Hotel Pet Friendly di Antwerp Province, Belgium

Stayed at this hotel for Tomorrowland festival. A great location smack in the middle of the different cities which are easily accessible by public transport (although some locations might take 1-2h travelling time). Twin room was a little small for two man but it was still a relatively comfortable stay. Free coffee and tea at the lobby was great. Do note that for sustainability, aircon automatically shuts down at noon and you have to manually on it back if you’re intending to sleep in late or chill around in your hotel room.

Amazing Hotel, even though we arrived there very late, the staff were still holding a smile. The room itself is also extremely good!

Had to book a last minute hotel because a change of plans. Everything else was booked or too expensive. This hotel was great, both in terms of price as well as quality! Staff is super friendly and helpful, location is great is the nice neighborhood of Antwerpen Zuid, many restaurants and supermarkets within a few minutes walking, comfortable rooms and a nice breakfast. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a hotel to spend the night when visiting Antwerpen.

The location is decent as it’s right beside Centraal station but that comes with its pitfalls - security is really weak there and when walking to our floor we had to step over one passed out homeless (?) guy on the stairs and there was another guy just being shady also in the stairwell so we left immediately and went home (NL). Perhaps if I’d taken the lift and gone straight to my room that was ignorance would be bliss and this would have a higher rating. But such lax security on what characters are coming into the hotel meant I couldn’t feel safe sleeping there with my young daughter so we left. I’ve stayed in other A&O hostels and think they great but don’t let ********** into the building please!

The location of this hotel is excellent, just a short walk from the train station. I didn’t bring an adapter, but the front desk kindly lent me one. Everything was great during my stay

The Good: • Perfect Location: This hotel is ideally situated in Antwerp, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. • Impeccable Rooms: The room was modern, well equipped, and exceptionally clean. Great value for the price. Things to Note: • Shower Design: Be careful with the water direction, if sprayed outward, water leaks into the room. Keep it aimed toward the inner wall. • Water Supply: Bottles are only provided on the first day. In an eco-friendly hotel with minimal amenities, not providing consistent drinking bottle water felt quite unreasonable. • Inconsistent Service: Some staff were wonderful, but others were lethargic with limited English skills. • Lobby Curfew: The lobby closes at 1:30 AM, and staff began ushering guests out early. This ”curfew” was quite disappointing for a hospitality establishment. All in all, a great stay for the location and room quality, but management needs to improve staff training and guest policies.

An excellent chain hotel in Antwerp. We were delighted with everything – the room amenities, its design, and especially the service. Special thanks to the receptionist for his friendliness and prompt, professional service. We would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center but it's close to the metro which takes you directly into the center. The room is small but clean and has everything you need. Perfect for a cheap stay.

Overall our expectations were exceeded, we have been traveling for almost 90 days and this has been the best hotel we have stayed. The room was clean and well appointed. The location is a short walk from the central train station through a safe neighborhood. The staff was friendly and quick to make any request happen. The staff appears to care for the hotel and customers as if they had a true interest in the outcome of everyone who passed through their doors. Thanks again for the excellent stay.

De locatie nabij het station in Turnhout naast het spoor gaf ons eerst twijfels, maar het geluid van de voorbij rijdende trein is nauwlijks hoorbaar. Heerlijk geslapen. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, er was ruime keuze.
