Excellent location in the middle of Innsbruck. Less than 10min walk to-from Innsbruck Hbf, Alstadt and many location in the city. Check-in was quick. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and big. There is a coffee machine which makes it even better. If you stay 2 or more days, you will get the Welcome Pass for free transport around Innsbruck.

Sightseer bus stop and train to nordkette are right in front ad well. Eurospar supermarket next to it gives us everything we needed

The only thing it could have some more amenities like a kettle for tea and coffee This hotel is set in a beautiful location, just a 5-minute walk from the hall in tirol thaur bahnhst station and only an 8-minute train ride from Innsbruck station. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with friendly and efficient service. The only small downside was the lack of a few extra amenities, such as a kettle for making tea or coffee in the room. There were also a few restaurants nearby and a grocery store in the same building Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient place to stay.

MManuel E.Very nice, new and modern hotel with great price/performance ratio! We spent a night and it was ideal for it. Parking is available at a charge (outside or garage). The staff is very friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the spa area was relaxing (may be a little small for several days and in high season). The chicken chamber is about 10-12min. walk away, the Kitzbüheler shopping street about 6-8min. If we come back to Kitzbühel, we'll be happy to book again at this hotel!
