Hotel Pet Friendly di Quebec Province, Canada

The service was truly wonderful — the staff were warm, attentive, and made the entire stay feel effortless and relaxing. The location is ideal for exploring Old Quebec, and the hotel’s charming atmosphere really enhances the overall experience. The little shop inside the hotel is also a lovely bonus — beautifully curated with quality local items, perfect for souvenirs or small treats. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Quebec!

The room was big, but there were stains on counters and the floors, the lights in the bathroom were actually coming out of the wall, and the shower had multiple faucets at different levels for no apparent reason. The hallways once you left the lobby smelt very musty and bad. Overall very weird atmosphere but the location was great.

We stayed for 4 nights and the location is perfect. It's in between two metro stations, both are about 6-7 mins walk (Champ de Mars, and Saint Laurent) depends which line you are in. We arrived by train and took the metro at Bonaventure (this is connected to the Central station: ”Gare Centrale”) and arrived at Champ de Mars. There is a supermarket 5 mins away (”IGA”) and the airport bus station is by the hotel. Chinatown is 7 mins away and make sure you visit Sammi dumplings. There is a food court (”Le Central”) 5 mins away although we found it slightly expensive. The Old Port of Montreal and Notre-Dame Basilica are about 15 mins away from the hotel. Facilities: As a number of people said, the rooms are quite basic and need a lot of uplift. Our room doesn't have any sofa (which was different from the pictures here) but functional so there is no complain. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans. We cooked our dinner twice. Staff and service: all staff are friendly and very helpful, gave advice on directions and always have a smile.

Whilst the rooms are of a good size and the beds comfortable, the rooms need a lot of updating. The blinds did not fit the windows properly therefore letting in a lot of light at night, the safe did not work, the iron board leg had snapped leaving a sharp burr at one end and the toilet was not fixed properly to the wall. And because there are staff strikes ongoing, reception is regularly left unattended.  In the plus side, the restaurant in the lobby (which is not run by the hotel) is very good!

The guy at the FD who checked us in was very nice. He was very helpful that when we noticed we don’t have a kettle in room, he went up to our floor and got us a new one. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. Hair was found beside the window and the duvet cover was a bit stained. But overall we enjoyed the stay. :)

It’s located in a quiet neighborhood which is about 10 minutes to Quebec old city. The staff were nice. There is a microwave oven in the room and the breakfast was packed in a take away box.

Saya merasakan kebersihan dan keselamatan hotel berada di atas dan di luar untuk wabak semasa; Saya berasa sangat selamat. Saya juga menghargai cara hotel menampung daftar masuk saya yang sangat lewat kerana saya memandu lebih daripada 8 jam untuk sampai ke destinasi.

Convenient location. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast included a decent selection of items. All staff we interacted with were friendly and polite. I would stay again.
