First a warning, this is not a hotel but more like an AirBnB. So if you are looking for hotel services such as a reception, lounge, breakfast, etc, it is not for you. Once you arrive you need to ask two ladies there at the entrance to contact the owners of the place to come and give you the code, etc. Rather unusual experience but it works. Having this clear, this is a very good option for accommodation in Xiamen. The most magnificent part is the amazing view. The same view that the 5 star Conrad hotel has next door for one fifth of the cost. The place is ulta clean which is the second best thing. Sparking clean and very well designed room. The battub in front of the window gives you an unforgottable experience. You can open a bottle of wine or make tea and enjoy bathing looking scenery for hours. Next thing is very good service, when I requested couple of things they came to my room rather quickly and helped with my request with a very positive attitude. Finally, it is very good for money, the location is great for this price. You are literally next door to one of the most luxurious hotels of Xiamen. There are many dining opportunities of middle level around and you are also close to the ferry port for the Gunggu island. Last, I want to give some recommendations to the owners: the onlyt thing i can criticse is the lack of a portable thing for hanging my clothes. The hangers on the walls were not enough. Next, it would be great if you would leave couple of tea bags and maybe also instant coffee in the room. It would cost you little and would make the guests stay in the room rather than going out for it. You can also modernise the airconditioner output. It is fine as it is but could be more aesthetic and also better controllable. A little desk (in addition to a portable dress hanger) would also make you attract business travellers. Overall I recommend the place and I would stay here again next time.

We had a very pleasant stay at Sanfang Qixiang Shuxiang Wenru Hotel. The hotel is extremely well located, right within the Sanfang Qixiang area, making it very convenient to explore the historical streets, shops, and local food by foot. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job, and everything felt tidy and fresh throughout our stay. The amenities provided were sufficient and thoughtfully arranged, making the stay easy and comfortable for families. Service was excellent — staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help when we had questions. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall, this hotel offers great value with its location, cleanliness, and service. Highly recommended for families or travelers who want to stay in the heart of Fuzhou’s cultural district while enjoying a quiet and comfortable environment.

I had a great stay in this property, got the room for a very affordable price, the location is very accessible to all, there is a mall, coffee shop, restaurant and convenience store downstairs and also the room had a nice view. The host is very accommodating, they have a cleaning service everyday and most importantly for me is the cleanliness of the room, the room is well maintained that's why i felt comfortable on my entire stay. indonesian here, im doin solo trip right now, let me tell you my honest experience staying in this hotel, first thing first its cheap BUT its very proper, ill write the key points, wifi working and never lags, 2 free water bottle, 2 disposable toothbrush, 1 disposable towel (you can ask for more because the owner respond is very fast), shower gel and shampoo included, hairdryer works, is this place the best? nope, BUT its the best hotel at this price, i compare 2 more place with the same price but the review and photos are scary, Conclusion, if you are doing a budget travel, this is the right place to stay, its proper and clean, i dont get any rash or sickness, owner respond very fast and the guide is very clear, where you need to go, how to go inside the room, how to connect to wifi, how to register yourself, and btw im extending my stay but with ******* app, i go outside and ask for cleaning, when i go back its very clean and my luggage is safe. Love this place 👍👍

Top notch service by Langham’s Place Guest relation officer , Ms Pearl. We were warmly greeted by her once we checked in and she went the extra mile to prepare the birthday celebration for my spouse. Upon asking, she recommended several places to dine around the hotel vicinity. When I had a parcel delivered to me, she made sure that I received it too. I’ve met many diligent GROs and concierge in the hotel industry , but none as thoughtful as her. The room is clean and spacious, and the pool is decent. The steam room and sauna looks interesting but I did not try. The breakfast is a wide spread but it’s pretty much the same thing daily. The hotel is next to a mall with many eateries nearby.

衞生方面真的值得誇～床鋪整理得潔凈整齊，衞生間清爽無異味。服務人員禮貌專業，需要幫助時迴應很快，住得省心舒適。這次入住體驗真的超出預期，必須五星好評！酒店位置便利，周邊出行和用餐都很方便，整體環境乾淨雅緻，一進門就覺得很舒心。房間空間寬敞，裝修簡約大氣，床品柔軟舒適，枕頭高度適中，睡起來特別踏實。衞生做得十分到位，角落都乾乾淨淨，沒有異味，洗漱用品齊全且品質不錯。隔音效果也很好，晚上安靜不吵鬧，能好好休息。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住快速高效，有需求也能及時響應，態度温和耐心。整體設施齊全，細節貼心，無論是出差還是旅行都很合適。性價比很高，住着安心又放鬆，下次來還會選擇這裏，真心推薦給大家！

無意間訂的這家民宿，卻是十分驚喜！這次團建15人，基本把整棟民宿都包下了，同事都非常滿意這次的民宿，第一，環境很好，乾淨舒適，沒有任何嘈雜的聲音，第二 ，民宿的裝修風格和房間床品，洗漱間的用品都很高級，我每次住酒店對這些細節要求很高，雖然這家民宿可能評分不如網紅店，但我覺得真的非常推薦大家去體驗一下，性價比高，環境好，還有早上的早餐都是老闆親自做的，那個麪線糊，是我喝到最好喝的，不吹牛！民宿我也是第一次入住，寫出真實感受，下次準備6月份出海再去霞浦，已經跟老闆説好會再去入住！

We stayed here for my daughter’s birthday, and we loved every second of it! The hotel prepared a cake for her and took care of us really well during our stay. The view is spectacular and the food is great. This is our second time staying, and we would love to come back!

酒店環境不錯，一樓是酒品銷售展示大堂，樓上是客房。房間設備很智能，大概是新裝修的原因，整體傢俱乾淨整潔沒有明顯污漬。室內佈局和動線讓人感到很舒適，體驗感還不錯。地理位置方面，離漳州古城很近，酒店旁邊就是公交站，打車也很方便，出行便利。美中不足的是隔音不太好，住了兩天，匹配到隔壁住客就像開盲盒，交談聲音大一些的就很明顯，也有很安靜的住客，關於噪音實際情況還是因人而異。整體來説還是很滿意的，本人對環境和衞生要求高一點，來之前在評論區的圖片裏做了功課，圖片很真實，總體性價比挺高的。
