The receptionist Laysla's care is incredible, very sympathetic and performing. I stayed in a room that the air conditioning was not cooling well, the official Arthur (very sympathetic and willing to help) tried to solve the problem, as he could not quickly change us to the room . Mr Carlos (also very educated and well-profited) helped us make the exchange and before took us to the room to see if the air was satisfied. Excellent general service!!! Excellent facilities, everything very clean. I loved!!!

The hotel needs maintenance. Bed clothes are already spent, some of them are shaved. The hotel's reception is only wet dog, and you need to improve this issue much. Although the hotel has the option to take breakfast, paying an extra fee, we chose not to take breakfast at the hotel in the light of the smell of the reception. I have been hosted in the Ibis Budget of Aracaju in Atalaja for a few years, and unfortunately the hotel has fallen very well. I wouldn't recommend staying in this hotel today.

Very good, I enjoyed a lot, a clean room, comfortable, satisfactory service, tired and varied breakfast. The negative point was that due to some error by trip.com or the hotel, my reservation was different from that I acquired, they hosted us in a custom room, different from the reservation. They initially suggested that we had booked this kind of room for purpose, according to them because there were no more vacancies, they only changed their position when I presented the booking evidence, they were not aware of what they said, transferring the guilt to Trip.com . This is a very annoying situation, which was heard by other people waiting.

It was my third hosting in the Water Park and I believe the last! Rooms, swimming pool, accommodations as everything is suitable for the price charged. The beast picks up when it comes to breakfast. I asked if I had eggs, and the attendant said I was missing!!! . The rest is very weak, but if you like the mass, it is in the right place, it has a strong bread. More the BO is in relation to the ponds, pombs ...sim, there is a plague of these birds to reach the point they land on the tables. Don't be afraid if at any time cocoa of bird or chicken falls on your plate, because the site is open and they stay on the roof wood all the time. You can even find it beautiful, remember, they are rats with wings and transmit diseases.

Unfortunately, the room was not wearable from the rough It smells to wet fungi. Therefore we had to shorten from 2 days to 1 day. The money as promised at the reception is of course not there until today. So, here I'd like Airbnb and finger away from this hotel.
