anass's meticulous planning, our exploration was worry-free and thoroughly enjoyable, with special mention to Mariam for her guidance in navigating the intricate maze to the Riad. This hidden gem, once discovered, revealed a sanctuary of peace and luxury. Our departure from Riad Fez was bittersweet, marked by the genuine warmth and professionalism of the staff. Our stay was not just a visit but a journey into the heart of Fez, accentuated by impeccable service and a deep sense of belonging.

I have been with my wife and my daughter at Riad Jamai for 4 days, the treatment we had from the entire team, Mohammed, Khadija, Meryen, Ayoub, was fantastic, they helped us with everything, they facilitated our trip and our stay in Fez. They are so close that they are part of your family, totally recommended. We are sure that our next trip to Fez we will repeat Riad Jamai, thank you for making us feel at home. We will come back!!! Riad molto molto carino, personale gentile soprattutto la signora che ci ha accolti non appena arrivati, parlava correttamente l’inglese ed il Francese, ci ha subito offerto del buon tè e ci ha fornito alcune informazioni. Stanza carina e pulita. Posizione del riad ottima, vicino al centro e dentro la Medina. Unica pecca ci dicono che la colazione è possibile effettuarla dalle 8 in poi, o nella saletta apposita vicino all’ingresso del riad o nel terrazzo, purtroppo abbiamo dovuto attendere fino alle 9.10/9.20 circa… non vi era nessuno se non altri ospiti come noi.

Meknes와서 처음 숙박한 호텔이고 시내 중심가에서는 조금 떨어져 있습니다. 무료 주차라서 호텔 바로 앞에 주차할수있어서 좋았고 다만 라마단 기간이라서 그런지 룸서비스가 안되어서 저녁은 밖에 나가서 해결해야 했습니다. 방에 냉장고가 없는게 좀 불편했습니다.

Quite luxurious but the airco didn’t work. As it was November, it was no problem, I just opened the door to the balcony, which overlooked a beautiful swimming pool. Sadly no time to use it as we arrived quite late and left early. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was very nice, comfy bed and hot shower with plenty of water. A pity that the dirty shower curtain was very close to the shower head, so it kept sticking to my body. Don’t you just hate that? It’s on the edge of town (no problem for us as we had transport).

Je recommande cet hôtel car c'est un bon prix pour la qualité En tant qu'officier de l'armée royale, je peux attester que c'est un super hôtel très bien situé. Qui s'est opposé à moi, peut-être que le problème est dans ta poche
