The hotel is nice with a great view of the sea the rooms are very nice and clean but the staff at reception can smile a bit which can be good for the guest

国鉄メルスィン駅の近くにあるホテルです。近くには色々他のホテルもあります。部屋は清潔です。リモコンの電源ボタンが壊れていましたが、主電源を落として対応しました。

Fantastic stay at Mersin Hilton! The hotel is right by the sea, offering stunning views. The staff provided excellent service, and the restaurant had a great variety of delicious food, including an amazing buffet. However, despite the temperature reaching 28-29°C, the rooms were still set to winter mode, so the air conditioning was not available. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended!

Очень неплохой отель. Рядом есть большой пляж, продуктовый магазин и инфраструктура. Сам номер достойный, удобная кровать и подушка, есть чайник, балкон. Из минусов: номер был плохо убран на полу песок и пыль на мебели. Плечиков в шкафу две штуки. Завтрак скудный: вареные яица, картофель фри, сосиски, огурцы, помидоры, джемы, хлопья и чай

직원들이 매우 친절했다. 주변에 식당이나 편의 시설이 많고 택시 정류장이 있어 공항 버스를 타러 갈 때 편했다. 조식도 맛있었고 가격대비 매우 좋은 곳.

Great place to stay if ur just driving through like us. Not for a holiday stay but more like a rest stop. Friendly staff especially the valet and the restaurant staff. Check in staff was also nice but checking out time the lady was not very friendly. Rooms are tiny but enough. Quality of blankets can be improved. Shower was hot and perfect. Breakfast quality was good too. Overall a nice hotel.

Super Super Super Hotel. Allen zu empfehlen. Gerne immer wieder. Als Paar unterwegs gewesen für zwei Nächte gebucht. Wären gerne länger geblieben, abernächster Halt in Antalya wartete schon. LG Ali

The hotel and staff itself are great. Nothing is too much hassle. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The main issue is the location however. Really not a nice part of the city I’m afraid and it’s about a 20 minute walk to anything approaching civilization. Other than that a really great hotel😜

L'hotel era economico e ben posizionato, però pulizia della camera lasciava molto a desiderare, in allegato le foto di come ho trovato il bagno, che sembrava praticamente non pulito, c'è da dire che si salva grazie al personale, perché nonostante il mio arrivo notturno, il gentilissimo ragazzo alla reception si è impegnato tantissimo per aiutarmi, addirittura non essendoci signore delle pulizie disponibile a quell'ora si è prodigato di sistemarmi la camera personalmente e altro plauso alla colazione davvero buona In generale un buon rapporto qualità prezzo, personale fantastico, ottima posizione, pulizia un po da rivedere, riprenoterei? Molto probabilmente si, arrivare in un paese straniero e trovare già subito persone che si fanno in quattro per aiutarti supera i piccoli inconvenienti riguardo la pulizia
