As a motel, it has everything you need and offers a basic breakfast. It works well as a stopover option in Page, and considering the price, it provides good value overall. The main drawback is the poor soundproofing. Noise from adjacent rooms and upstairs travels easily, which could be an issue if you are sensitive to noise.
This lodge is the cheapest one out of the lodges in Grand Canyon National Park. However, it is quite clean. The showering facility is fine. The shower gel and shampoo are of better quality than average. There are a few restaurants at the lodge with a higher average price than normal, with similar price range as the Grand Canyon area. Free parking is available outside the room.
Welcoming staffers, clean room but it was hard to fall asleep at night, too many noisy guests in the hallway and door and walls were too thin to cover them up. Room was lil cold in October, lights were slightly spooky, but it was very close to antelope canyon so that’s it. Don’t expect a relaxing hotel, if you’re traveling around! Cause location is great.
My husband and I stayed at Kohls Ranch in March. It is quaint with historical photos throughout the Ranch. It is not a Doubletree or Hyatt. If you stay here, you stay here for the beauty and simplicity. You stay here to appreciate the kind and friendly personnel and the history of the Ranch. The room was clean with a full kitchen. Wifi was a bit spotty, but good enough. Staying at Kohls Ranch is fantastic, if you want to get away and enjoy the beauty of the area. Hiking area across the road. We will be make additional reservations here soon.
Amazing location inside the Grand Canyon National Park. Walkable to the South Rim. Ice machines are a great plus! The rooms are carpeted and have a strong odor. The AC in our room was loud and did not cool the room well. The rooms could use some updating.
Der Aufenthalt war nicht positiv für uns.
Zunächst mussten wir über einen online Check-in Automaten mit einem nicht gut zu verstehenden Menschen den Check in machen, weil die einzige Mitarbeiterin telefonierte.
Das Zimmer war behinderterengerecht ausgestattet und lag unglücklicherweise gegenüber des Kücheneingangs, hier war kein Teppich so wie bei den meisten Zimmern am Gang, sondern es war gefliest. Hier konnte man jeden Küchenwaagen und alle Koffer laut hören.
Der Pool war an allen drei Tagen geschlossen, anscheinend wegen Chemikalien, man sollte immer wieder nachfragen. Naja gut dass wir genau deswegen gebucht hatten…
Beim Frühstück bis 9.30 Uhr war um 9.20 Uhr bereits der Zucker und die Milch etc. weggeräumt.
Für uns also kein Wiedersehen !
Location: Quite nearby the highway, convenient to stay for a night. About 1 hr drive to Grand Canyon.
Cleanliness: Good.
Service: Great, the front desk girl is very nice to help, advise nearby stores, how to use the facilities.
Facilities: Full, with swiming pool is a plus for kids.
Pretty a nice stay, would recommend for new stays.

AAiqijunThe environment is generally the same, the facilities are relatively simple, it is still possible to live temporarily. The staff inside is also fine. However, the traffic is very convenient, just beside the highway. Self-driving is a good choice.
MMinhuaGreat stay! But it is a pity that the bath water temperature is too low. Because it is supplied to the entire hotel, the water temperature cannot be adjusted. The other accommodation experiences are great!

1. The staff was courteous, professional, and helpful.
2. The outdoor area was well above par. The pool was clean with in-pool loungers (4). Safety equipment and signage posted. Multiple cabanas (6?) were available. Large fire pit with plentiful seating. The pool is 5 feet deep at the center. This is not a pool made for swimming laps, but for lounging.
3. Rooms have an outdoor balcony with a table and 2 chairs.
4. Windows have both a blackout screen and a privacy screen. The window is able to be opened for fresh air and is screened.
5. HVAC was in good order and worked perfectly.
6. In room refrigerator was clean and worked well. Microwave, TV, and phone in room.
7. Breakfast area was spacious and breakfast offered multiple options though I did not avail myself of this amenity.
Now, the negative:
1. The room itself was much smaller (king bed ) than expected. Room was cramped and looked nothing like the pictures on the website.
2. The bathrooms were recently remodeled, but the aesthetics are problematic. Why would anyone put wood laminate flooring in a bathroom with a walk in shower that has approximately a 2” inch lip and shower curtain in lieu of doors? You take a shower and the floor gets wet...no bueno.
3. There is a $10 per night service fee charged on registration. The fee is for wifi and other services. I don't recall seeing this posted when I reserved the room, but perhaps I overlooked it. I didn't object paying it, but the fee should be transparent.
4. Housekeeping is performed every 3 days and if you need more towels, etc., simply contact the front desk and they will have what you need brought up.
Other: I booked the room for 2 nights but opted not to stay the 2nd night.
GGuest UserThe staff at this particular location over the last five years has been the nicest most giving generous employees I've ever encountered among hospitality staff... when I've had problems they've gone above and beyond to help me three different individuals in three different problems three different times you know I've seen a couple of staff come and go and the new staff is just as nice as the old staff so I'm thinking that it has to break down to the owner. it's an older building so it's not the Brits but it's very clean very convenient and they offer as much or more than places that are twice as much
GGuest UserMy tv was not entering channels, or using guide properly. So went to desk to discuss, thought most likely batteries were weak. She called the lame weak maintenance person. He looked at tv, said it was the gadget at bottom and turned the channels with remote 6” away. I laughed I want to be able to change channels in bed, LIKE AT HOME!! Told him to bring me a functional tv. Didn’t!!!
Told desk clerks, I need a functioning tv , bring one from another room. She said I don’t know which room? I said any room not in use and has a tv that DOES WORK!!! I need a refund

I can tell him if there is any opinion. The hotel is very cost-effective. I will consider staying at Chandler next time.
TTONGQIVery new hotel, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom bath is also very large, the room is large, the lighting is very cozy, the location is in downtown, the parking lot is not free for about 20 knives overnight, breakfast is Starbucks & Bistro cooperation, Not a proper dinner, it is okay to eat light breakfast. Good value for money!
